I have an F250 that had one tire on the passenger front with some significant wear. So, needed to put on a new tire and align the truck.Dropped it off at 9:30 am and picked up at 4:30pm only to find out they can't align the truck. I asked , then why put on the tire, you're screwing me by putting a new tire on. She asks how, really?? It's not aligned!!! Do you think they offered to switch them back or maybe discount the bill?? No!!!They could care less, it's not their $400 tire. Never again, you obviously do not care about your customers.

2 days for an alignment, didn't do the other work requested. Mechanic was rude and talked to me like I was am idiot. I am a master mechanic and let him know that before he even opened his mouth. Brought it to the garage because I dont have the alignment equipment. I was charged an additional $100 for labor because said he had to tighten parts I left loose ... absolutely 100% not true and he had to put my truck on The alignment machine 4 times. I would not recommend

My mother recommended after she got a nail in her tire and I did the same day as well. I had to be there at the most 20 min. as a walk in, they were super friendly, and affordable!

I went to get my tire put on my rim, they were booked but they finished it very fast. The prices were great and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, they even carried the tire out to my car.

Ive been Looking for a great set of tires for my 03 GMC and got intouch with im guessing son Kevin off of Facebook! He helped hold a set for me fill Payday. And great Communication helped me out 100% and above all great Customer service!!! I'll be coming back in the future!! Thanks Kevin!

Been going there for 25 years because my Dad recommended them to me. Never been disappointed. Dad's been gone 3 years but Mom still takes her car to them.

Sure would be nice if you took your car to be repaired and they actually fixed it. I got halfway home and it had the same problem as before. No hours on weekends whatsoever. Way to support the working class of Citrus County!

Got new tires today from this family owned Firestone in town and they were AWESOME! Treated me with respect, did what they said in the time that they said it would be! I'll definitely be back! I'm so tired of the chain stores and poor customer service. I want to support local businesses who honestly care about their customers! <3

Went yesterday to get a front end alignment and a tire replaced, great bunch of ppl...I had a headlight bulb out and I brought it with me and they were able to get it for me...they were able to show me where I have another tire that is close to needing replaced but, showed me I'm good for now...and gave me quotes for my bfs truck .. me and my mom have been coming here almost 18yrs and definitely trust ppl like this...

After having a set of 4 new tires installed, my truck started to sway in a dangerous fashion. I Was told by City Tire it was the alignment. After several alignments didn t resolve the problem, I was told I would have to break the tires in. After numerous trips to several garages it was discovered that City Tire had installed to large of a tire on the truck. They initially refused to change out the tires, and after much persistence they reluctantly installed the correct size tire, which resolved the problem. They then refused to refund the difference in price, which was approx. $250 and chalked it up to paper work they had to do to get replacement tires. Customer service and concern for customer safety in my opinion is poor at best. Steer clear of this business!

My car's back tire started losing air so I pulled in here and the gentleman filled up all tires for me. Very nice! Thank you so much!

Small town auto repair and tire shop. Very busy requiring an appointment even for an oil change. They will fit you in if it's an emergency. Prices are competitive. There is a waiting area with coffee and a TV. I've never been pressured to add on repairs, which I appreciate.

I've had a few different cars repaired here for a few different things. I'm always impressed by the service and cost. It's hard to find a good mechanic shop in today's world, but these guys are great.

I moved here 2 months ago,. I have a 2007 Saturn Vue clutch went,. These guys are courteous and great sense of humor,. Service was great prices excellent,. Highly recommend,. A big Thank you!

I've used this shop a few times. They have a good staff of mechanics, and the owners are friendly and knowledgeable. I have always left the shop feeling my car was repaired well and at a fair price.

We were headed to the Orlando Airport, with little time to spare. Stopped here as low tire warning was beeping. they were busy, explained our situation,he said pull up right here. he brought out a tool to test the tire sensors causing the alarm, they were bad, added a little air to tires and sent us safely on our way. Offered to pay or tip, but he said No Thanks, I say Thank You!!Great guy, great tire store!!!
