The best tire shop I have ever been to. The most amazing team. They had my tires mounted and balanced in 10 min. You will also not beat the price. Save yourself a headache and go to Ortega.

Great customer service and pricing is fair. This was my first time coming here and I was genuinely impressed by their kindness. I brought my car here for an oil change, a tire rotation, and a wheel alignment. Thank you again!

Wow I am just totally blown away right now with the customer service that I just received here at Ortega Tire long story short it was 6:55 on Friday evening I'm driving home to Ave Maria where I live and my dash lights up saying that I have low air pressure I pull over my tire is basically flat I put Fix-A-Flat in it drive for about five minutes it starts going flat again so now I'm starting to panic I call or take a tire they take me tell me don't worry as long as you promise us that you're coming we will wait for you no matter how long it takes you to get here and I was like okay wow so needless to say I had to stop at two different gas stations between Ave Maria and Ortega Tire both of them charged me $2 for air and neither of them the air pump worked so needless to say when I arrived it or take a tire I was completely stressed out worried and tired they immediately greeted me with a smile on their face 720 on a Friday evening and just went to work right away first part about it is I had left my wallet at my office so only had 30 nine dollars cash on me and they looked at me with a smile and said you know what we're just happy we're able to help you today you're a good customer guys I have shop there before they're like don't worry about it enjoy your evening come back and see us again next time you need us. I was absolutely positively completely blown away with how everybody was so helpful and polite and nice to me the lady in the office was great all the guys out in the shop had a smile on their face even though they were off the clock on a Friday night they didn't seem to care at all they just wanted to make sure I got back on the road safely thanks a lot Ortega Tire you guys are the best in Immokalee for sure!!

Got to the Farmers Market. Went to open my doors to get loaded. FLAT tire!! Tried to air it up. Hole was to big. Googled, truck tire shop near me. Ortega's was the closest. Call them up and an angelic voice comes over the line, "Ortega's." Told them what was happening and would there be a long wait. She said if you can get here, we can help you. I asked her name. She replied, Jasmine. But the J is pronounced as a Y. Got loaded. A very light load. Limped the ole gal down the street about a quarter mile. Before I EVEN got out of the truck, her men were getting me set up for whatever needed to get done. I walked inside, Meet Jasmine, just as beautiful as she sounded. Come to find out, I needed a tire replacement. Trailer is old and soon to be sold, so they found a tire very similar to mine but, in much better condition. If I was there for an hour, I was there all week. It's family run and very kind, courteous, professional and wicked FAST!!! Andy with Blackjack Express!

Went there early on Sunday morning with a nail in my tire. Staff were pleasent and efficient. Fixed the tire 15 minutes tops. Excellent service.
