I was coming through the area on bicycle and hadn't planned to stop in Inglis but I had a knee injury. I showed up in the morning looking for a room. I was given a room immediately and only had to wait an understandable amount of time for it to be cleaned for the day. The room was beautifully clean. The staff was so friendly. Everything I could need from a store or restaurant was in short distance. And, most of all, it was way more affordable than any motel in Crystal River. I am so thankful I found this place!

So when we used to travel back and forth over 10 years to Inglis to go to scooter Haven sometimes we'd stay at Scooter Havens and camp out but sometimes we use to here. Clean rooms courtesy and very good people matter of fact my husband and misplaced a sterling silver ring in one of the rooms and they actually called my husband up and shipped it home to him . THAT is awesome I highly recommend this hotel a reasonable in price. A must to cheak out Safety: I love this hotel I would recommend it to any of my family and friendsFood & drinks: Also it's near a bar that's called Pirate's Cove it's awesome Ron's cafe .must to check out these.

Called to get a room. Front desk guy was short with me, charges $5 extra per person in the room and asked if I have any pets. Fine, $85 and im tired, that price sounds great. Their website says pets welcome, I say yes one well behaved dog- guy changes his story to no rooms available. I say, well they can sleep in my truck...( I'm exhausted and need a hot shower at this point) He says no, no rooms available. I say: but your website says pets are welcome... he hangs up on me. Don't waste your time or money here.

I will never stay here again. This place was so dirty that I was terrified to take off my shoes. There was also white powder all over the border of the walls and I don t know what it was, making it super unsafe for kids who love to touch everything, which I had 4 small children with me. Also one of my kids woke up with bite marks all over her face. I guess you get what you paid for. I spend only $65 a night which was ok but next time I rather spend double if it means the safety of my kids and cleaner rooms. Also there was dead bugs inside the dressers. Only positive thing I can think of is that the owners seem nice and that the water in the shower was super hot like I like it. Just be careful if you have small children. The water is very very hot. Also the air conditioner inside or the room would not stay on for more then 5 minutes. I thought it was the Timer on it but after turning off the timer it still didn t work.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but the rooms have been remodeled. Huge beds but are more on the firm side. Excellent cable selection. The a/c is fantastic if you like it cold. The rooms also have a fridge and freezer with a microwave. Water pressure is perfect and the hot water stays hot. However I would bring your own soap or bodywash, theirs kinda sucks. Overall it was a nice place tho

Check in was ok, but slow because main computer crashed and they had to use a laptop. Couldn't print a receipt unless she unplugged laptop and plugged in printer but because we had plans for the afternoon and wouldn't be back till the evening, she said she'd leave it in the room as it wasn't ready yet. It never got left.Found out NOT to get there after dark because of thousands of nasty flying critters hanging around the light outside of our room. Opened the door and as soon as we turned on lights inside, half of them flew in.Floors were filty and bedside table had 2 or 3 globs of sticky stuff on it. Which wouldn't wipe away with wet paper towels.Bathroom tub and shower faucets were terrible to get to work properly and water was backing up in drain.No intentions of staying there again.

Room was seriously worn and ragged. Broken pull out couch, NO HOT WATER in the shower, unmopped tile floor in the room, door didn't lock and had no peep hole, and they charged us extra per kid on top of what we agreed through Expedia when we were already renting a room that slept 6, none of which was printed in the office or part of their Expedia ad. This garbage cost us about $150 for somewhere we were afraid to fall asleep in. Do NOT recommend. Stay in Crystal River instead.

Clean rooms, accommodating staff. My family and I traveled to Crystal River to swim with the manatee yesterday. While most hotels were booked, we happened upon this motel. The rooms, though dated, are spacious and clean. Most remarkable, however, is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I left my Fitbit and charger in my room this morning upon checking out. I did not realize this until we were two hours down the road. I called the motel owner, and he happily offered to mail my Fitbit back to me! What service! We will definitely be staying at the Withlacoochee Motel again.

Too expensive, maid service was good and very accommodating. Needs an ice machine and soda machine outside. Have to ask for ice at the office.Older motel but for the area, fine. My AC worked great, beds comfortable.

It was a dated room but we didn't mind at all because it was very clean. The staff was friendly and gave us a suggestion on what to do since the springs were closing. There is a beautiful park about ten miles down the road close to three sisters springs. A local that had moved out of town was staying there visiting home he gave us a lot of local information on the place and suggestions on were to get the best seafood. The price was 60 seems about average for that area. If I visited this area again I would return.

This is a nice, clean, well-run motel that is left over from the 40s when Hwy 98 was the only way to get to south Florida. The room we had was big and had everything we needed. Next door was a great restaurant and the Gulf of Mexico is only a few miles away. Several charter boats were located nearby if fishing is your forte. It will definitely be a regular stop on our trips to the Big Bend area.

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! It was almost 2am, my boyfriend and I were coming thru and stopped here. The internet said $60 a night but when we got there the guy charged us $90+ and then said we had to check out at 11am. There was hardly anyone there. $90+ for 9 hours. I guess that was his way of getting back at us for waking him up? Otherwise the rooms were nice and clean.

Very well maintained room that I was alloted too. Door seals well and bathroom was clean. It is an older motel but in good shape for the age. The beds may be a bit springy. About what I would expect. We saw a cockroach in the room!

Ruth is wonderful, sweet lady deserves a raise ;)My room was simply awesome lots of new updates for under $55, unreal, pretty decor, even a window in the bathroom, rarity, & it actually opens! The room windows also open for fresh air! I don't like sealed windows & stuffy rooms. Would most definitely return, & recommend!
