BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Today is Sunday and they came in to repair my car on their day off, AND it was on a holiday weekend. I was doing my Christmas shopping and got stranded and had to have my car towed yesterday. When the tow truck pulled up they had already closed, but the man inside said he would come in on Sunday to do the repair so I didn t miss work on Monday. You don t get better service than this. Don t go anywhere else! These guys are THE BEST!

My elderly parents had CarShield car warranty for several years and used a local dealership for service. That dealership quit working with CarShield last year or the year before so we started looking for a new service center. My father passed away in July 2023 and now mom had to figure this stuff out. I helped her find a new mechanic and we are thankful we found National Auto Service Center. The staff here is amazing. It seems like it can be difficult to find an honest and reliable car service center, but we definitely feel like we found one here. Thank you so much for taking car of my mom's car service. We also just recently switched her car warranty to Endurance.

Wanted almost 500 to change spark plugs. Seemed upset when I didn t go through them to get the work done.20867 11/16/23 date you seen my carGlad for the response.So, the state of my car of inside or out bares no necessity of your work. I had took the car and bought sparkplugs which were 11 dollars per. Even the expensive NGK ones. I then went to the place that sold me the coil pack. Which you had stated the original manufacturer one was still on there. Which was also incorrect. I went and got my warranty exchange for. Mind you the part that was originally 160 roughly.Good thing you mentioned catastrophic damages. When I took it to Chevrolet. The dealership.. you know the ones who manufacture the car. Stated that your findings were incorrect. Nothing wrong with the suspension, turbo charging boost was normal, transmission was shifting normal. The injectors were putting out correct amount of fuel, and nothing was wrong with them. So, coming from the manufacture it just seems to me that you were padding your pockets more and wanted more money. Judging by your other reviews, this isn t the first time you ve done this.After changing the spark plugs and coil pack. There s nothing else that comes up and no engine codes stored. Again, your attitude in your response and smart remarks seem to be just like your business. Rude and disrespectful.

Response: your right, I wrote that when I was in an emotional state of anger and pain from being deceived and manipulated after dealing with life and felt in a low spot trying to trust a professional to fix my problems again. My mistake. I am clear headed now and see that I was wrong. I shouldn't have trusted you in the first place and like a doctor you prescribed a pill that makes the problem and doesn't fix a thing. My truck still had the issue I brought it in for. You even created an additional problem of the turning radius, installed parts I didn't want done, shocks, wrong ones by the way and if it was so unsafe you failed to express those other issues you talk about and I got nothing from you but the invoice receipt. Since being there it has been fixed, your parts were removed and will be returned to you and I expect a full refund of the parts. The problems have been resolved and the real reason for the driving issue was.... haha you don't deserve to know... simple fix if you knew what you were doing. I filed a complaint with the county. As soon as the repairs are all documented by GM, they will be included in the suit. I hate liars and manipulators. We come to professionals bc we need expertise and safe judgment. Not to be taken advantage of. No reason your parts should cost more than what we can get at a store as a consumer. Get the parts at your discount, add your 10-20% markup and I'd be fine. But you took me as a weak person and I was in a weak state coming there. It will not happen again. I'll see you liars in court. A reputation that is old doesn't mean it's good.Lying pos. Over charged parts. Told me what I wanted to hear. Still didn't fix my problem. And then tried to charge me again when I brought it in again for them to fix it right. I gave my concerns to my attorney. Lying scamming manipulating pos's... 2800 for a few parts and labor. Then when questioned they made up excuses. Didn't even replace the parts they should've and put the wrong parts on. Had them taken off and the right ones put on. So I took it to the dealership and they said what they did was wrong. It got fixed the right way. It drives right after the dealership. I was in a tight spot and needed it to be done the right way and was willing to pay for it. They screwed me lied to me and manipulated me. DONT GO HERE!!! You get the parts I'll install them for free if you don't go here. That's how much they should have their license taken or at least the front guy. It was 1600 for parts. I found all the same parts, same part numbers, same quality for a total of 400... they took advantage of me. I'm so sick of these ppl.i how my attorney makes them pay.

People were friendly and honest. Gave me an estimate on parts and labor. They said they would call if there were any changes. Very pleased with their service.

Honest, quick, and awesome! :) Had to get my wheel bearings/hub fixed and they finished my car in no time. Everyone was super helpful and friendly :) Highly recommend!

Great service. They replaced a transmission seal but it was leaking so they did it again at no extra cost. Honest. I've been there before and I will go back.

Wonderful service. I called and booked my appointment a few days before. Walked into the building to see smiling faces. The mechanics were very thorough and informed me on other repairs I need. Those repairs make sense due to the way my vehicle has been acting. No one tried to up-sell a service or pressure me into further work. The young lady at the front desk happily built me a quote for those repairs.I also overheard them dealing with other clients and they remined professional and polite.They had pretty decent coffee as well.I will be a returning customer.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

Been here twice now. The guys are great. Matthew is totally awesome! Showed me exactly what was wrong and explained everything to the tee! So glad I mentioned my ball joints to him because if he hadnt have checked it out, my steering would've broken, soon, and I would've had a bad wreck!! They stayed 3 hrs.padt closing time on a Saturday to fix it because he was worried for me to drive it, it was that bad! Still need some more work but waiting till I go back to work. But i will be going to National Auto for the problem to be fixed! Debi Groff

I spent about 12 minutes on the phone with who I can only assume was the manager at this facility, Matt. In 55 years of life, and 30+ years of driving and getting vehicles repaired, I ve never had a more informative and enlightening conversation with a repair shop. He answered EVERY question I had and did so with a level of patience and confidence that I have no choice but to respect. Unfortunately, I m not financially prepared for the repairs needed but, from this conversation alone, I know where my repairs will be done from now on. My Nissan Pathfinder had been giving me issues with the ABS system for about two months.I had previously took it to another place in the same area that couldn't figure out the problem. The parts I got from Amazon were not compatible. Lesson to be learned, don't use Amazon car parts. Whereas the other place ( the supposed go to , know all in the area) not only installed the incompatible parts, didn't fix anything, and charged me, National figured it out. I appreciate Matt actually showing me how it worked.Kudos, and Harry gave me a ride home.Thanks National auto!

Joe and Matthew were super helpful when, after the oil change for my father s Prius, they helped us get new batteries into his key fob which was sealed shut (we couldn t open it to get a battery in without their help) and get us on our way! Very professional and kind!

I can't thank this company enough. I was having issues with my car for quite sometime due to a backyard mechanic. Within a day they told me what was wrong and was fixed within hours. I definitely recommend.

Charges a $27.5 a day for "storage" if you don't go with their repair quote. The shop did not disclose this
