The Inverness O Reilly team provides excellent service.A huge thank you to all the guys working on Sunday 10-15-23!!!A simple alternator replacement was not so simple and the 3 men working the counter & phone in the afternoon/evening all went above and beyond-even after the initial purchase of the necessary parts.Kudos! Outstanding customer service ! Give these guys a raise as they just earned O Reilly two loyal customers! In a sea of auto parts establishments, O Reilly will be our first stop from here on out.

Always an awesome experience. Mike is fantastic and very knowledgeable. Sometimes issues do occur (many times out of the local store's control!) but they've ALWAYS handled every interaction with excellent customer service and respect!

Walked right in and was greeted promptly. I needed a new battery and have it installed. The whole process took around 20 mminutes and I was very pleased with the friendliness and professional way everything was handled. I would recommend to everyone that needs auto parts and professionalism.

Was quite surprised when going in to the store and asking about help with a bulb replacement and they told me they do not do this. All over the website it is listed that they offer free bulb installation but the clerk said that it did not matter.

After going to Batteries plus bulbs and NAPA auto parts stores and even Walmart on rte 44 for a new battery and help replacing it in my vehicle. The first two denied assistance and Walmart was willing to change out the batteries but was a four hour wait. O Reilly Auto did it for free and said they did it for all their customers. As it turned out I have two blown shoulders and can t do it anymore.That s great customer service! I ll be back for sure.

Went in for a key fob battery. The employee was busy looking on the computer. No acknowledgement at anytime while waiting. A customer stated the part he was given was wrong. The employee took care of him and rebated him. Wow now it s my turn. Told the employee what I needed and asked if he could look it up. He told to take my key fob apart and look at the battery. I left after that customer experience. Will not go back. I was always helped in the past.I went to one of you competitors and they were very helpful

I have spent over a thousand dollars this last year at O'Reilly's in Inverness on my hot rod project and been in and out of the store at least 25 times in the last month. Their same day and next day warehouse parts transfers have kept me moving forward. Sean, Michael, Scott and the gals and the others are great. Most have custom car or truck projects and they understand what your asking for. They get busy and you just have to be patient. Good hard working people that will bend over backwards to find your part and get it on the next warehouse truck fast. They return calls and kept my project on schedule for it's Motor Trend / Car Fix show filming coming up in 2 weeks. Been to the other competitors. I don't trust anyone else.

The employee Sean was super helpful and professional. Answered all my questions and went out of his way to make me feel like I was a valued customer. I bought some jumper cables and he offered to test my battery which in fact was bad. He mentioned this battery needed to be replaced by a dealer and I made an appointment and dropped my car off right after. I wouldn t have known if he didn t go above and beyond to get to the root of the issue. Super friendly and welcoming and made me a O Reillys customer for life. These are the people you need to keep around!!

Need to make a gasket for very old ford tractor, sale person understands what I needed and gave me just the materials to make it, was out in 10 minutes.Outside parking lot was very clean as the interior, staff was helpful and friendly, also gave me a military discount.

Great service, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and personable. They were out-of the part that I needed but they ordered it right then and there and it arrived the very next day and they even remembered who I was and offered to install it for me. this company also honors our veterans by giving them a veteran discount which is an added bonus that I believe sets them apart and above other companies. the prices are very reasonable and they have a large selection to choose from.

As we were two women who walked into the store, we were ignored. Had to interrupt a three way conversation to ask the male employee where to find what we wanted, a wave of an arm directing us. After searching for several minutes and not finding what we wanted, interrupted the female employee and she actually took the time to say that they didn't carry what we were looking for anymore.

Very good service by assistant manager sid. Tough to get too battery that he replaced quickly. No complaints even in 95 degree heat. You ve gained my business because you employ people like Sid. Thanks again!

The best auto parts store around. They will match or beat any other auto parts store. And customer service is thru the roof. I recommend that everybody go there awesome employees that would help you with any matter that at hand.

The one out of three staff that were in the store and manning the counter was very helpful. The other two gentlemen ignored the customers completely and let the one staff deal with all of the complaints and headaches. Usually I am a fan of O'Reilly as far as parts and prices go and availability, but today I was sadly disappointed.

I had a Part for my Vehicle Special Ordered and the Employee that Ordered the Part said he'd Call me when the Part Arrived at the Store. A couple days went by and I didn't receive any call so I called them. The Employee that I spoke with when I called was not the 1 that Ordered the Part. He did Inform me tho that the Part had Arrived the Next day and Was Sent Back because I didn't pick it up. I had no clue that the Part had Arrived due to the Employee that told me he'd call me, Didn't call. I once again Had the Part Ordered & when it Arrived in the Store, The Employee that Re-Ordered it for me in fact Did call to let me know the Part was there. It seems to me that some of the Employees at this Location don't care about their Job by Simply not living up to their Word by Not Calling when He said He would when part Arrived.

Wonderfully knowledgeable guys and ladies! Price matching, bring in your smart phone with another advertised price, though I've never had to go so far. My parts, if not in stock, where there the next morning. Hard to go wrong, pleasant and happy to answer stupid questions. Not that my questions are stupid! Lol.

Even though they didn't have my specific battery in stock they would have it that day which is excellent service in my book! The store is always clean and very well organized, they are friendly and work hard to please their customers.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. O'Reilly is by far the best Auto Parts facility around. I came in a couple of weeks ago and Brett changed my lightbulb out for me and I didn't even ask him to. He offered his help and even when I told him that it wasn't necessary, he still went above, beyond and out of his way to help me. This is customer service at its finest. I just went today to get some basic items (fluids) and Greg was extremely helpful and answered all questions I had. You guys are the best!! I LOVE O'REILLY!!

I came in looking for a brake light for my camper. It was the 4th auto parts store I had tried and I was exhausted and frustrated. While they didn't have my part, Brian helped me a ton!! He suggested a temporary fix that worked out wonderfully. He also helped me find the part number for the part I needed and where I could special order it from. He was the ONLY clerk who offered to help me with that.

O'Reilly's are always on point!!! If they don't have what you need right then, they'll have it for you that day, ASAP!! Very knowledgeable and an overall fun experience when you're there!!! No matter what state you're in!! Thanks to all employee's for what you do!!!
