After shopping in the store for years, went in to get some parts for my hot tub two days ago. Everything was fine. Went through the check out paid for my items two days later I got a call from the police department, accusing me of stealing something they said the owners Said that I put back a box. It was empty and they accused me of stealing it. I assured them I did not. I did put an item back in a bin small plastic container. They said it was empty. I don t know if it fell out or dropped on the floor or what but I don t appreciate being accused of stealing. I will not be in your store ever again. In the future, I would be careful of who you accuse of stealing if you thought I stole something I really wish you would ve approached me when I was in the store.

The young man was very patient, polite and helpful helping me pick a paint color. Ace Hardware has great employees and prices.

This is definitely the best hardware store I ve ever been to. It s like going back in time how you re treated. Great customer service, they refer to you by your first name and if you need something they ll order it without you having to come in and pre-pay for it. So much friendlier than a big box hardware store, like HD

Usually we receive nothing but the best service at Ace s across the country. Quality customer service is something I have grown to associate with this brand. Unfortunately this was not the case at this location. Went to this Ace for a simple part, asked one of the technicians to help find it. He was not familiar with the part we were looking for; when the manager (Brian) was asked for the location of the part he lacked basic communication skills and the ability to show the smallest semblance of human respect. Instead of simply responding with the location of where to find it, he yelled across the store in a rude demeaning tone. I would strongly urge the GM of this location to reconsider management at this store. If this is how their leader treats customers, I can not imagine how this leadership style will influence the store associates.

This particular ace is not the place with the helpful hardware folks. My husband and I were attempting to get a simple house key copied. It took three trips, and we still had no success. When we came back the final time, we asked for the manager to help us. Apparently, Patrick is too busy to help customers personally. A young man attempted to make the keys again. When we showed him, his copy was visibly different than our original, and that all of the attempts at copying our key were different, he attempted to get Patrick to come and assist us and Patrick refused. he did offer a refund, which, of course we were entitled to. When we went to the front of the store to deal with the refund, we asked to speak to the manager again, and we were told Patrick was on the phone and unavailable. Instead, Patrick sent a snitty teenage girl to come and help us. She thought it was more important to talk to me about being frustrated and needing to calm down than to process my refund in a timely manner. After more than 30 minutes from the time we arrived and asked for the manager till the time the snitty teenager processed our refund, we asked and Patrick was still unavailable. We typically like supporting local small businesses, which this Ace is one. After this experience, I doubt we will go to this location in the future. So, if you want a copy of a key, do NOT go to this location. Either they have poorly calibrated equipment or they have poorly trained employees. More disturbing is that the manager Patrick doesn t care.

The strange part of this Ace location in Indialantic is that it doesn't appear like a large store by Ace's standards. However, they have everything and know where everything is. It's amazing that they can pack so much merchandise into a small location.Obviously as Ace is known for their personal customer experience it's my go-to place for anything I need for my home. It helps me avoid going to the big box stores which is always a good thing.The Ace Hardware store model is a beacon of light compared to the impersonal big box store shopping experience.

Our Local "ACE is The Place" hardware store. Owned and operated by a nice local family. Very well stocked to aid in a multitude of home projects. They also have garden section and critter control section. My wife especially likes the paint dept. You can even get keys made here..... Although beach side, prices seem reasonable! Highly recommend!!!

It's nice that we still have a local hardware store with extremely helpful staff. So what if you pay a few dollars more for everything it's beachside and that's why they call it service. Grateful for our local Ace hardware

Brought in an irrigation pump needing repair and cannot have higher praise for Morgan! There were several waiting but he looked and mine, made a quick change and handed it back working! Unbelievably great service!

Brian was so incredibly helpful this morning when I got a flat tire in the parking lot! He helped me plug the tire and was so kind. My family has lived nearby since I was a kid and have always shopped here, but I will definitely continue to do so Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this place. I used to frequent this ACE when they were on A1A in satellite. The owner is so cool and incredibly knowledgeable on anything mechanical, plumbing, electrical, etc. Plus his new store has an incredible assortment of stainless screws/bolts/washers, and hard to find plumbing parts, etc.

Great hardware store with employees who take the effort to ask if you need help and find the things you're looking for. The absolute best spot to get stainless hardware for beachside use. Lots of other services such as chlorine refills for the pool too. Thanks for keeping the local hardware store alive in our community!

Love this place. All the staff are super helpful. You'd be surprised how much stuff they have to address your needs despite being a small store. I always go here first before going to huge Lowe's or Home Depot.

Excellent experience calling to find out if an item was in stock. The employee who answered was professional and courteous. She transferred my call to a very helpful man who said not only was the item available, it would be at the register for me. It was! Also, when I entered the store, a delightful, knowledgeable man greeted me, offered assistance, located the item for me, told me about the sale if I bought three. I bought six in addition to the items awaiting me at the counter. Thank you Ace for having such a great place and fabulous, caring employees.

Nice place, feels comfortable, well stocked when we have visited. Parking and leaving the lot can be tricky. If you use the self check, be prepared for the automated lady to talk the whole time, loudly, and announce everything you are buying. Note to WD: We all know how to use self check now, please change this! it's loud, annoying and unnecessary. That's why I gave it 3 stars.

These guys are selling some Stihl Products above retail. Case in point, The GTA 26, a battery powered pruning saw, that retails at $170 is selling there for $200. I pointed that out to the person I spoke to and he told me the manager said they were in short supply. Go Figure. Note other Stihl in the area had the correct retail price.

If you have been to Home Depot and or Lowes you well know the feeling of helplessness wandering the isles trying to find help. When you do, how many times have you heard in a polite yet hasten voice, "this is not my department" if your lucky the good ones call over the radio or use an app they carry for help. Occasionally you run into a knowledgeable person who goes above and beyond.AT ACE especially this ACE once Beach Discount since as far back as I go 1964, family owned and operated by the same family still. By far the best hardware store I have ever been to. Very knowledgeable staff, willing to help and educate you on technique, reasons for aditional items you may have forgotten, or those in your cart that are excessive. I own a small handyman company, forever learning, they have helped me look like I am a 5 star buisness. Once an employees son told me that I was good only because I could go to ACE and ask his Dad how to do what I was being paid for. He didn't know how correct he was. Everybody working there deserve employee of the year awards every year. Eddie the owner, taught by his father i forget his name, yet very similar, puts every bit of everything you could possibly need in a space that will amaze you. With loyal and regular staff that knows where stuff is located and not much if any turnover has made me gladly pay "perhaps" about 4 percent on average more well worth it. Not to mention the best collection of nuts and bults "fasteners" known by any other hardware store to be the go to place for those specialty fastners. Thanks so much guys

The people here are so pleasant and helpful! It really beats Lowe s and it is locally owned.I can t say enough good! Bryan was great today!

This place has been around for quite a while and after all the years of Shopping here I've always had outstanding service and the employees go out of their way to help you find what you need and are always courteous and smiling thank youParking: Just a very busy parking lot need to be aware of where you're at and how you pulling and pull out

Personal one on one, help assist you with recomendations on how to do your project. I can say I have visited this store an additional 80 to 100 times since this last review. The store has a few new faces yet that same old small town approach. Kind and friendly still getting better

Great hardware store run by great people. They are always very helpful and have everything from nuts and bolts to Big Green Eggs. Irrigation supplies, electrical, plumbing,tools, and power equipment from Stihl. Customer service is excellent!

I had a fantastic experience with this store. I ordered a Weber Grill on Black Friday and they assembled it and delivered it to my door in the most professional manner. The employee I worked with, Brian, was fantastic in regards to the coordination and logistics. A top-notch experience.

The older staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Some younger staff are still learning, but will get help, if needed. The store carries a lot of stock, but the store is small, so aisle space is limited.

The friendly staff of Ace are always willing to help you find the stuff you need. In addition, they often ask about your project and will offer advise on the best tool or part for the job your working on. The space is very organized and its easy to find what you need. Definitely my to go hardware store!

We just moved back to Indialantic, and are delighted to shop at ACE Hardware for all of our hardware needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. It is very easy and fast to get in and out. They even treat my little one's to ice treats. Prices are very affordable and on par with larger unfriendly box stores.

We've been patrons of this family business for over twenty-five years and we almost always find what we need at a reasonable price. The service is great, especially compared to those big-box retailers. They specialize in plumbing, including pump repair, but have most items that you might need. Always try here first.
