I didn't have an appointment for an oil change but got service right away. And the price of $ 24.- is unbeatable. That's what I paid 20 years ago. It included 5 quarts of oil and an oil filter. I paid $ 30.- because my truck needs 7 quarts. Any other places I tried, charged $ 48 - 50

Oscar shouldn't be there manager here. I was there shortly before they closed with a tire emergency. He said he wouldn't change my tire because I was too late. Granted it was ten mins before they close, I had the tire and bare rim there and ready. He could have had it done and had me cashed out before they closed. Who do this, that's why he told me then that it didn't pass inspection. He said that he was going to give it to his tire guy and his tire guy was going to fail it for inspection. I asked him what was wrong with it and why I didn't pass inspection. He said the tire was too worn out and wasn't good enough for Walmart to mount. He was ready to go home. I explained to him that I would have to sleep in my car if I didn't get his tire changed. He could care less. Well, I did end up sleeping in my car that night. And I took my tire to a different Walmart the next day and they mounted it with no problem. Have you proceeded to take that tire mounted on that rim to another Walmart with a bear rim and asked him if they would have any problems swapping this tire to another rim I know that had to pass inspection first and they also passed it and said they would have no problem mounting it.

Had tires installed they broke a tire pressure sensor and wouldn t cover their mistake. Pointed out on the invoice that is showed Reset TPMS but obviously he didn t do it. I Finally a got tired of arguing and told Rigoberto to just fix the effin thing. 20 minutes later he walks up and hands me the keys and work order and said nothing. I looked at the work order and it said I hurt his feelings by pointing out work he didn t do. He started crying that I offended his little cry baby feelings and wouldn t fix it at all.

This place is a fulking joke. I will NEVER go back there or to any Walmart for auto repair. I bought tires from Walmart dot com,paid for the tires and this clown show refused to put the tires on my truck because they were a different size than I have on there now. I went up one size.

The pure lack of intelligence and accountability in this place is mind boggling. 3rd vehicle in the morning and it took them 2 hours to tell me they don't have the equipment to change my tires. I was sitting in the lobby the whole time. Don't ever take a vehicle here. You're putting your lives in these incompetent morons'hands.

Tom, one of the techs, did an awesome job. A little hick up with services requested . However, it was a software issue. Overall, I would give this team a 4.5 star rating. Which is one of my best rating only superceded by a 4.8 . As a former customer service manager and business owner, I believe that we can always do better.

Based on two recent oil changes at the Hudson/Bayonet Point Florida location, I would highly recommend them. Service writers are polite and engaging, getting your service order written very quickly. Service was provided very quickly, and a future service reminder sticker was placed on my winshield. I was in and out in 20 minutes! Thanks for a great experience.Service: Oil change

They do not carry the cheaper tires on their website, only the more expensive ones. You will have to order the cheaper ones in advance. So I payed $45 more than I anticipated. Service is good, oil changes are cheap.

Horrible experience for the first time ever. I was treated like a 2 year old. Scolded, humiliated and all that by a manager who I have been dealing with for years and his shop manager. A simple loss of translation by the shop manager who wanted to treat me as incompetent person turned out to be a trial of patience and observation for me.How can this world function when a simple position of a laborer a person with no formal education have the right to assume that a title ever gives anyone the right to be-little or mistreat anyone.I feel sorry for anyone that has soft skin because the two of these guys as a trio are definitely on a whole other cloud.I could e been given a simple explanation to my tire I would love to see these to men fired.

Horrible service. I booked online for auto I took it there and there rather argue with me instead of look into why my schedule is showing on my phone and not there system. They scanned the code and was like oh yeah here's ur appointment. Instead of helping me they sent me off

When searching online for specific tires, Walmart popped up saying they have them. When I called the automotive department to verify they had them (before making the drive), they immediately put me on hold. After 18 minutes on hold, I decided to make the drive while still being on hold. I waited on hold while standing in line watching what was going on. After 26 minutes on hold, the employee finally got to me and informed me that they don't carry or deal with the Yokohama tires I needed. The employee stated that this is a huge problem with Walmart and they (employees) are constantly dealing with angry customers. They advertise to sell items they don't have or even deal with. Don't waste over a half hour of your life on this deceptive company like I did. They could at least find out what someone is calling about before placing them on hold for 26 minutes (and drive) for nothing.

I went in to have my Tires looked at because I bought all 4 Brand New tires From the Walmart on 54 last year. I bought the top of the line tires and the warranty to go with each Tire. I took my car into the Hudson store because my rear tires were leaking air. I told the Service Writer that my tires were leaking air. About 20 minutes later he said my car is ready! Lol. I said No way it s ready. He had them put air in my tires and that s it. I asked to speak to the Service Manager and he came out and he seen that I was disappointed and he said follow me he took my car himself and put it on the lift and found a couple on Nails in the rear tires. He then Apologized to me and admitted that they never looked it my tires. He said I did need new tires In The back. I said ok I have the warranty, they said the warranty did not cover the new tires lol. I couldn t believe it! Why did I buy the warranty? Made no sense at all. the other service writer came out and was saying I been to another Walmart. I said so what! I can go to any Walmart I wanted to I have the warranty I bought. I went ahead and bought the new tires. The service people were upset that the Manager did there job for them finding the nails. Lol. So I asked for a oil change as well. Can you believe that they couldn t find my oil filter! I even told them were it was and pointed to it from a distance. They clearly didn t No what they were doing. And the young man that drove my car from the garage to the parking are clearly didn t care about my car because he must have hit a pothole because the alignment was off and my turn signal switch was broken when I started to drive. I do not recommend this Service Department for anything or anyone. They absolutely don t know what they are doing at all. Stay away from them and Walmart in general for automotive services. And by the way I don t hardly ever give a bad review. This place is the worst! I still don t know why they used a ratchet on my car for a oil change? Absolutely makes no sense at all! What was he doing to my car? Just crazy!

They don't like answering the phone and when they do they keep you on hold for 15 minutes or longer. I hung up and called another store.

If you need tires, get them before black Friday's over I got four tires for 260 bucks. The staff was awesome didn't take too long about right. I give them two thumbs up and the tires are awesome thanks Walmart.

Last time I came in for an oil change, 2 hour wait no problem. Today came in to get the headlights changed, I was told about 1 hour, I'm still waiting 2 1/2 hours later. I'm going back to Walmart on 54 and Little. They are faster and friendly. They quote you a time its close if not on time.

Francisco the manager is very unprofessional, I have never been treated so poorly from someone who is management in my life. I m not one to complain typically but a paying customer should be treated with respect. I Will never have my car serviced here again or recommend to any friends or family. Prices are great...and Walmart has got those hard to find size tires. However, the customer service isn't good and the car center had like employes putting up tires and one cashier with a 6 people pile up? Prioritization would really help. Where's the management? If they would step up thier game on customer service then it would definitely be 5 stars

I walked into Walmart Auto Center there was a line. However I was taken care of in a timely manner. I came in for a battery check. Come to find out my battery was very low and needed to be replaced. Cynthia helped me through the entire process. She showed me the price on a new battery and said it would be free to install. Also, they would be happy to recycle my old one for me. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

Charged my battery for free to test its integrity, also for free. It was near closing hours for the department and the kind lady who was there was still willing to charge my battery to see if it needed replacing. Thankfully enough it showed that we did so I was able to get a new one at a low enough price.

I was there for fours today. I had purchased a set of four tires from Walmart.com and this store installed them. I paid extra for the road hazard warranty and one of them had a slow leak caused by a nail in the middle of the tire. It took four hours for them to not fix it and tell me they could not buy the same tire. I would have to. No apology for how long it took to waste my time and no explanation for why my tire was unfixable.

Needed 2 new tires on the front of our truck. We just walked in and got lucky to have it done almost immediately. They did a great job and I was able to drive away without the pulling to the left that was there before. Thanks for a great job!

Hudson FL location. Made an appt for 1pm. 50 min later truck had not been pulled in. Stated i would rather take vehicle and leave, the woman at front counter went out and and had discussion with mechanics. Then said they were pulling it in. After pulling it in it sat for another 15 min with no one working on it. Decided to end the job at that point and left with job uncompleted. The woman at the counter was very nice and tried to manage the issues, but it was unfixable. If they were that busy it would have been a better resolution to let people know what the expected wait time would be and then they could decide to make arrangements or pick.another time or day. Very chaotic and disorganized in the shop. Another customer said he had been there for almost 3 hours waiting for a tire to be fixed/changed also.

Needed a new tire on the 4th of July and Walmart automotive was the only place opened. Fair prices & very convenient operating hours. Was happy to get my tire replaced and make it to work that day

Not good. Purchased 2 new tires. Placed 4 wrong lug nuts on and left 1 off. How safe is that. But the mechanic said he could not change the oil necause the top of the dip stick was broken off. Could not get an accurate reading. Funny last 2 oil changes went without a problem. Instructions said 2 put 1 tire in rear of car. Had to go back and retrieve it. Sorry 2 say I am done with Hudson Walmart Auto. I know they don't care.

They did a good job but after having the truck for 1 1/2 hour oil change it would be nice if they put oil cap on and not sitting in engine compartment. Other then that good service

I called ahead to see how long the wait time was for an oil change . John said there is no wait. It took me less than ten minutes to get to Walmart. I wait in line for 15 mins while 5 employees try to figure out how to help 1 customer. Then it's my turn (John remembered speaking with me on the phone) said the wait time was now over 2 hours. I was like nope I'll take my keys back and go somewhere else. The employees were rude and were laughing as I walked away. They are rude and disrespectful. Zero customer service skills. They do NOT know how to keep customers returning or deal with customers period. The fact that it takes 5 employees to help one customer shows you that there is no training. Just a bunch of idiots back here in the auto department. I will never EVER EVER EVER come back to Walmart Hudson auto center. If zero stars was allowed iieould give them zero. that is what they deserve.

I was the second person there in the morning. Only to get an oil change. They emptied out the oil and took out the oil filter and then they did not have the oil filter in stock. the clerk was asked to call O'Reilly's Auto parts to see if they have the part in stock. They did have the part in stock. I was told to go pick it up or they will have someone pick it. At this point I have already been there over an hour. No one left to pick up the part. So than I was told I could buy the part myself and they will deduct 2.00. but still charge full price for the oil change. At this point I had no way to go get the part. I was running late for work. So they just stuck the old filter back in and filled it up with oil. They did not charge me but of course while I was waiting for the oil change I spent 60.00 in the store. No one knows how bad my oil filter is. I asked. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for a csm to come back.. the clerk was great but over whelmed with the amount of customers that showing up.

Completely useless place. Never less than a hour and a half wait for a oil change. Just went for a oil change and they only had 2 cars in there and some how it's 1.5 hour wait. How does 2 oil changes take 1.5 hours. Just poorly ran. Makes no sense.
