Napa has good quality parts and has about everything you need for automotive, truck parts

My go to place for quality parts and parts knowledge. Buy on line, get a good discount and pick up when ready. The guys are always more than helpful and know more than I do, which is always appreciated. Has that old time auto parts store feel. They always find your items quickly, and that says a lot compared to some auto stores.

These guys are great. I believe Michael was the name of the fella who helped me. Just friendly and knowledgeable. I always drive past the other guys to go to NAPA. They are better every time!

I ordered a part with them in the beginning of the week and they told me it would be delivered by Saturday, which was the day I planned on getting my car fixed, which is why I needed the part on Saturday. That Saturday came around and the part never came in and they did not notify me. Now I won t have my car working for even longer and I planned to have it fixed on Saturday when the part came in

The manager mumbles. Very inappropriate. Everyone scattered when I walked in. No help. I was told to go charge my battery at home. The Manager Patrick ignored me and dealt with personal instead of the customer. He fumbled and just after said it's your problem. If Chad was here this place would be better.

Patrick was great. I wasn't aware that the beach store manufactured hydraulic hoses!! After the store on Atlantic told us "no masks, no service", I decided to move our business elsewhere. Glad to keep our money at the beach. Thanks guys!!

The staff are friendly and helpful. Chad was great! He installed a new battery for me that was in an unconventional location. I very much appreciate him going above and beyond.

I own old cars and often end up chasing unique parts or fittings. These guys are the best at helping me solve problems and in case they can't help - they have referred me to a business that could make the parts. GREAT customer service !!!!

I ve been using this Napa location for years. Chad, Chris, and Anthony are the upmost professionals in their field and have never failed to meet and exceed my expectations. They have earned my loyalty.

These guys were helpful, but don't expect a "professional, corporate" environment.They were bantering across the store about their hobbies. It gave the store a "mom and pops" feel.

Shop guys are nice and helpful but no reason for this store to be in this location. Bad location for an auto parts store and then delivery guys drive thru the neighborhood way to fast. Time to this store to spot that makes more sense logistically.

Not one employee was wearing a mask when I was there. Older employee was being snotty when my son pointed out the part he gave me wasn't the same as the one we needed.
