I had my car towed to the shop and they started on my car as soon as it got there. I spoke to the fellas about what kind of transmission I wanted built and they got me up and running in a few days. When I went there to pickup my car the father had all my old parts on his bench still so he could show me what went wrong with my transmission. Now my car runs great again. I appreciate it guys!!!!! Definitely recommend this shop for transmission repairs.

This is the only shop i the area that would talk to me on the phone to assist me and not just say "drop if off!" Customer service is a lost art when it comes to the service industry. Not here! Dan ad his dad are the greatest! I can't thank you enough for your professionalism and assistance.Zero hesitation taking my car here.

Dan was the best mechanic I have ever dealt with. He took time to help me diagnose, made phone calls, just literally went above and beyond. I cannot say enough great things about this business. Value, honesty, knowledge, quality work. What more do you want? I took my 2004 Ford Sport Trac in for service because of a highly rated referral . I found Wonderful personal attention and an honest businessman in an Era of con artists. " I won't sell you something unless I can experience the problem myself " Because of that it took a bit longer to get the truck fixed but it was well worth the wait. Please take your vehicle to this business - you won't be sorry. 100% satisfied customer.

Both men seemed great. I'm a student down the road. They did a good job and dropped me off at my school for the day. A shop doesn't get any better and more down home than that.

Took my 67 chrysler in to have the transmission rebuilt. He had the car for a week picked up and seemed to be working fine. 1 day later started shifting violently between 1st and 2nd.Took it back and said I want to look at transmission up on lift. Looked at transmission it was still filthy leaking oil and he had used a zip tie on the linkage because he said it broke when removing and didn't have another. Make a real long story short he said he pulled transmission and rebuilt he did not! I took to two different shops and they both said transmission is orginal and has never been removed.Guy is a Crook and I recommended steer clear of his shop!

I had sent a trans to Carlo for my 2005 Chevy Silverado and he rebuilt it and sent it back to me and I have had no issues with it. It s been over 15k miles and not one problem. He will be getting my whole fleet for service and business from now on. Professional service and amazing people that will take care of you!

I brought my car to another local shop and told them I needed it done in a timely manner. My car ended up sitting untouched there for a week. I was fed up with that other transmission shop lying and making up excuses. I was on the verge of losing my job because my car is my only means of transportation. So I finally called up NorthWest Transmission and Carlo told me to bring my car in ASAP so I did and he pulled the transmission out the same day and found out what was wrong with it. I was back in my car in 3 days no lie! Transmission shifts better and smoother than when I had got it done at AAMCO! Carlo is very friendly, very professional, and he showed me my old broken parts and parts receipts without me even questioning his honesty! His shop is very clean and very organized. This man is an A1 PROFESSIONAL and a life saver. If you need a transmission done give Carlo a call, great man. Thank you Carlo my Malibu is now great and strong 226k and many more miles to come.

Took my 2008 Lincoln MKZ for a leaky transmission. Had it up and running around in about 3 days. Waiting for parts was mostly the delay. Transmission feels almost CVT like, barely feel the gears shifting. Carlo gave 90 day guarantee, doubt I would have to bring it back. Carlo is great, he took care of both my trucks, one needed a transmission rebuild and the other one had electrical problems that I thought my engine was bad, he is honest and has all the knowledge you need to get your car back running again, super clean shop and great price, I'm really happy with his work

Didn't charge us anything for the diagnostics and and also didn't charge us for a couple of quarts of transmission fluid! Can't ask for much more than that! Great guy in Great service! Thank you.
