I took my Tacoma truck in for some routine maintenance. Lou was conscientious and made sure I needed what I was asking for, talking me out of an unnecessary procedure. He went out of his way to get it all done the day I brought it in, and gave a full description of the work. My mother, Raquel recently utilized Lou Wise for his auto repair services, several times in fact. Lou is incredibly honest, efficient, and professional. He also has the best prices in town. He performed the work right away. too. We would hire Lou any day of the week and recommend his services with confidence!

8/5/21. Once again Lou Wise is the place to go. Had a suspension problem with my 2000 Mercedes S500....Lou engineered a "fix" that saved me $1000's of dollars and will be more permanent than if I bought OEM parts...........Here's the bottom line..... If you need any type of a repair from Audi to VW, Lou and staff can handle it and you can be sure the fix was done right. Totally recommend Lou Wise Auto. I've been doing business here for 20 years on several different vehicles. NEVER disappointed...

I've used Lou Wise for over 20 years. Won't lie and say you need unneeded work.By the book.No used oils, etc.Charges are also by the book if it takes more or less time.You will get manufacturer requirements, not substitutes to insure a long life with your vehicle.Unless he can't find the part.Like my broke battery holder.He put brackets on it and is stronger than new.Took care of my truck before my warranty was over.Warranty mechanics broke my truck and I fought the warranty company.And won.2007 Mitsubishi raider bought brand new.Over 150k.Running like a charm

Good honest and trustworthy repairs. I recommend anyone that lives in the area to visit this shop anytime you need to. I've known Lou personally for more than several years now and he's never let me down.

Car had an oil leak. I dropped off my car before closing on a Thursday and they had it fixed by 11am the next morning on Friday. Very fast, nice, and helpful. Will recommend to anyone :)Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I had problem with my AC. Went in without appoiment and got it fixed for a good price in 15mins. Now my AC working better than ever before.Those guys know what they are doing and they are honest(Subaru forester owner)

Can't say enough good things about Lou. He has gotten me out of many a difficulty. His work is thorough and impeccable. He'll show you paperwork for parts and where he got his labor estimate. Plus, he's funny if you hang out with him!

Took in 64.5 Mustang for brake lights that weren't working...Disk brakes had been previously installed elsewhere and the job was not completed to operate brake lights. Lou fabricated fittings and got them working perfectly...an hour and a half labor and a few parts...very fair price!!! Will take all my "old stuff" here from now on.

Not sure if the mechanic here is really honest but I know for sure the guy next door at Accurate (Roger) is dishonest and a thief. He stole my daughter's car after he tried to gouge her for over $1500 to fix a car she bought for $780! He kept telling her it was fixed when it wasn't and then he told her he would fix it for $250 and then charged her $760 after charging $740 for "fixing" the car the first time. Since she did t have the money, he tore out all the parts, including the parts already paid for and told them he'd keep the car as well.
