Alex and Zack are great. On 3 occasions I ve brought my cars to shop/dealership closer to home, then I d drive to them for a 2nd opinion. They would explain thoroughly which repairs were unnecessary. Even though they re far from me, I always end up having them work on my cars. Jobs are completed as promised, at a very fair price. Highly recommend this shop!

Alex and Zack are knowledgeable and professional. They do not up sell. They explain everything and the pricing is fair and reasonable to say the least. With many visits in, I am a happy customer. Highly recommend!!

Alex is amazing. He is honest and his prices are good. The other mechanic, Zack was also very kind and helpful. While I was waiting, I met several other customers who were offered options and assistance. We (the customers) discussed how fair the rates were (much lower than other shops in the area) ... if parts have to be ordered, they arrive quickly and at a good price. The waiting room "peanut gallery" also discussed how quickly we were all assisted and the expediency with which our repairs were scheduled.There is no upselling. There is nothing extra thrown in running up additional charges. If it doesn't need a complete teardown, they fix the broken part and offer sound advice/recommendations ... saving you money while keeping you and yours on the road in a safe vehicle.Good service.Good people.

They diagnose and repair for the lowest cost, yet highest quality possible2 years later, and I had to take my wife's car in. It only took a few hours. And it's back, good. And cost half if what I thought it would!I like the new owners!

We just moved to the area in October when my car started making an odd noise. We didn't know where to go. A neighbor recommended Family Auto, which was very convenient because they're only about 15 minutes from our house. My husband called last Thursday and spoke with Mark, who said they were booked until December 16 but to bring my car by the following day (Friday) around 10:30am and he'd see if he could diagnose it. My husband did just that and Mark determined it was a bad bearing. My husband said we needed the car repaired for an up-coming business trip to NJ, and without batting an eye Mark told him to bring the car back the following Monday morning and he'd see what he could do to fit it in during the week, saying he hoped to have it done by Wednesday. Well, we brought my car in first thing this (Monday) morning...and by 2pm we were bringing my car back home, repaired and for a very fair price! He squeezed us in to an already-busy day and got my car road-worthy for the trip we have to take this-coming Saturday. Thank you so much, Mark and Family Auto! We've already recommended you to my parents, who also live in Floral City but had yet to find an automotive shop they could trust!

I needed to take my Saab 2002 SE Convertible in, and they did a great job! Had my A/C Compressor and Motor Mount fixed, and only took a few days since they had to order parts for my foreign car, but it was great work, service, and price! They really do treat customers well and get the job done on your car in a timely manner.

The owner Mark and his wife are great people, he has been in this business for many of years and is very honest and trustworthy. I've been using them for years and highly recommend them. Go see for yourself you won't be disappointed!

I have been using this mechanic for years now and he has always treated me right. If something is not broken he doesn't charge you for repairs you don't need. Theres a reason he is so busy... he is good and honest.

I had him work on my truck eight or ten times he's been fair with the price and he will squeeze you in that day without an appointment if he can I like that. Now if you just work Saturdays it would be perfect couldn't ask for anything more. LOL LOL

Mark has been my mechanic for years..son uses him also..so he truly is our family auto service!- rarely can you find an honest mechanic like mark..honest, reliable, quick and fair priced..he's great!!

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAD LOTS OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT MY VEHICLE ,and they were Very helpful and fair about the cost for repairs, it may take a week or so to get in but it was well worth the wait, best repair shop in town that i have found in this area, i will wait a few days or a week to get a honest opinion and great price, they are very nice and helpful no matter what the problem is, that is why they have been in service for 35 years +,.great place to do my business with...and they will take good care of you and your vehicle's, Thanks for letting me share my opinion,

The owner Mark, is a good man and a good mechanic. There are 3 bays with 3 mechanics that can fix just about anything. Very cordial!
