I mean it's ok. Walmart is still the King of evil box stores! I need to reach two hundred characters so here's a riddle, It walks on four legs in the morning, two legs at noon and three legs in the evening. What is it? It's a pretty easy one so good luck!! Have I hit two hundred characters yet??

Have a written confirmation for my appointment today, which was scheduled well in advance. Showed up and no one was there. When I asked a customer service rep(woman, brown hair, middle aged, smacking yellow gum) if she knew anything, she flippantly said she didn't know while barely looking at me and hollered across to another woman (older/whitish blonde hair) to see if she knew if the optical team was even there today. That woman just shrugged her shoulders and said they weren't. Obviously, as human being who took off time from work for a pre-planned appointment, I was frustrated with the total lack of concern or care from either woman, so yeah I got mad and demanded to speak to someone in charge instead of women who wouldn't communicate professionally with me. When the man I was told was in charge of Target spoke with me, he just said it isn't their problem because the optical space is just leased. This is the same man I saw a week ago standing in the women's section facing the registers with 3-4 other male workers having a fun little chat while watching 1 single old woman work the 1 open register and the self check out lines were backed up and only taking specific forms of payment. Some of us do have jobs that are important and require our presence, so taking off is not just something that happens easily. Luckily, I called the Target on Hodges and the 2 members of their staff that I talked to on the phone were more than willing to assist with everything, and they called the off duty doctor I was scheduled to see at the Jax Beach location to make her aware of the situation. I was able to talk to the doctor regarding the matter and get everything resolved with her. The entire negative situation at the Jax Beach Target today could have been totally avoided for all parties had the staff had any basic concept of customer service. Their complete lack of care or concern from 3 different staff members was a honestly just a really disgusting representation of the unfortunate world we live in, so if they want to operate as useless empty vessels with no purpose on this earth, I guessthat 's just the norm these days anyways, right? To be clear, in case anyone higher up cares to review the matter, the 3rd employee involved who got the male manager was not flippant and she actually did what she should have in that scenario.

Do not apply here, all " one type" management. Thank you Ashley M. It's hilarious to see your reactions when I was talking about diversity and fair treatment. You can tell she don't do that here. It was like her first time hearing how to treat people. Also looks like other people have left feedback on unfair employement practices at this location on Google.

This store is clean and well stocked with a wide variety of good quality name brands and their private labled goods. They include most categories of items that one would associate with a department or grocery store. This location appears to be excellent at striking the bullseye of the Target image.

I love my target. They have great clothing options and prices. Friendly staff. Very rarely is there a wait time and there s a Starbucks!!

Girlfriend tried to get a job at this store was told to come in for orientation at 9 am only to be told they changed their mind about hiring her once they finally looked and saw her irl. They want to keep a certain type of look to their employees if you know what I m referring to. If you are a person of color apply somewhere else. It s not worth the trouble

I made an online order for diapers and wipes for my newborn through the Target app and my dad picked it up for me. Was very easy ordering and my dad mentioned the great customer service, ease and quick pickup. He doesn t do much online ordering, shopping or big stores so very happy he was able to be greeted and helped by an employee right away and was also able to have the order found quickly and able to pickup with no issues at all!

Very friendly and helpful. Resolved my issue with my carton of eggs when I got to the checkout line. The cashier kept me updated on what was happening.Their customer service person presented me with a $10 Target gift card for being so patient. WOW!

Decent location with a new and improved cafe and Starbucks area! Sometimes the shelves are nicely stocked and sometimes they need help just depending the day and time. The 1$spot is almost always nicely stocked.

I like target I've been shopping there forever. I have never had a bad experience. Only thing I would say is that they really need to fix the women's style of clothes there ugly there's really no style. Other than that the rest of the targets is just fine. Thank you

This review is for the Target in Marsh Landing Jacksonville Beach! Esmi went above and beyond to help me yesterday locate an item that two other employees just said . . if its not there we do not have it. Esmi is a great asset to your team!!! Thank you Esmi!

This Target has been excellent in handling the policy change regarding Sports Cards releases. The manager is consistent and knows what she is actually doing at this store. I have never been treated with disrespect at this store and they truly want to help their customers get the products they come there for.

6 pm on a Thursday -- only one cashier open & was the express lane. Of course, the customer in front of me had a full cart. It's not that customer's fault that it was the only line open.When I asked the cashier about there only being one open, he responded that the self check out was available. I do not want to check out myself. If I wanted to work at Target, then I would apply.As self check out takes over,, cashiers may easily find themselves without a job and perhaps should reconsider the importance of customer service.

I was visiting my son and daughter-in-law when we shopped at the Marsh Landing Target for items for a baby shower. I forgot to show the clerk at the checkout my items in Cartwheel, so the discounts were not taken. I went to the Customer Service area and spoke with Maritza. She was so kind and said that she would make it work to make me happy. What great customer service! Even if she had told me that she couldn't give me my discounts, she was so kind, courteous, and helpful, I would not have had a bad experience! She truly seemed interested in my issue! Thank you for having such good customer service, it is rare to see in this day and time!

I like this Target, it s easy to navigate and clean and usually has whatever I need in stock. My biggest issue with this store, and Targets in general, is that they won t let you tip the barista at the Starbucks inside Target. While they likely make more than a regular Starbucks worker to compensate, I still think it s unfair for management to prevent customers from showing their appreciation for good work and customer service.

Super clean store, well-stacked, with helpful and cheerful employees. Fresh fruits, vegetables, bread items, milk, ice cream, beer, and wine. The layout is in line with the "new" design of Targets across the U.S.A. Very easy to find products, with lots of Social Distancing Space between aisles, customers, and items.

Curbside pickup-I love how I can tell the app I'm on my way and then when I get there I click a button and they come right out very promptly with my items. They're very courteous and covid conscious!However, the app is lacking in detail I can't zoom in on photos and many food items don't have nutritional value photos or information. not much detail to anything really I have to use other websites to confirm that's the item I want and then order on Target. Half the time I give up and just order on the other websites because of this.In store: none of the food items have a per ounce or unit price like all the other grocery stores!

My last review and experience with a particular employee was not positive. This time I want to say that the lady who helped me in small kitchen appliances a few days back went out of her way to find an item for me.Nothing was too much effort for her. She was so kind and polite.

I looked online at laptops and decided to swing by and take a look. Much to my disappointment, there were only 3 styles of laptops out to look at?? When I asked about it, I was told, "That's how we do it" Well, guess who doesn't do it that way?? Best Buy.

Young women / teen pant selection was slim. The guys had tons of options! Could not find a light khaki pant for my daughter. Found at Walmart. The employee who helped us was GREAT. Always had great interaction with employees. Just never have what we are specifically looking for. 5 stars employees!! 1 star not having something that you can find at competitors.
