I purchased a battery for my Harley from batteries Plus on April 22nd 2022. The battery was a Duracell which had a 2-year warranty. I do keep the battery on a tender when I'm not using the bike. Over the past couple of months the battery was not starting my motorcycle so I brought it back into batteries Plus to see about getting it replaced under warranty. The store owner tested the battery and based on his testing equipment, said that the battery was good. The battery tested 12.7 volts which is 0.1 volt from being bad. The store owner refused to replace my battery. I then took the battery to the Harley dealership and explained to them what had happened at batteries plus. They informed me that they do a comprehensive test on the battery and also test it under a load. After testing the battery under load it came up with only half the cranking amps necessary to start the motorcycle. Harley's comprehensiv test showed that the battery was not good. And should have been replaced by batteries Plus under their warranty. However, the store owner refused to replace it. I would not recommend this batteries Plus for purchasing anything. They do not stand behind any products they sell. I would never go back there to purchase anything.

I had a wonderful experience. I received the battery I needed for a portable glucometer right away. I was also educated on my battery-backup surge protection units.They did a great job on customer service. And I even ended up buying an slim LED pen light i had forgotten about. I now see why they are more than just batteries!Definitely recommend this place! I took lots of pics to share.

eric is the best!! i shattered my phone screen and needed a fast fix. i was in within a few hours of it breaking. eric made it look good as new. a few weeks later, there were some issues with the screen he had put on. i went to the store and he recognized me right away, took my phone and fixed it then and there for free, no questions asked. i will definitely recommend him to anybody who asks for phone repair!!

Went there recently to replace the screen on my Android. Within 3 days Rob replaced it and he also fixed my old key fob to my SUV working properly. It's nice to have my old spare working again after all these years. They also sell automotive and golf cart batteries. I recommend this place to anyone for touch screen repairs or batteries.

Got a new battery here for my car, cheaper than the big auto parts store down the street and the guy helped me install it with his tools and gear. Great experience all around, I wish them the best!

I have been here 4 or 5 times recommended this to several people for phone repair. Been back several times customer service by Erik is fantastic. True gentlemen you should cherish employees that treat you all types of respect. Best of the best.

Had a cracked back glass and camera glass on my Note 21 Ultra 5g. I showed up at maybe 10:03 right after they opened, took my dogs for a quick walk behind the buildings, got back at 10:15 and he was already waiting at the counter for me with my new back glass installed. Phenomenal experience, highly recommend for phone repairs

What a great bunch of people they have working here. Also met the owner, and he was just so spot on. And aside from great staff, I saved about $50 buying an auxiliary car battery here. If you need batteries or bulbs, check this place out for sure.

Great help buying a battery but don't stand by their warranty!!! Bought a battery 4 months ago for my motorcycle that gets rode once or twice a week, just like the 4 wheeler and mower. It went dead and won't take a charge. But it's not under warranty because I didn't maintain?? Like I said it's 4 months old, it should take a charge regardless.Just so we're clear, It was the store manager that refused to warranty. So I called corporate and it is up to owners discretion to warranty. Which also refused

I had Batteries + Inverness, Fl replace my Toyota key FOB battery for a very fair price of $6.35.Two weeks later my husband had his replaced for the very same car and he was charged $16.00. When questioned, the clerk said the owner must not have charged for my installation but that he did charge to install my husbands. Will not return or recommend this business to anyone! Shady and overpriced! -0- stars!!

Needed batteries for a door bell camera. The Gentleman was very helpful and honest. The batteries were more then the camera. So returned the camera and got another Ring !Also had a I phone that tge charger wouldn't go into & he looked at it & pulled out a piece of rice We also get our trailer batteries here for the lift.Highly recommend this place.

Perfect experience all around! Mackenzie was super helpful processing my sons iPhone repair. Answered all questions and concerns. Eric quickly repaired his phone to brand new. Everything said and done under initial quoted price (over the phone) and within 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

After doing a search for phone repair, Batteries Plus came up. They were close, so I thought I would give them a try. So happy that I did! I had gone to Spectrum and they just gave me a Sim card and sent me on my way. I described what was going on to Tim and Erik and they said that I should try the Sim card but realized that Spectrum had not activated it. So, I went back to Spectrum and after they activated the Sim card my phone worked again. Thanks to both Tim and Erik for their quick diagnosis and offering something that Spectrum did not. They had my best interests in mind. Thank you guys!

Very impressed with the quality of care I received from both the owner Rob and employee Tim. I've come here several times with phone issues and I've always left feeling more educated and satisfied with the situation.Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs it!

This, on 6-13-2019 was the best experience with this type or any other similar type of business in the 14 years I've lived in Citrus County. I communicated with three salespeople and the owner-manager via phone conversations followed by a visit. KEY WORDS OR PHRASES: Competent, conscientious, helpful, friendly, great dispositions, good manners, knowledgeable, patient, honest, personable. They educated me. I was given options with pros and cons. They went that extra mile to fulfill my vehicle battery needs. The installation was free. The installer protected all of my resets so my vehicle settings were restored to exactly the same configuration once the new battery was installed. I'll probably think of other superlatives once I've submitted this. The owner or owners should be commended for whatever process they used, along with their good judgment, in selecting their employees. Recommended to me by a trusted friend who owns a large collection of automobiles and has had similar experiences with this business. I drove away with the sincere feeling that I'd made a few new friends. In this day and age, I consider that alone to be a peak experience.

I can't say enough about this place. The tech that helped me the first time with my tablet was amazing. I went back again for an issue that unfortunately wasn't fixable due to a cracked screen ( child did it by accident) they were still very kind and caring. The tech still took her time trying to figure it out and looked at all solutions to fix it. They don't stop till they can fix it or offer a alternative. Everyone else was kind and took their time with me answering questions I had. Didn't rush me off when they couldn't fix my tablet. They are honest, hardworking and fantastic.

This is real simple. Excellent prices, excellent service, excellent products. Citrus County needs more businesses like this. They truly care about customer service and a fair price for a great product. Have purchased Truck Battery and two marine batteries, will not shop anywhere else for batteries from now on. Great website to order from and simply pick-up in store, it will be there waiting for you.

They are always so helpful, whether I come in for new key fobs for my car or scooter batteries. I highly recommend Tim and his associate. They are knowledgeable, honest and considerate.

The staff is amazing! They are very honest. They helped me get parts for broken phone, fixed it promptly and were genuinely very nice honest people.I would recommend them anytime for any of your phone needs. The are a family owned franchise which makes it a priority to me because they are a small business.

I purchased a motorcycle battery. Carmine the salesman gave me exactly what I needed within two minutes of searching. He explained the different grades of batteries and didn't push me to pick the most expensive one. Perfect fit and a decent price too. In and out of the store quickly which I like. I just wish every store I visited had a knowledgeable sales guy like this one.

After wasting gas going to two other business trying to find 8 volt golf cart battery and the fact I had to drag the old battery core back in forth with two blown shoulders , I decided to search or a battery store near me in Inverness. I Found that Batteries Plus Bulbs store was in a close proximity of my home so I gave them a try. My opinion of this experience was top notch!Eric the store employee was very knowledgeable about this battery and actually took the time to verify that their product was an exact match. Not only that I dreaded the thought of trying to carry the core into his store and he graciously offered do get it out of my truck bed for me. Kudos to him!I also was impressed with how organized and clean the store was. Not only that I received a one year warranty on the battery as well.If I every need batteries again it will be a trip to them for sure to get them.Update!I recently had to have my vehicle serviced at a local dealer. They informed me that the battery had one bad cell and needed to be replaced. Because of my previous experience I decided to take it back to Batteries plus bulbs. Because he helped me the first time as I have a severe dislocated shoulder and a fractured back he graciously took the core out of my vehicle and brought the new battery to my vehicle.So as I said I wanted to give him the business for the previous visit where he went above and beyond customer service.When I stopped in this time he started to get the info on my vehicle for a new battery and when I again requested assistance he shot me right down even though I reminded him about my disabilities.I guess he either was having a bad day or it was a different sales manager.Just a little FYI the Napa near by declined as well to replace the battery and take out the bad one. Just so you know I offered to pay and they still declined. Maybe they were worried about liability. I actually went to Walmart as well and was not able to get it done there as they were backed up and would have been a four our wait. But at least they said they would do it.My recommendation is to go to O riellys on the other side of the road. They said they would do it and always did it for their customers. I offered to pay extra as I was desperate because I knew my battery was in bad shape. They said they do it for free for all their customers.I ll be back for all my auto parts needs in the future.

Great service, Knowledgeable with every type of battery made. Also has replacement key fobs for different make car's. They matched the new fob to my car an programmed it for me. Cut the new key an made sure everything worked properly. Highly recommended to anyone in need of batteries or keys.

They were very helpful with me choosing a battery for my mower. I even had a problem with my mower that killed the battery and they warrantied it for me with no issues, definitely have my business. The staff was very helpful and pleasant!

A very helpful staff. They have stuff that are normally hard to find in a small town. My Prius needed a special sized 12 volt battery and they had it in stock. I paid a lot less than I would have at the dealership. I really haven't taken the time to explore the store to see everything that they carry.

Excellent Friendly Service!Won t go anywhere else to have families iPhone Battery or Screen Repairs done!!Apple charges over $100 for a battery replacement while Batteries Plus Bulbs is $60!Batteries last a long time!!

I had to go here three times just for my IPhone 11 Pro screen not to be fixed. First time I got it fixed the screen popped out of the phone the second day after it was fixed. They didn t replace it had to buy it and a phone screen should never pop out if it was fixed correctly. This time I got it fixed the screen had defects so I took it back and they replaced it. After this 2 weeks later my phone screen popped out again. Do not recommend bringing your phone screen to get fixed here. They ruined my phone and now I have to get a new one.

Great place to go! My phone screen was cracked so I scheduled an appointment and they took care of it within an hour after the appointment! Also great costumer service! Now time to fix the back screen of my phone! Thank you and I ll be coming back!
