I called ahead and Daniel had my items ready when I walked in the door. He also helped me find a new car cover for my Corvette, then carried everything out to my car. Friendly, helpful staff and Excellent service!

They are very helpful with the things I've purchased and when hard times hit my family they were very understanding and they worked with me and helped us out on loads... I just can't say enough about them... Thank you from the Terry family..

I had my 3 year old son with me, and as soon as we walked in there were 3 guys at the counter and 1 guy in the back and every other word was the F word. The guys at the counter would yell to the guy in the back using the same profanity. If it were just me there it wouldn't be that big of a deal but the fact that I had my son there it was not appreciated at all and I will not be back!!!

The best service hands down from Johnny and Mason. I m a detailer in the beginning stage of business, a this is the closest orielly to me an all the other oriellys in my area never treated me with the respect like these guys do.As soon as mason sees me walking to the door he s already made it to the back to grab my product I ordered day before an im in an out. Johnny was great a knew exactly what I needed without needing the part number which I had written down. In an out just like that, I make sure to show up when they are on shift. Thanks again!

Not really happy with them at all. I went to get a hose that is part of the heater core system a simple task or so I thought. Apparently I thought wrong. They informed me that that particular hose isn't available and the manufacturer doesn't make that hose so I was going to have to rig something up. I find it hard to believe that they make every other hose for my car but that one. Everyone has a bad day and I understand that but this goes to far

Went here a few weeks ago because my car was making a terrible noise. The assistant manager acted like it was such a bother to answer my questions and was so rude and sarcastic! I will never return to this store. You would think an auto parts store would be able to help you in some way with your automobile questions but not the case with this guy he is miserable and seems he hates his job maybe it s time for a new assistant manager!

Really Need to get new employees that actually have a good attitude. Johnny with the piercings is rude every time my boyfriend comes in there and is sarcastic. If u hate your job that much try finding a new one

Hats off to Tammy and Ashley for changing my battery and checking my alternator. Too bad they can't change that out too. Very professional and swift. Thanks lady's! Definitely recommend this O'Reilly's! And thanks to the manager who came out with dog treats for Abby. She likes O'Reilly's too!

Jason, the person who answered my phone call was quick to help us figure out which windshield wipers would fit the car and then installed them for us. That wouldn't be a big deal except that it was raining super hard and we didn't have to get wet. Very nice people

The people at this branch are well knowledgeable as a crew not just one orTwo service reps.. J D . Is a very respectful and thinks of what would be the best part for each customer's year and condition, then he will suggest the lower level part or the top shelf , better quality. As my pappy used to saY ya get what you pay for... And now bacc to the store as a whole, the team on sT Road 52 across from 5.A high you walk in just about every employee greets you and one of them will stepp up and help you in every way they can and if there out of a part they call the closest 3 other stores and if by chance none are available, then they will ask you if you would like them to order one from the wearhouse.... Keep up the great work Team...

The staff here are all amazing. Steve was super helpful and patient with me today. I was probably there about 10 times today and Steve took the time to really help me. The entire team is super knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this place for parts.

Picked up some brake parts from a different store and 1 of the drums was cracked, this was the closest one that had it, they swapped it out no issues and where nice and friendly about it. Great staff.

The store is very nice inside and the employees are extremely helpful when you need something. Everything is conveniently located in there own areas and it's amazing to see a organized and clean store. The employees also tell you about the O'Reilly rewards which is nice.

Great staff extremely helpful they will answer any questions they will tell you how to put the parts in. Forget going across the street to advanced auto not only were they rude to me they acted as if they knew nothing. Love o'rileys we will only go here from now on. I was so impressed with the knowledge especially with the girls! They are great! Walked me right through fixing my car!

Wonderful place. Such a helpful group of people that work there. Ashley and Georgia is amazing. Very knowledgeable and made me feel very at ease with their knowledge of my mechanical issues. Will go back and only there. Life time customer.

They sold me the wrong tail light bulbs. No problem, went back to exchange them for the correct ones. Then they tell me I cannot exchange them because their register shows they were already returned. I have not returned them, bought them 2 days ago unopened package. Assistant manager tells me I would need to call their corporate office to resolve. Unbelievable, $7 bulbs and you lost a customer, I will go across the street to your competitor.

I was looking for a specific oil and the most unlikely employee helped me different in the manner in which you would think a Auto Parts in play maybe but she was phenomenal she knew exactly where to go to ask me if I had any preferences and check me out he was also so good job to the new O'Reilly store

New to O'Reilly and gotta admit I'm impressed. I've always gone to advance or autozone simply cause the parts are a little cheaper. BUT everytime I've been here (6 times I'm the last 2 weeks ) the staff is very knowledgeable. Guy at advance spent 20 minutes Googling what a compression tool looks like so he can find it in the back to sell to me. He brought out a tire pressure gauge and a pitman are tool before I finally showed him the online picture it was insane.
