When it comes to having my car service I am very particular, having one person assigned to not only addressing your concerns but having those concerns physically looked at. also important addressing cost which sometimes can be alarming. that too is addressed with a plan of action one repair at a time over time reducing financial worries. Knowing that my vehicle has been completely evaluated, in writing I might add addressing what has to be done immediately and what has to be taking care of in the near future. And I want to take this opportunity to personally thank Mr.Austin Myers who has earned 5 *****stars and is the reason why I will always bring my vehicle to love Chevrolet

Brought my truck in for an emergency. 46k and it throws a tantrum at 75 mph. Bobby fit it in asap and the service guys diagnosed the problem in a timely manner. They kept me informed very well throughout the process. They found parts quickly and efficiently as well! There was a loaner available within a few days due to covid. Needed a new camshaft due to a roller scoring it.. they got it taken care of in 1 week from when I dropped it off!

Vehicle was done quicker than anticipated. I have used Love Chevy Service since my car was new. Never had a problem! Rebecca, my service adviser, was excellent; always on top of everything. I really like all the notifications you receive on the youe phone. Just hope she stays around for a while; they have been through a bunch of them. Mechanics are always good, never had a problem with repairs!Service: Wheel alignment

They were the most professional and amazing people. From the beginning to end, they were all amazing. My daughter's first time car buyer's experience was above and beyond. It was worth the drive. I recently had my Chevy Equinox fixed at Love Chevrolet in Inverness. The issue I had was fixed very timely. I had the pleasure of working with Trish she was very professional kept me informed of the status of my Equinox as well as pricing of the repair. I am very satisfied with my experience with Love Chevrolet and would recommend them.
