This team is an amazing group of people that truly helped me out today when I was in a pinch. I own and operate my own motorcycle towing company and needed to get my trailer serviced and have new brakes installed. Lenny was amazing at customer service and even had a part delivered to me to make sure I get back on the road asap. It truly is hard to find good customer service nowadays and these guys absolutely killed it! Thank you again to Lenny and Neil for all your help. I will be back to do more business with you guys for sure! Thanks again

Just brought my brand new aluma 6310 BT trailer, hands down best deals around town!!I highly recommend if you want or need a trailer to come and visit here and buy here!!The staff is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful.

11/22/2023 We pulled in with our RV which was sloping downward and truck bed was really low. We have little over 1100 miles to travel and these folks helped us.All the staff was so nice, responsive and full of knowledge! Neil came out looked at the truck and trailer (this after we have been told by 2 other businesses that we needed struts but they could not help us do to the Holiday) told us exactly what we needed. That s AWESOME service! Working 30 minutes out truck and trailer was sitting perfectly level. Neil also took the time to help us with some well needed information for our trip!!!Thank you Neil!!! you save us minimum of $1,000! Thank you Rentz Trailer Sales and thank you to company that sent us to you!!Because of his expertise now we feel safe going home!This is the place to go for all of your Truck and trailer needs!!! Took horse trailer in to be checked and btake controller installed. I cant tell u how pleased i was. As a woman its especially difficult to feel respected when it comes to this kind of stuff. They were helpful, efficient and answered all my questions. A+

These guys are great. Wanted to make some modifications to my trailer so I took it in to Rentz and thanks to their inguinuity I got exactly what I wanted and more. Shout out to the guys up front for listening to my needs and walking things over with me, they understood what I was going for and made it happen. Shoutout to the boys in the back for installing my tool mounts and the box, I couldn't be happier.

I just left this business and could not be happier! They installed my trailer hitch in no time at all and the price was amazingly reasonable! The staff was friendly and kind and answered all of my questions and even explained what I would need in the future. They could have sold me more parts due to my own ignorance but instead, took the time to educate me! Finally, an honest, reliable business!

Excellent service!! Ordered needed parts, which came as promised, set up an install appointment, and was in and out in an hour! The salesman I bought my truck from recommended them and he was right on the mark about them. Friendly and courteous as well. Will do business there again when I need stuff.

This was the best trailer place I ve ever been to drove all the way down from Crystal River. Melissa and Dave were amazing people help me out found the part that I needed and got me back on the road. this is the reason I only spend my money with this company. Good job.

I have been doing business with this location for many years. Each time I come here, the service is excellent. No exception with my last visit.Lenny and his guys took care of my problem in a flash (since they knew that I was in a hurry), even though they were closing soon.5 s are not enough for them.Thank you again for the awesome service. Only speak to Michael!! Level head, great customer svc.I had a JI Mfg flatbed on my 2014 Ram 3500 dually 4x4 34k miles but was not happy with the way it sat on my truck, the headache rack sat too high and the fuel necks were not mounted properly causing some issues occasionally when fueling up. I decided to take my truck to Rentz trailers in Hudson due to the fact that they had outstanding reviews and Phillip was very polite on the phone. Upon arrival, they almost laughed at the current install and said they would do a much better job. I left my truck with them on a Saturday morning so they had time to finish by Monday or Tuesday of the next week. I called and was told that it would be ready (i believe tuesday afternoon) and was also told by Phillip that it looked much better but due to the "built in fifth wheel package" they weren't able to get it to sit as low as i/they wanted but he assured me that it looked much better and was down as far as it could possibly go. He also said NOTHING about how the fuel lines were mounted. I showed up and noticed the headache rack was still significantly higher than the truck roof, just like the previous bed. I also walked around and inspected the fuel line setup and noticed that they didn't use ANY of the 3 existing holes that are for a universal setup. Instead, they cut out a section of my bed and riveted my stock fuel neck setup to the side and left me with 3 gaping holes in my bed. The install was almost exactly the same as the previous bed despite Phillips reassurance of a much better job. Phillip advised me the only way to get the bed to sit down further is to cut out my factory fifth wheel package or to have a custom bed built with a shorter headache rack. I questioned him about the fuel neck installation to which he replied "thats the way it has to be". He claims this is the only way to do it since i have DEF. He stated, "you will need to delete your truck to get rid of DEF then we can mount your fuel neck in the right spot but you may end up with check engine light coming on". I began to get aggravated but figured he knew what he was talking about so i left and called Anderson Mfg on my way home. Anderson advised me that it did not sound like it was installed properly and wanted pictures. I sent them the exact pictures i have attached here and they immediately advised me that it did not seem like a proper install. I then informed Phillip of what Anderson stated and he continued to argue with me. Phillip did tell me that i could bring the truck back to have the bed taken off and they would give me my money back as i offered for them to keep the installation cost. Phillip gave me approx 1-2 weeks which was plenty of time for me to get back to him. However, in the mean time... Anderson began making a custom bed specifically for my truck and advised me that Rentz was aware of this and there was no rush to get my bed taken off until the new one was complete. During this process, Hurricane Harvey struck Texas and Hurricane Irma struck Florida. Anderson paused manufacturing truck beds and began to only manufacture dump trailers for cleanup then resumed truck beds once all dump trailer orders were filled. This pushed my bed back on the priority list but according to Anderson this was no issue since Rentz was aware. Once my bed was complete, i brought my truck to Rentz to have them remove the current bed. They inspected the bed before removal and were done within an hour. Phillip advised me AFTER removal that there would be a $700 restock fee and continued to lie saying he had no idea Anderson was making me a custom bed. Phillip said nothing of this before but instead waited until the bed was off. I told him this was unacceptable and i paid for proper installation and customer service and didn't get either. Phillip continued to yell and argue. To sum it up Phillip is a lying, deceitful, con artist with no customer service and LOVES to argue his INVALID points. He said "the bed worked so whats your point?" ummmmm..IT LOOKS LIKE A 6 YEAR OLD INSTALLED IT!

Fair priced and fast service. You may have to wait at the counter as there is a constant flow of people in there.Any thing you need in the way of reese hitches to trailers they have it with plenty of knowledge.Took them about an hour to install a reese hitch on our vehicle. Recomend them to anyone in the area.

Cheapest place I've found to park my boat trailer.Went in on 1/25/2024 to pay for another year of storage and asked about a small upgrade to an enclosed trailer I have. Their quote was very competitive so I immediately brought the trailer to them and the said it will be completed by the end of the next day.

I bought my 2nd enclosed trailer this past weekend. The price was competitive, there was a great selection and staff was helpful. Mike was a huge help. He was informative, showed me exactly what I asked for, and didn't try to "sell" or "up sell" me on things I didn't want or need. Very happy.

They act like they know. They over charge for everything. Then tell you things you need that it's not needed.Well I am knowledgeable about trailers. They never fix my trailer and charge me over 2k.I had to fix it my self the part cost me 200 bucks n took me most an hourThey just want your moneyNeal the owner is so arrogant

I m giving this review because I know how Important it is to do so. I have a jet ski business and have needed things for one of my trailers from time to time and every time I needed help they we re always there! I love the customer service they always have and just good people! Swiftwaters jet ski have no problem giving Renz Trailers a 5 star rating

Thank goodness for Mike. He restored my faith in great customer service! He answered all of my questions and gave me suggestions. The service item I needed required the installer who was also nice and professional. I will recommend Rentz to others.

Today I went to Rentz to get a hitch installed on my new Ram. I called in advance and Phillip was very patient and knowledgeable with me on the phone. After getting a quote I went in and got it installed. I was in and out. However when I went to get the hitch ball I didn't know what size. They asked me a few questions about my trailer then told me what size I would need. They were correct! I will be going back to them and I recommend anyone who needs a hitch or accessories do the same

Mike was incredible! Stopped and had an issue with my seven pin trailer connection. Mike diagnosed it in five minutes. Replaced the fuse and chargedme not one cent!Highly recommend!

Great customer service!!! We were traveling to the campground on our first outing with the travel trailer and kept getting a hard clank when stopping and starting. Too much play in the hitch. They came right out, found a solution to get us back on the road. And after just an hour, a small part and NO CHARGE, we were back to our vacay!!!
