Alex and Alex took care of my car after Bavarian refused to fix what they broke. Out of convenience and obligation I was an unsatisfied customer of Bavarian Rennsport. I paid $6000 for a timing chain replacement and after this supposed replacement the same sensor and engine check light came back on and stayed on. The last time I took it there I got an oil change and asked them to revisit the issue with my timing chain. Well, I left with a broken hood that I did not realize until my low oil sensor came on. I needed to put a quart of oil in and then discovered my hood would not open. I called Bavarian, expressed my dissatisfaction to Kaine and he told me he could get me in 2 days later. Kaine called me back a few minutes later after discussing my issues with the owner and told me they would NOT be fixing or working on my vehicle any longer. I ended that conversation with "y'all will reap what you've sown." They have no integrity, are conniving and extremely deceitful AND overly expensive.1st choice changed my oil and fixed my hood! They do quality work WITHOUT overcharging! I am so grateful to have found 1st choice. I really appreciate you all getting me in so quickly, communicating so well and being honest.Thank you!

Come here for all your automotive needs; they have a body shop down the road if you need that too. I have never had any issues. They are super good and super fast. Alex runs the shop and he does a really good job!

Took my car in to fix bump-steer issue, new tires, and 4 wheel alignment.Very happy and satisfied with the service, Mechanics are efficient and professional, had a very good knowledge of my vehicle. I left a very happy customer! !!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

What took me 3 months to try to fix took Eric 3 days. I hate to admit that I don't know as much about cars as I pretend to, but they're experts and their charge was very agreeable for how much trouble it was giving me. I'd give them 20 stars if I could. I can t say enough good things but I can tell you to trust 1st Choice Automotive. They will always be fair, they will always make it right. They re the best and I recommend them to everyone I know. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Alex is the best mechanic i have ever met. So reliable and trustworthy. He always takes the time to explain to you the issues of the car and tell you exactly what is urgent to fix and which things can wait a while. Very proffesional, honest and kind. The waiting room is also very comfortable, it makes is a pleasure to just seat and relax while he takes care of your car. I had a random engine knock on my 2016 Honda Accord Sport. The car wouldn't start for more than 5 minutes. I am lucky enough that I don't need my car on a day to day basis but do prefer having one, but that luxury allowed me to call several auto shops near me. I made a list of all the shops with an above 4.5 star rating called and asked how much it would be to replace the engine if I brought my own (my cousin was able to get me a great hook up, I don't recommend this for most people)This was around Christmas time. 2 places said they won't do it, 2 other places said around $3,500 - $4,500. 1st Choice gave me the third most affordable price from the list. So I went to visit the most affordable price place and it looked like a run down farm. Would not leave my car there and feel good. Second most affordable price wanted to give me back my car February 1. So I decided to go with 1st Choice.Replacing an engine is a very scary thing. They gave me a price, they gave me a date, updated me as they did it and even took a video for me that I requested. For the first time in my life a Mechanic shop was done the day they said it would be done. Was less than a week turn around. I actually had my rental for much longer then needed. When my check engine light came back on, I wrote them and they had me go right back.They are dope people, pros, great work around time and I'd go to them every single time. Hard to find this kinda quality at that price point. Go to them.

My 9 year old beetle needed some repairs. I was leery to take the bug back to the dealership again, and was referred to Alex by a trusted friend. Wow! Never in my life have I worked with such an honest, professional, and knowledgeable mechanic. You can tell Alex loves his work, and really knows his way around a car. My car drives better than it has in years. You have customer for life! Thank you!

Alex,He is Our car HERO!!WhenNO1 could fix the problem!Even dealership said(Oh,Your car will Never CUT OFF WHILE YOUR DRIVING AGIAN) hundreds of dollars later..While driving 65mph on the expressway.In the middle lane with my Grandbabies.It CUT off. My normal car fix it dude won't fool with electrical.Alex fixed sooo Much!!Reasonable.Well worth you money!!If your car has a problem and you want it fixed rite the 1st time.Give him a call.Leave a message and a text.or like me.I had it towed there.I found my car Hero from a person who has a fleet of work vehicles that alex maintains or fixes.If your like me in need of a Fantastic auto repair man.Who really knows how to fix vehicles!Also as with anyone you should know being patient allows him the time he needs to go over it.He even fixed a family members car that same day.I won't go anywhere else.Happy car fixing.

The best experience I ve had with a mechanic. New to the area and was concerned with finding a mechanic that would be trustworthy. They fit me in as soon as they could, went above and beyond to acquire specific parts, and beat time expectations. Did not feel ripped off and I will be returning to see them for any future automotive issues. Highly recommend.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Alex and Alex have always treated me and my wife with the utmost respect, politeness, and professionalism no matter our families needs. Schedule has never been a problem. They are thorough and they look out for you. Most of all, they are honest cause they value ours and your business. Definitely worth giving them a shot. I cannot speak more highly of a Automotive service place to care for my vehicle than 1st Choice Automotive. Very honest, helpful, stands by their work. I have been so pleased in the last 4yrs. with thier business I even bought my Toyota 4runner from them. It is running fabulously. Took it to California and back, no issues at all. Thanks guys.

Alex was fantastic. I took my truck thinking I had to replace a tire due to a nail puncture but he found the nail didn't penetrate far enough the tire and there was no need to replace it. I was pleasantly surprised by his honesty and the fact that even when he took the time to diagnose the issue there was no charge. I have found my car mechanic for life :-)

I went to a few places around town and nobody could figure out what was going on with my 328i BMW, started to get kinda worried knowing how these things can be complex and costly. Went to 1st Choice Auto one bright morning and low and behold one test drive and Alex had it figured out in no time, fixed the same day not one issue ever sense. Great auto mechanic shop with great mechanics I highly advise checking them out if you stay in the first coast area.

This is one of the best auto shops in town. Also, one of the few honest shops. I went trying to get my brakes and tires replaced and were told both still have useful life and might want to hold for a couple more months. Incre�ble !! What other shop tries to talk you out of spending money with them ?? These guys are my trusted mechanics from now on. They also know what they are talking about and are not full of hot air. Top notch service !! Thanks Alex!

My car broke down downtown and was making a terrible metal grinding noise on top of a flat tire in an area I wasn't too familiar with. As a young woman who knows very little about cars I was practically helpless!! I searched auto repair shops near me and chose 1st Choice Automotive because of their amazing reviews. I'm SO happy I did. They were excellent, honest, and hardworking mechanics who got the job done in a timely manner for a great price. Thank you to the guys at 1st Choice and if I ever need work done again I will be coming here.

Mechanics are professionals and efficient!They have extensive knowledge of all the different cars! I am very pleased with their customer service and how fast they are able to troubleshoot issues.I would highly recommend this shop for any kind of work, from alignments to motor swaps.

Alex and Alex are are not only great mechanics they are trustworthy. I trust them to tell me when repairs need to be done because they always show me the parts that they replace. I have been looking for an honest and competent mechanic since moving to the US 10 years ago. I have finally found First Choice Automotive and I couldn't be happier! Honesty is a rare thing in business these days but you will find it here, where Alex will fix your car at a reasonable rate. You owe it to yourself to go to First Choice Automotive for a fair deal and a great job of diagnosing exactly what is wrong with your car. Very highly recommended!!

My car had a 2-month-old battery and wouldn t start one morning. And it didn t respond to a jump. After checking out the possibilities, 1st Choice pointed out my new battery was the problem. Sure enough, after a new battery was installed - on warranty - the car runs like a champ. And 1st Choice didn t charge me a dime! I m so happy with them! :)

I've my car into this shop twice and have been very impressed both time. Alex is very communicative and explained exactly what he did in both cases. Very quick turn around with my vehicle as well. Would recommend this shop to anyone.

Alex maintenance all vehicles with supreme standard. I purchase a car from them and he made sure it was equipped and road ready. The staff are also nice and very informative. They make certain the vehicles are capable of performing. One of the best shops in jacksonville fl.

My car was making a weird noise when it was idling, and I needed to get my car looked at. I started reading reviews and this shops reviews were really good so I took my car there. It ended up being my water pump and my car needed a few other things. He said my car should still be under warranty for my water pump. He really helped me by contacting Toyota for me at his own loss. I had no idea that I was still under warranty. If he never said anything I would have never known. I am going to let him do the rest of the work needed. I am going to give his name out to friends and family when they need work done on their car!

This is an auto shop you can trust! Alex and his crew are helpful, prompt and easy to deal with (even if I'm not. :-)) They are top notch at diagnosing and prioritizing jobs that are needed. They also make sure that your vehicle is safe when it leaves their shop. I had a couple of tires that were on the verge of blowing due to tread issues on the inside walls (not visible to the standard walk around). This "catch" saved me from a blow out on the highway or worse! Additionally, when i call to make an appointment, they are on time and get me out in a timely manner.

Bought a Nissan Titan from them. Was worried about a rebuilt title but definitely quality work. I had a problem with the back door after I bought it and they fixed it no problem. Even had it inspected at a dealership (they even drove it the door inspection) and they didn't find problems that the team wasn't already trying to fix and any parts they ordered already they gave me to have/install. 10/10 honesty and quality, would recommend over ANY number of windshield dealership and likely any other dealership to boot. Didn't waste my time though I might have wasted their's.

I took my car to Alex on the recommendation from a ASE certified mechanic from TOYOTA dealership. I was told bu Toyota that they could not figure out how to get an adequate reading on my alignment. Alex test drove my vehicle and was able to diagnose and properly fix my vehicle. I will be taking my vehicles to him from now on!!! He is ASE Certfied and also a Master Mechanic!!
