If I could give 0 stars I would. The exact day that my car was picked up from the scene, I verbally gave permission for it to be released to my insurance company. A week later, I get a call requesting the vehicle to be released because this towing company called complaining about my vehicle being there still and had the audacity to LIE and deny permission given to pick it up. Considering the fact that my vehicle was a total loss, the company taking advantage and lie in order to make more money is just sick to me.

The best experience. Saved us after our car hit a kayak on the Florida interstate in the middle of nowhere. Was fast and got us home safe, even though it was miles away from where the crash occurred. Thank you so much.

My car was towed 18 miles to Bills towing and received $2000 damage to the rear deck, rear bumper, and left rear signal. He said there was absolutely no way the tow truck could have caused that damage. Rated 0. $210 for towing.

We we re headed to Miami on Alligator Ally after 3 am when a opossum struck the front of the car and hit the radiator hose. My fianc� called Bill and he came and towed us all the way to Opa-locka in Miami...he s very professional and will make sure your ok. I recommend his services if ever in need. Thanks Bill and his baby moms. She s an absolute sweetheart
