Shane was amazing. I have not met one person that had a good experience with their vehicle breaking down. However I will say, Shane made my stressful situation better. He was so kind and understanding and extremely friendly. If I ever (hopefully not) need another tow, I will request him and ASAP towing 100%

Leaving all 5 stars for Joy and her awesome attitude. Nobody likes getting their car towed, but she made it a much more palatable situation. Super friendly and helpful. Give that lady a raise

Would give zero stars if possible/ The girl on the phone when you call regarding the car was so rude. She hung up on us the first time we spoke and was negative the entire encounter. When we got to the yard to get our car, there was a German immigrant who said the woman who answered the call was so very rude and hurt her feeelings. No need to do business that way. Do better. She needs to be fired immediately. I would never have anyone like her representing my business.

There s no option for less than one star or I would rate negative 100. Any business that contracts with this company for predatory towing should be boycotted. I went to pick up food at Fancy and my son and his crew went to Home Spun. The ASAP driver did not see me he just saw my son exit the truck and walk off the property the driver immediately towed the truck. Our whole trip was less than 15 minutes and the truck was gone. After a 30 minute wait for someone to show up and release the vehicle I was informed I had to go get cash. No debit/no credit. 161 dollars and 2 hrs wasted so I could patronise 2 businesses in the community where I live and pay taxes.

I had a horrible experience with this company while on a Valentine's Day dinner outing with my significant other. On 2/14/2024, Valentines evening, we parked in an ASAP towing monitored lot in Atlantic Beach while visiting a restaurant associated with this lot. I paid for parking via the Flowbird app which is used through parts of Jacksonville and specifically in the beaches areas. We've used this app and paid for parking many times and it is always very convenient and have had zero issues in the past. However, despite paying for the correct area and lot (or what appeared to be on the app), we come out to our car missing after dinner. We talk to the GM of one of the local restaurants and he says that ASAP has towed many cars incorrectly recently from that lot.I called the number and waited on hold for about 10 minutes before being spoken to by an unconcerned individual who told me where my car was brought to and the cost to get my car back. I told her that I paid for parking and wouldn't be paying their fee as they incorrectly towed the vehicle. She become rude and said that I would have to pay to get the car back and tried to get off the phone call very quickly asking if there was any other information she could provide. So we had to Uber to the lot where the car was with leftover food boxes and melting ice cream on what should have been a fun and relaxing evening together.Upon going to look at my vehicle and get it back, the individual working at the lot stated that there wasn't anything that I could really to if I wanted my vehicle back and I would need to pay the fee. However, once I paid the fee that would likely be little resource or care from the company as they've received their funds they were after. Despite showing proof of paid parking and showing how the user experience is on the app, including how it appeared that I paid for the correct lot, he said that there was still nothing he could do and the managers or supervisors don't want to get involved in these matters and that they get angry if they are 'bothered.'My license plate could have been searched across the app and would validate that I had paid to park my vehicle for the specified amount of time that we would be gone. From my experience and looking at their reviews and other users experience, I find that ASAP towing is acting in a predatory manner to generate additional revenue to their company by towing vehicles that do not need to be towed. I would have gladly double paid for parking if I was alerted to the issue via Flowbird or the company which I would think should have the capability to do this. If there are so many issues similar to this, there should be updates to the system such as better lot designation with surface areas shown instead of colored bubbles that are unclear as to the parking area specifics. Another idea is to have the individual parking spaces have a specific number that you put into the app to ensure you are paying for the right area or QR codes with which lot or parking space you are in.When I think of a towing company, I think of a company that can come tow your car if it breaks down, if the car is parked in an illegal or unsafe manner or other similar issue. Not because you paid $2.50 to park in a lot and mistakenly clicked on the wrong lot.

Their location is located on a sketchy dirt lot that resembles a junkyard with no clear signage if you re even at the right place. Similar to other reviews, expect to wait atleast one hour when you go to pick up your vehicle. What s worse is the complete lack of professionalism and varied degrees of customer service depending on who answers their phone when you just simply ask for an estimate of time. Overall the business seemed shady and can provide no confirmation that you re even being seen to.

What a rip off. $189 for a tow from the corner in AB to a 10th st in an empty parking lot. Had to wait outside in the dark in a scary locked parking lot until someone decided to show up to let me get my car. The guy was friendly I worked there. But what a request. My last tow was 70$ What a rip off taqueria business.

This company towed my vehicle out of a handicapped parking space and my disabled veteran tag was on my truck. They first said it was in error and then said they towed it because it was parked behind a restaurant that did not allow me to park there. They said they didn't have a choice even though my tag was displayed and I was in a handicapped space. They said I wasn't towed for that but for unauthorized parking. They were not helpful at all. How can a vehicle be towed out of a handicapped parking space when the handicapped tag in on the car.

Don t support this business! Like other reviewers, our car was towed from the AB lot across from the police station. We had purchased a ticket from the kiosk, but because we were ONE letter off when we entered in our license plate number they towed us and then made us pay the ~$150 fee. Extremely unethical and predatory business practices.

We went to dinner at Fancy Sushi in AB and parked in the ajoining parking lot. After dinner we went down to another restaurant to buy a to go order from another restaurant. When we came back the car was gone. We discovered the car had been incorrectly towed. We called Alsap to inquire and they could care less that we had a receipt from the restaurant. We told Alsap I would send son to pickup the car from the tow lot that night because they were going to charge $169 for the tow and additional $30 for overnight fee. The lady that answered said for us to put in writing he was there to pick up our card with our drivers license and form of payment. When we arrived the guy was absolutely rude. He told my son he was committing a felony having his mother s drivers license. Sorry not really going to get legal advise from a tow truck driver with a 3rd grade education. He also informed us that we had to pay cash. When I questioned him based on what the women had told us, he told us to leave. STAY AWAY FROM THE SLIMY PEOPLE.

So i didn t really have an issue with these people they were very nice to me however you can just tell what they are doing is completely unprofessional. i went to the wrong tow place at first and the guy advised me that my car was at asap and literally told me good luck said they are very rude and that no one works with them anymore including the police department because they know what they are doing is very fishy. i was parked in a parking lot overnight which was completely my fault but the feeling i got from them was sketchy. my car is under my mothers name and when i called the non emergency number they advised me i would need confirmation in an email from her allowing me to get the car along with a picture of her license. they did not ask for any of her information which i thought was very weird since she is the owner of the car.Service: Car towing

Had an issue with one of their drivers destroying our steering column in our truck and when I confronted him he got aggressive and out of control. I tried to reach out to the owner, no response. They also didn t respond to the complaints filed with BBB and the FL Attorney General office. On their website they boast about an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. Please make sure to not only give them a bad review on here but file complaints with the BBB and Attorney General, maybe they ll start responding to issues with their employees!Service: Car towing

Had our car towed and THIS PLACE IS FREAKING MONEY HUNGRY! I have never heard of a towing company charging for storage by the hours!!! So they open at 8a and if I didn't get my vehicle out by 3p then it goes up another $30!! They don't CLOSE UNTIL 5P so why would I have to do it by 3p instead of 5p? However, the next day when I went to pick up my truck.. this wonderful lady from the front office was more than helpful!! She even went out of her way to call the POS man that sold us the truck and refused to fix our title when it was the dealers responsibility to do it when we purchased the vehicle. There really are still human beings out there with sympathy and understanding!! And give it a 3 only because of the prices and how they charge but I give it a 5 for the customer service and that amazing woman in the office

Joy was the best person we interacted with after our car was towed!!! She was super friendly, down to earth, and understanding, unlike the woman I spoke with on the phone over the weekend. They do offer military discounts which helped with our bill!

Worst customer service ever! I understand that this business is just doing a job but they kick you when you are already down. Imagine finding your car gone, thinking it was stolen, totally stressed and then being treated with absolute disrespect when all you want to do is pay and leave. The dispatcher should be given training to deescalate instead of provoking an already stressful situation. You wouldn't want your mother or grandma treated like this. Remember: Whatever you put into the Universe eventually returns.

This review is specifically for Joy who was working at the Jacksonville Beach location. Picking up a vehicle (in my case a trailer) that was unexpectedly towed usually isn't a great experience. It took some time for me to get the documents I needed to get my trailer back. As I was waiting, I spent the time talking with Joy who really turned my day around. She was very helpful, cared about her job, and if I had to recommend a towing service for any reason, it would be this company because of her.Huge shoutout for your help today, Joy!

Poor service. I called, they took my information and told me they would contact the tow truck to assist us. After a more than a hour I had to call again to ask why no one had come to tow us yet and at that point they tell us the wait is 3 hours. For 175$ a 3 hour wait? That is insane. Of course I cancelled my service. You can see that the ASAP is just a slogan, this the service is more like "as late as possible". I do not recommend it .

So glad the city finally removed these crooks from the tow rotation list. They are extremely rude and it finally caught up to them. I hope this hits them hard! Reading this made my morning so much better!! The police don't trust them, neither should you!Do yourself a favor, Call another tow company who treats people better!!

They towed my car on Easter and then weren't available when I had drove there for over an hour. Then I show up the next day (after waiting 45 minutes) and then they decide to tell me it's only cash to pay to get my car. The woman on the phone I spoke with every time with rude as hell and talked to me like it was MY fault I was calling her. Should shut down their entire business. Absolutely horrible. Literally eat it.

My vehicle was taken from an apartment complex guest parking. We woke Sunday morning to an empty parking spot with no contact number. After calling the non-emergency policy number we were told ASAP towing had the vehicle. My 1st contact was at 7:06am. We were at the tow yard by 7:AM and told someone had been dispatched to release the vehicle. After several calls to the office, being placed on hold for extended times and hung up on someone arrived at 9:03am. Which I was told there was only 1hr window for someone to arrive to release my vehicle. During the several phone calls I was never told this was a cash only location that has no usable atmosphere on location. The person releasing the vehicle to me was unable to explain the service charges. And all this happened when the company not running my registration until I was already at the tow yard. I have evidence of my vehicle registration and was still charged for towing.Service: Car towing

Very helpful. I parked at McDonald s and was a customer and was towed I need someone to work out some type of agreement that there is no sign saying that there was a parking time limit.
