James, the night manager helped me out today. I would just like to say he went above and beyond what his requirements were to take care of us. Without his assistance, our vehicle wouldn t have the parts needed and Work would ve been missed the next day. Thank you James keep up the good work.

James is "the bomb" incredibly helpful customer-service, focused employees/managers (? If not, he def should be), and, overall, one of the friendliest, most WW1knowledgeable and most helpful AutoZone locations I've ever dealt with (am involved in the industry so I've dealt with a lot). Don't question any warranty they provide - they will stand by their promise of replacement or refund (in the unlikely event you need to do so) based on my numerous experiences as a commercial buyer for 8 years. Thumbs up all the way. And thank you, James!

Someone that works there replaced a battery. Didn t tell me she broke a radiator hose and somehow managed to loosen the oil cap. Oil splattered everywhere and also didn t notice a hose was melted to my alternator. Incompetent people shouldn t be allowed to work on cars! Cost me a LOT of money!

Quoted $190 on a battery at the Beverly Hill store then wouldn t honor once I came to pick it up at the Inverness store. The female manager, is rude and has No customer skills. Never go there again. I went back to the Beverly Hill store to fine out why she wouldn t sell me the battery for $190. Seems I was quote a business price and not a regular customer walk in price. They should have honored the price I was quoted. I filed a complaint with Corp so let s see if they respond.

They're compatible and comparable to a lot of auto parts, but I am biased because of the way prices have gone up so I have done a lot of DIY. Other than that, if you can afford it they got have all your needs! Staff is good as well

Very helpful staff. Took a belt up there and they found out the size for me. They did not have it in stock but even without a model number they were able to tell me what number it was without even knowing the vehicle so I may be able to find it somewhere else. Granted it was for a holiday display ferris wheel and not a vehicle. Kudos guys. Thank you

AutoZone has consistently failed to stock 14 inch rear wiper blades to fit my vehicles. I end up going to a competitor for blades making an additional stop and annoyed about my wasted effort.Further, the current size listing in the AutoZone part data base for a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica is incorrect. The system shows 22 inch for driver side but the vehicle comes with 26 inch blades. Previous models used 26 inch blades so this error may be recent.I posted this response to help remind me to avoid AutoZone.

This location is a top winner in my book, friendly and efficient service. They have clearly marked CLEARANCE sales that are real deals. Parking is not so great but the staff and sales make up for it. FYI their checkout system doesn't allow for split payments the last time I attempted.

This one is for James Oneil. Great guy with a very good interpersonal relationship skills and excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure i got the right part that i needed and even helped me change it on my vehicle at no charge. I was so worried about how i'd get to work the next day but his good deed left a positive mark. I will be definitely back at that store and it is because james did a great job. Thank you, you are a great guy.

They tried to sell me a new battery for $200 when the one I had was still good. It just needed a charge. Another time I ordered a gasket and it never came. No one knew what happened to it.

I bought a set of wiper blades at a different AutoZone location but stop by this store and Stephanie came right out to my truck and helped me. She was so polite. Within five minutes I was back on the road. Excellent service.

There is always someone there to help, most are very friendly. Usually do whatever possible to make sure whatever customer they re serving happy. This is the only place I go to for all my auto wants and needs!

Easy in and out, purchased wiper blades. Not cheap anymore but what is? Very neat and clean store, and good to know I can get my auto parts here.

Never go back to that dump, have had a third battery go bad in 7 months, and thier 90 day policy on a battery, bloody rediculas. Spend more money on gas trying to replace a battery that has "just" conveniently expired, like the last battery went dead in 4 months, again conveniently after warranty up. The kid behind the counter was the one that sent me up there telling me warranty was good until I got there and he looked at it and said this not good. A lady gives me a number for the company that made the battery and got a Verizon message telling me the number was invalid. So tired of incompetence and spending money on gas for nothing. Thier batteries are garbage. Too add to the dilemma, owner sends me an email address to contact them and I reply to the email address they sent me, and it came back saying the address was not found so was not sent. Again done

Manager was professional and quick to help me. My headlamp bulb was out- in less than 5 minutes I was pulling out with newly installed brighter bulbs! So great- I wasn t expecting help installing them. I am definitely going back!

Truly a fun experience in the observation of apoorly run Autozone! They've sold me their own Dynalast parts with missing hardware, then made the exchange soridiculous I truly thought I was being "Punked" and started looking around for Ashton Kutcher! On a second visit a laughable know-it-all Blonde Boy and his aging "Frank Zappa wanna be hipster co-hort" assured me that they could not look up my "power steering pressure side hose" because I failed to call it a "pressure side LINE, a term that 'ol Blonde Boy stated to me was an indication to him that I possessed a limited knowledge of automotive terminology.Funny, the gentleman at the NAPA down the road had no problem understanding my request with that same description at all.Avoid this AZ guys, the NAPA, less than a mile away is for real gear heads.

Awesome shop! Almost always my first stop on the parts-go-round, as they usually have in or can get it sooner, and seems to always be the cheapest source in town for the same item. Manager Tyler a stand up guy, runs a jovial, friendly smart shop. Best auto parts store in Inverness, IMHO!

Man I can not express how happy I am after leaving here... $170 saved and advice.. There's all of the big 3 auto part stores in a 1 mile strip... We choose Autozone Inverness for our commercial & personal vehicles every time! Highly recommend

I visited at 7:31 on a Saturday morning during a torrential rain storm needing a battery for my car. The young lady managing the store didn't bat an eye, installed the battery then sent me on my way within 20 minutes.

Tyler the manager is awesome. Sunday morning heading to church car battery dead, husband jumped it off to Auto Zone we go, they had just opened. Tyler installed the battery for me, took a HUGHweight off my shoulders knowing I'm good to go for my travels.Thank you Tyler, and thank you Auto Zone for hiring conscientious employees and management.
