Willard's was recommended by a friend of mine, she told me that I would get fair and honest auto service there. The office staff was very kind and honest with me, they even top off my fluids for free. I highly recommend Willard's Auto Services. My friend was absolutely right when she said I would receive very kind and honest service there.

Fast, friendly...everything the other reviews said. I brought my 2010 Jeep by to help find the source of a strong fuel odor. Billy took it in within days and had it diagnosed and resolved within hours (not counting shipping time). He offered to let me swing by to see the leaking part before replacing it which speaks to their character and integrity. It's just good business. Besides this review, I would recommend to friends and family. Thanks to Billy and the rest of his crew!Service: Engine repair

Went to replace my hub assemblies on my old truck. Staff was friendly and very professional. I must also say that they were down to earth and didn't try to sell me on anything. Even lumped labor from two jobs into one which makes their prices amazing. Tire Kingdom asked $999 for a job Willard's did for $800. Can't beat them!

Great customer service and an incredibly easy experience. Dropped my car off and they called me within an hour with a quote that blew Tire Kingdom out of the water.I needed new breaks and rotors - 292$ compared to a 750$ quote at Tire Kingdom! That included a ~140$ "discount", hah!Willard's is the place to go. An experienced local shop where they give it to you straight, none of that "140$ discount" nonsense from big chains, just reliable and fair service. Highly recommended.

Great reputation for good work at reasonable prices and will honestly tell you if your car is worth the fix or not. Very trustworthy, and pleasant. When living, my hubby would not use any other mechanic. I agree.

In an industry where you never really know if you are getting the shaft, I trust these folks implicitly. On more than one occasion we have been talked out of expensive work on our vehicles; something a tire store would seize upon. Polite, timely, courteous, and fair. They remember their clients and appreciate their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the proverbial "honest mechanic".

Reasonable drop the car off service. They fixed the problem. Had to rent a car as it was a two day proposition to do a two hour job. So not convenient if this is your second home or you're visiting. I trust and recommend this shop though.

Great customer service good transmission machanic s I would go back one of the best shops at Jacksonville beach Florida handicap accessible parking Mr Willard was a great tech for 30 or forty years I think he is retired,But his son runs it now give them a try and you will be back

They don't pick up the phone, so I would recommend driving to the location if you can.
