Went in for an oil change when my dash screen told me it was time. I went in, Mark greeted and got started. He came to get my very quickly and let me know that my oil, in fact, did not need changing. The previous shop forgot to reset my maintenance screen and I did not need to change anything at this time.I will definitely come back to this location for every service from now on, the honesty and superior knowledge is greatly appreciated. High Praise And much appreciation to John and his team. I'm 70 years old and I've listened to friends who mean well and try to give good car advice but I have found that they are no experts! John and his team recognized a problem which would have irreparably damaged my car. They educated me on how best to keep my car in good running order. I am forever grateful to John and his team at this store and I will always do my oil change and various service checks with him and his team. They really want to do right by their customers. A rare commodity these days.

These guys did a better job in 20 minutes than the dealership does in 3 hours. All the fluids were checked and any possible issues brought to my attention. Awesome customer service 5+ stars.

Used to work in the industry myself, Mark and John and their teams were incredibly cordial and professional. Drove more than 5 miles to come to this location because of the morale and the well functioning teams here. Good job guys

My visit went great. I appreciate being able to choose the time I get my oil changed, and having it only take 10 - 20 minutes. The Employees were nice and professional. Will use this Location again.

I love these guys! Julius and Hahree and the rest of the team here are incredible! I go here every 10,000 miles, and they even help me out with tire refills & oil top-ups between oil changes! Seriously, this crew is the friendliest & most professional team I ve ever experienced at any Jiffy Lube! Always professional and fast service with no appointment necessary! The guys are always friendly and never try to up-sell on products and services like some competitors.
