Pablo Beach has done a amazing job of meeting our insurance needs for years. Shaun and his team are knowledgeable, professional and work with some of the best insurance companies. When we had hurricane damage to our home several years ago, Pablo Beach helped us settle our claim quickly . I highly recommend them.

Spencer Murphy has helped my family with policies in auto, motorcycle, home and now a secondary insurance for my Medicare A&B. His hard work ethic really showed when he was able to get us the health insurance within 3 days of applying. Unheard of right ? I had a doctors appointment this am and was told, I see you also have Fla Blue effective today. Totally blown away by Spencer s focus on getting us coverage in 3 days. I m so fortunate to have a local insurance company that covers all of my insurance needs ! Thank you, Spencer Murphy!

I do a lot of insurance inspections for the team at Pablo Beach. The level of customer service and information provided to their clients is second to none. The staff is wonderful and always work hard to make sure the client is well-informed and are getting the best rates possible. Highly recommended!

We have been with Pablo Beach for 15 years and wouldn't think changing. Teri Cox, our account manager, is highly professional and very responsive. She is always looking out for our best interest. We always recommend them to friends looking for home and auto insurance.

Our realtor referred us to Terry Booth with Pablo Beach Insurance 4+ years ago. I'm so glad she did. Terry has always been very responsive. He does a thorough job finding the best insurance to meet our needs, presenting us with options and counseling us when we have questions. Spencer and the rest of the team at Pablo Beach Insurance Group are the best I have worked with in the field. As a realtor and house flipper we are always getting quotes for clients and personal investments. Spencer is not going to just sell you a policy, he will explain your options and help you find the best fit. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Pablo Beach and Mike Graybeal have been great to work with. Not only do I have my home and auto thru them but I also own a real estate brokerage and we refer our customers to them as well. Great service, knowledgeable, and very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend them.

Pablo is always there to quickly and efficiently handle all questions. They are also extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the insurance industry. In addition to our personal insurance they have guided our condo association with never ending changes in Florida State condo laws.

Several years ago, our insurance company was discontinuing our coverage. I asked my insurance agent to help me find coverage. They came back telling me the only option for me was the state plan at a much higher rate than I was paying before. I then contacted the Pablo Beach Group. Not only did Evan find me more than one option, it was at a better rate with better coverage. He also helped us get last minute flood insurance before Irma.

Shaun and the entire crew up at Pablo Beach Insurance Group have been a real pleasure to deal with for my insurance needs for about 5 years now. Not many people are so fortunate as to enjoy a face to face relationship with their insurance professional in this impersonal world of mouse clicking on the internet for cheap quotes. Based on my own experience, I can say that you will get personal service when dealing with the entire crew at PBIG. Shaun knows how the insurance companies operate that PBIG represents and wouldn't represent an insurance carrier that has a tarnished reputation or bad history. I would recommend PBIG to friends and family for home, auto, and business insurance products. In my opinion, you won't be disappointed.

The representatives at this group do a great job to make sure they're getting the right insurance for you at the right price. A very easy to contact very easy to talk to and they go the extra mile to make sure that everything is correct. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for great Insurance on great people.

I used Mike Graybeal from Pablo Beach Insurance when I was purchasing my home and it was a night and day difference between him and some of the other insurance companies people recommended. Not only did Mike answer my calls and emails in a timely manner but he took the time to explain what all was involved with insurance and worked with me to make sure the coverage was exactly what I would need and I couldn't believe how low the cost was. One company who was two weeks late getting back to me sent me a quote that looked too good to be true. I called Mike and he showed me the flaws and how it was set up simply to look good in terms of cost but was lacking in coverage, something I wouldn't have known otherwise. I called the other company back and they basically did everything they could to get me off the phone when I questioned their quote... I would HIGHLY recommend Mike Graybeal and Pablo Beach insurance to anyone who wants to work with a local person who has your best interest in mind. I already sent Mike friends and family and they all say the same thing!

The entire Pablo team is very professional, very quick to respond and very easy to work with. I have never felt as comfortable calling my insurance company to discuss rates, companies and getting their feedback as I do with Pablo..I highly recommend them for all of your insurance needs .

We've used a few agents over the years, and PBIG has by far been the most responsive and helpful. Evan Marcotte is alright quick to respond to email inquiries and to assist with anything needed, which is important in the Florida insurance world! We feel like we're in great hands with PBIG.

My mailbox has been filling up for months prior to my 65th birthday with enough paper to fill a Lawn&Leaf bag! I was not only confused about the plethora of information, prices, supplements etc. ad nauseam, intimidation and fear of choosing ignorantly or mistakenly was looming!I called my insurance agents, Shaun and Spencer Murphy hoping for guidance and maybe even some relief. My trepidation was not only met with compassion and understanding, Shaun and Spencer painstakingly walked me through the Medicare maze and assisted in the right choices through Florida Blue coverage! My mind is now at peace and the task of signing up is now history!Shaun and Spencer went above and beyond to make me feel confident with my Medicare coverage through Florida Blue, and together, we tackled the additional supplemental plans, as well.
