OK for HCAS had Illusions create a wrap for the Hernando County Animal Services transport van which came out so nice! The staff were nice and easy to work with through the whole process. We eventually used the same design for their signage along US41, on the drive leading to the shelter, and even for advertising the shelter at local parks and schools. Highly recommend!

I want to give a shout out to Jarrod, April, Victoria and remainder of the team. From day one, the branding concept and dedication to their clients, this place is TOP NOTCH. I am able to pick my "new look" up end of the week. I will be sure to share my update. My experience thus far, almost having my hand held through the whole process. They care, they aren't about stacking the final invoice. Jarrod, the man behind the scenes, gave me a thorough walk thru answered all my questions, and after I left a coatings company of 24+ years, his education on the protection of the truck surface and how to handle was presented with great knowledge and education for me!! You can't go wrong using this company.Update: I hit tears when I saw my finished product. To have a dream and have someone help you vision it and it s better than what you had in your mind!! The colors, the installation, the sales/service team, are allPassionate about what they do and there customer!! I also had done some calling around, and pricing is exceptional!! I have detail, I have invisible seam lines, color consistency, boldness and a BRAND!!! You will not be sorry you chose these guys!! Look at my dream making my own while giving back!! It s all for kids!!!

I got a wrap on my class B van and it was important to me that my van life experience would be original and unique. These guys went above and beyond to make sure this occurred. It is a galaxy theme that looks friggin awesome! Just finished today and I can't wait to get it on the road. You should see it! I think they'll have pics posted but if not I will upload a video and pics. I worked with Brian and Tim, and Taylor did my artwork. Exceptionally skilled. I was very nervous and this group really made sure I was comfortable with the process. Tim even provided transport to and from the hotel while I waited overnight since my "home" was being wrapped. Quite accommodating if you ask me. He also came up with a couple suggestions while finishing that makes it pop even more at night. Color me impressed.

I recently had a work vehicle wrapped by Illusions, and they did a wonderful job. Every aspect of the experience from the time I received their quote until the vehicle was DROPPED OFF completed at my office, was a pleasure. The staff is pleasant, organized, communicated with me often throughout the design and approval process, and best of all-delivered an outstanding product for a great price, in a timely fashion. This was the 4th vehicle I have had wrapped. I had used a company in Tampa for my first three wraps and that experience was a nightmare! I could not be happier now, and highly recommend calling Brenda, Roberto and the staff at Illusions GFX.

Where do I start...well it began with Mark he left a flyer at my shop and I decided to do some research on Illusionsgfx and found very great reviews I called and he came to my shop the next day to take measurements and gave us colors to choose from and also showed me some projects they were working on. Next morning he had the estimate back and price was very very reasonable. We had a little set back because of my pics but nothing major they helped us by lending us their professional camera to retake the pics with. Taylor did an amazing job with the art work we gave him freedom with design since he s the professional not us. I dropped my truck off on Thursday and had it back on Monday!!! Overall what a wonderful experience with mark and Taylor they are both very responsive and knowledgeable to answer all our questions. Amazing work guys we are so happy with our new addition to Lugo s ..full truck wrap (driving billboard ) pics do no justice...can t wait to start the next project with you guys

I asked them for a black rap on my bmw 128i just the little chrome parts atound my windows and he tried charging me $800. These guys are theives. Terrible quality and horrible customer service. RUN!

Illusion s graphics did a fantastic job wrapping my Honda Civic Type R.� I had an overall concept that I was thinking about doing, so I brought the idea to Illusions, and they helped it become a reality. They really took the time to sit down with and go over everything multiple times and figure out the perfect design for my car. I could not have asked for better and more responsive place to have worked with. From design to installation, the team at Illusions was fantastic.� They provided me with proofs, brainstormed with me on ideas and came up with a final design that was Awesome.�� When I picked up my car, I was instantly happy with the end-result and it was an absolute dream come true seeing how amazing it came out and it was better than anything I would have imagined.� I have had many compliments on the car so far and definitely will be coming back to Illusions and working with them again! Thank you again guys it was a total dream come true !!!

I absolutely love the wrap they made for me. I had a general idea in mind for what I wanted and the artist masterfully brought it to life. All of the feedback and suggested changes were rapidly iterated on within a short amount of time. It only took a week to get to the final design. Everyone I spoke to over the phone, in email, and in person were very polite and happy to answer all the questions I had throughout the process. If you are in the area and looking to have a wrap done on your vehicle, I highly recommend Illusions!

Only about half way through the process so far. Kelly from sales is a genuinely decent guy who believes fully in his product and company. He's very upfront about what will and will not work because he will not sell you something less than excellent. I've been working with Taylor in the art department recently. And his designs are freaking amazing! He's also been extremely patient with all of my edits and gets them back within 24hrs. I love these guys! They're doing two cars for us and we couldn't be more excited with our choice to go with Illusions GFX. Once I have the final product on the big project (my Corvette) I plan to add to this review about further awesomeness from this company and certainly will post a couple pictures. Highly recommend so far! Keep up the great work everyone!!!

They are hands down second to none. The customer service, the creativity , the quality of product, craftsmanship ,and so much more of what was incredible of working with this company and all of their employees. I had a vision and they went above and beyond to fulfill it for me. My truck looks absolutely amazing!!! The quality of the wrap, the installation of it , and even the process of creating the art work was seamless. I can truly say it was one of the best business investments I have ever made. My truck is true head turner. I m telling you for sure you will not regret choosing them no matter how big or small of a project you may need. They are extremely fair in their pricing , they don t compromise the quality at all, and the best part is it will be installed as it were from the factory. Being a photographer the art/graphics quality was very important to me. I needed to make sure the images were very vivid and also the art represented me ... and they completed that task ten fold. Thanks again Illusions Graphic and Vehicle Wraps !! You guys are absolutely awesome :)

We have had Illusions do multiple jobs for Hernando County Animal Services from wrapping our transport vehicle, to our big sign on Rt. 41 to our little signs driving into the shelter, banners and more! They were excellent to work with, always went above and beyond, work was done quickly and the design team was fantastic - making our vision a reality. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Illusions!

They have made this experience a complete nightmare for me. something I was so excited about.At no point verbally, or in anything that I signed, did it say. That if the vinyl was damaged do to failure of my equipment, (they broke my window) that I would have to pay for the damaged vinyl.Now that my window is shattered, and I just gritted my teeth, and got it covered at my own expense, they are now charging me for the vinyl.Which I was given 3 different prices for. lowering it each time, when she saw just how upset she was making me.(Seemed fishy the vinyl price could change so drastically but couldn t be forgiven when they wrinkle and cost report them all the time) a multi million dollar successful corporate company absolutely refusing to accommodate for anything. when the price to cover the window doubles the cost of their vinyl.

The team at illusions GFX is awesome! I Recently had a food trailer wrapped and they captured my vision better then I described!!! They handled it all from my logo, design, and wrapping. The art team really hit it out of the park!! Shout out to Kelly- I live across the country and he was able to help me at every twist and turn! I give the absolute highest recommendation! They did an amazing, once in a lifetime job on my vehicle. Not only are they excellent but they were also kind, good, friendly professional people to deal with. You don t find that too often anymore! Other wrap companies said the job was too hard and couldn t be done. When others said no, Illusions happily said yes! Don t waste your time going anywhere else!

They took the time to guide us to the best wrap products for our application. Getting the old decals off our RV was not easy or fast, but when done it was flawless and ready to have the new graphics applied. These guys wrapped 2 vehicles for me and they made my company look like a million dollar company. There work is definitely top noch. As my company grows we will only use them to wrap our vehicles. I highly recommend working with Illusions GFX to anyone. Ask for Jerry he was awesome! He will get your vehicles looking top notch and very accurate.

Illusions has been providing wraps for our fleet for some time now. They have been an asset to our business. Not only do they exemplify the best in service, their quality is great. With a fleet the size of ours, mistakes are inevitable, but the representatives of Illusions have always worked hard to keep us happy. No matter how minor the request or how major the favor, the art department, installation department, and service department hasn't ever let us down. This group has my highest recommendation. I had a great experience w/ their team. I had a special request whereas I wanted them to print the vinyl and I would install myself. They did not question nor did I feel I was overcharged b/c I wanted to do it myself. The sales team and graphic artist work w/ me and I couldn't be happier w/ the outcome. Very professional!

We had an unacceptable experience with a employee through our process, and I will give them all the respect to their sales rep for coming out with a gift card, extremely apologetic! That is not easy to do. They could have just blown us off as an angry customer, but they didn't. They made a very big gesture and doing everything they can to make it right. We appreciate you for trying to correct the situation.
