This business is every bit as it was described to me. They removed my foggy windows and repaired to a condition of looking new. So reasonably priced I will certainly recommend them to anyone that seeks these repairs

Absolutely the best RV repair experience I have ever had. I had Suncoast Designers de-fog my window. They have a nice flat lot with 50a and water so you can stay while they work. They have a dump site too. They started early and finished on time. The window has never been so clear. The techs are polite and professional, and the final bill matched the quote. Thank you Suncoast Designers for a smooth painless repair.

Just had some windows done. Very professional and courteous staff. Job was done pretty quickly, although they did have our replacement windows in stock which was lucky for us! Just know ahead of time that apparently new glass is often needed because of permanent etching of the old glass so can be more expensive than expected. They are very good about letting the customer know this before the work is done. Would highly recommend this company!

Great company! We checked in on Monday with our Class A where they have water and electric hookups. They were at our coach promptly at 6:30 am Tuesday to remove the 2 cockpit windows. We were back on the road by 10:30 am.Windows look great and have a warranty for as long as we own the coach. The staff is professional and friendly.Highly recommend.

Suncoast repaired eight foggy RV windows for me a few years ago in my 2006 Country Coach and I'm back to have the only two windows I didn't have done initially repaired. Overall a good experience and a quality product

First the good: Suncoast Designers repaired 6 windows for me that were frosted so bad you could not see out of them when the sun shined on them. See the before and after images attached. I am very happy with the result. Now the bad: There is very little communication on the process you will go through while at their facility and there was nobody informing us of the status of our job unless we sought out the information and then it was not definitive. We arrived on a Sunday; all 6 windows were out on Monday and we didn't get our windows reinstalled until late Friday afternoon. There were 15 other rigs that came after and left before we were done. A few of those were warranty repairs and I understand those jobs should be prioritized.Disappointment #1: Three windows leaked rain immediately. When it rained there was water running down inside the RV and onto the window track. When they reinstalled the glass into the frame they did not seal them well enough and it allowed water penetration. When I called and asked about a mobile tech coming the 60 miles to repair their faulty workmanship they said "we don't have mobile techs. If you come here we will repair them under warranty." It would have cost me $100 in fuel and a full day to return so I asked if they would send me the adhesive they used and I would try to repair it myself. They agreed to mail (USPS) me the caulk but refused to use UPS or FEDEX to expedite the shipment. I never got an apology for the poor workmanship and they condescendingly said they were making an extra effort to work with me (for a tube of caulk?). This was disappointment #2. After spending $3,000+ on the repair work, they wouldn't spend the $10 to expedite a shipment of caulk and acted as though I was making an unreasonable request.

We were so happy to find this company, even more so as it is located here in Hudson, Florida. They were highly professional and accurate with their repair estimate. Our foggy windows were a major detraction from our camping trips. Now, we're completely satisfied with the end result!

Update August 9, 2019One window totally stuck, so I had to remove ALL the plastic track. The window rattles, but now operates easily. Water enters the track area, but window frame slots drain the water.Other windows have swelled and are hard to operate, with excessive plastic track drag.Update on April 9, 2018:The sealant swelled causing most windows to stick severely, causing track damage. Some windows are immovable. Suncoast Designers did not hold tolerance between the dual-panes. Insufficient time was allowed to allow the sealant to dry. This caused the thickness of the windows to expanded from day one.Tim the supervisor applied wax in an attempt to lubricate the interference-fit on one window. This wax turned into a black sticky gooey mess, making the window stick worse. The wax had to be removed with a great amount of effort. The sealant also expanded over several months, causing three more windows to stick severly and damage their plastic tracks. I had to cut the plastic tracks in half to get the windows to move. This allows some water intrusion since some track material has been removed. All the tracks must be replaced. To remedy this, either:1. Rework all windows to maintain the original tolerance.2. Reimburse me $200 to buy new custom track material, which will need to be custom-ordered since some windows have expanded.Original review:PROS- Low-cost, about $283 (with tax) per double-pane window, which had a total of four panes of glass per window. My co-pilot window had six panes: same price.- FAST! Six double-pane windows completed in one day. WOW!- Courteous demeanor.- Good communication. Asked me if I wanted glass pane(s) replaced.- Free camping and hookups, with one shared dump station.- Flexible arrival and departure times.- New window latch installed free of charge.- Free T-Shirts.CONS- One window leaked. Repaired same-day.- One window stuck closed. Repaired same-day. Gave me wax cartridge to lubricate all windows.- Loose screw on window latch. Instead of finding the right length screw, they just left the screw hanging out of the window latch. If I had tighten the screw, it would have cracked the glass in the window.- Re-used all old parts. I assume they would replace the cracked and broken plastic window channels. However upon investigating, these parts are not readily available and from the original window vendor, which went out of business. It would have been nice to have been informed of this limitation upfront.- Used silicone caulk. This is not recommended / approved for RVs. Long story.- Used non-curved razor blades. Straight razor blades they used scratched one of the windows. The PROS greatly outweigh the CONS, so I give four stars. Best value in the USA. When dealing with windows, where all flaws are transparent, a four-star rating is probably the best possible.

We arrived at 4pm on Sunday evening. Hooked up electric and water and spent the night. Just as we were told at 6:45 a.m., they knocked on our door. Left us paperwork to sign and came back 15 min. later. 7:30, our window was taken out to be defogged. At 8:06, they called to tell us it needed to be replaced, but they had it in stock. 10:45, we were unhooking and getting ready to drive out.THAT PEOPLE IS WHAT YOU CALL SERVICE!

Love this place from start to finish. The entire staff were great. The technicians were amazing. They said the job could take 1 to 2 days but it was done in 1 to 2 hours. The have a great place to park your motorhome and have water and electric in every spot. They even have a dump station! Would HIGHLY recommend them for any and all RV window issues.

This was my second visit to get more windows defogged. The guys that did the work did a good job.The gal in the office is very nice.So many patrons have little patience. It takes time.you have water and electric plus a sewer dump. Give yourself time and be patient.I would give 5 stars but I believe communication could be improved.Lovin my new CLEAR glass.

These guys are the best. We set an appointment, arrived the afternoon before, we were able to spend the night with power and water. They started first thing in the morning (6:30) with the paperwork and removed my foggy window at 7:00. The repair took 24 hours waiting for the sealant to dry. The next morning at 8:00 they reinstalled the window and we were ready to leave at 10:00.It was quick, easy and they did a great job.If you have a foggy window, these are the best people to fix it.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. They started at 6:40am and replaced 2 windows in timely manner. Cleaned windows inside and out, did water test. They were finished by 2:30. We stayed the night before and after. Lot has electronic security and was quiet at night. And the workers took off their shoes when entering RV. We are very happy with our new windows!

We heard about Suncoast Designers from another RV'er.Emailed them and received prompt estimate to have our driver and passenger windows repaired in our 2009 Fleetwood Bounder. Difficult to see out - especially at night.Called and set appointment, first available was 4 weeks out; Feb 15, 2022. We were told 1-2 days to remove/repair/reinstall.We arrived at 245 pm Feb 14, 2022 backed in a site with water, electric & wi-fi. Spent the night in this quiet, well lit parking lot. At 640 am, the techs knocked on door, after completion of paperwork, they removed windows and taped with temporary cardboard. About 5 pm our windows were reinstalled, sealed, water tested and cleaned inside and out.The staff was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Technician removed his shoes when doing reinstall. Price was a little less than original estimate. We will be back to have the remainder of our windows done. Highly recommend! Thanks Suncoast Designers, we can see clearly now!!!1-27-2023We just had the other 4 windows (2 days) on our 2009 Fleetwood Bounder completed. Same professionalism, courtesy, hookups and price as last year. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant experience. From making my appointment on the phone with Maria to pulling out after my windows were repaired. When I 1st called to set up an appointment, Maria explained the pricing and procedures to me.I got to Suncoast Designs after they closed on a Wensday afternoon. I was able to park in the lot which had electric and water hook up's. I hate to say it, but it was nicer then some campgrounds we have stayed at.6:40 the next morning Kevin was at our coach to go over paperwork. By 7:30 both windows were out and the windows openings covered.Friday morning, Kevin and his assistant were back at the rig to install the 2 windows. We were on the road by 8:30amPricing was exactly as estimated. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Hopefully won't need to use them again, but if we do I have no hesitation in going back.

Had two windows repaired. Work was done professionally and promptly. As we prepared to leave, the alternator seized on our motorhome and which then led to a broken serpentine belt. Everyone at Suncoast was very helpful and accommodating and told us to stay as long as necessary while we searched for a mobile RV tech.Fortunately, we found a great one and we were ready to go the next day. This was our second trip to Suncoast. Both experiences were great.

Had 3 windows on the RV fixed. They removed them cleaned and put back together and installed. Had to replace 3 pieces of glass. Great work. Friendly employees. Stayed 2 nights on their lot 50amp,water and a dump station and good wifi. Spent time eating and watching the Sunset at Hudson Beach a few miles from them. Definately will return to replace a couple more windows.

We were very pleased with Suncoast. They estimated 2-3 days to clean our windows, and they were done in 2. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and professional, and willing to answer our questions. The windows that they cleaned look great; I expect we will be back to have more of them done.

We had 4 windows renewed this week. The entire staff is personal and professional. They all work very hard to do excellent work. We were promised that the work would take 2 to 4 days. We arrived Sunday night and left for home on Tuesday afternoon. In the world of RV service where mediocre reigns, this company puts them all to shame. They are excellent! And, they stand by their work with a 10 year warranty. What more could you ask? Thanks a bunch!

These folks are first rate! This is their slow season so they are quick to get on the job. Plenty of room to park and they supply you with 50amp electric, city water and access to a free dump station for as long as your stay is required. You can stay in your coach while they do their magic. The workers even removed their shoes when they entered the coach! They offered me a tour of the facility to see how they disassemble the insulated window, thoroughly inspect, clean and polish the glass replacing any non-reusable glass panes, receiving assemble the window glass unit with new rubber seal between the glass, heating and pressing the panes together to the required thickness, reinstalling in the frame, and resealing for installation. The result is amazing. I knew my windows were fogged but now they are crystal-clear! Great job, folks!

An excellent shop for RV window repair or replacement. Even the most discerning person with expensive rigs should come away satisfied. The place is relatively clean, presents well, friendly staff who do their job, complimentary place to stay with power and water hookups, a very systematic and complete approach to window removal, replacement, with all the trimmings, economical to boot. Overall, very well done.

They repaired 2 fogged windows on my motorhome. Techs were very neat and polite. The work looks good. The price was reasonable and much less than what the factory service center wanted.
