We had an amazing experience with Jeff and David, the owner of the store. They took a damn unlucky boat out of our hands and gave us an excellent trade in price for our non working engine and also fixing it up on his own while getting us a brand new Key Largo 22 and plus upgrades. We recently purchased a pontoon boat and were extremely happy with the service we received from Dave, Stacey, Devon and Blake. They treated us we the utmost respect and more like family. I have never had a better experience buying a large investment item as I did with this purchase. My husband and I had a Terrific experience finding and purchasing the boat we wanted at The Boat and RV Outlet from Dave. He's a person of his word, and that's rare to find. Everyone working there Stacey Dave's wife, Blake and Devin were so friendly, positive, and professional. It was like dealing with family. We love the deal we got. We absolutely love our boat! The wife and I went into the Boat and RV outlet to look at their inventory and get an idea of what works best for us. We were welcomed by one of their associates, (Stacey) she was extremely helpful on our decision and ended up leaving that day with something better than expected! My parents were referred here through my cousin, and this place has been amazing. The owners Stacey and Dave have been kind, helpful, and honest. My parents went to look at a LIV pull behind, they showed my parents around to different models gave ample amount of time to look around and any questions asked they were very knowledgeable about and didn t pressure to buy anything. My parents left that day as proud owners of a LIV 201 QB

UPDATED>>>DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE>>> LONG STORY>>> Purchased a used RV from Stacey. The issue is once I got it home and started really checking things, what they advertised and what I got was not the same. I purchased a 2023 LIV 19bhd with murphy bed. I had been looking around trying to find one of these since this model is no longer made. I had posted on a Facebook group I was looking for one and she responded that they had one. I checked out the listing and like the fact it had a queen bed and larger 10,000 btu A/C. We had a family emergency right before we were going to pick it up, so when I finally made it down to check out the unit, I was not on my best game for making sure everything was correct. We had driven 15 hours to make it down there and had to drive 10 back with the camper. A young man stepped me through the camper and I asked again, is this a 10,000 btu A/C, he asked what a BTU was???? Then he went to ask David the owner if it was the correct model and he confirmed it was. Had a few other issues, but finally left and headed home. That weekend I finally had a chance to look the camper over and found the bed was only 54" which is full and the A/C after pulling everything off the front to see the sticker was 8000 btu. Called Stacey and she told me it was sold AS-IS. I understand that, but it was misrepresented, it was not as they advertised. The only thing I was asking was a rebate of $400 so I could purchase and install myself a larger A/C. She said she had to call the factory and that is where it ended, never heard back. Either purchase from Edgewater, Fl a factory store or take a trip to Americus, Ga and see how the LIV campers are built, they are truly remarkable, but DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!! No customer service after the sale and people that are not camper knowledgeable. UPDATE: We are getting ready for our first trip. Now keep in mind, the camper went through an $800 prep to get ready. I checked the tire pressure and it was 20psi low. Again this is from a company that sells boats, not RVs. And another thing I just found... if you are selling a used RV, clean out the *&^! black tank, that is just gross not to have that done for the new customer.

I'm so glad I meet Stacy and Dave. I was looking for a boat, again. After a whole weekend of looking, I stop by the Boat & Rv Outlet and fell in love with the Key Largo. Live well, plenty of storage and a head for me. Not to mention the radio with light up speakers. And at the right price. I had plenty of money left over to install a few things.I was talking to Dave about a few things that I need to add. And his staff did I excellent job installing my trim taps, and a new trolling motor. They even put my new Garmin in. Thanks so much for all the help. I'm a very happy wife. And the hubby is happy too. Lol. He smiled so big when I said I wanted a boat. :) Thanks again for making my dreams come true.Amy Green

So, the LIV website says you are open on Sundays.Your sign on your door says you are open on Sunday.We hustle down here from Pensacola and go out of our way to see LIV trailers during posted business hours.Place is locked up like Fort Knox. No sign. No explanation. Locked office. Deadbolted lots.We added two hours to our trip to come and probably buy today.Left amazingly disappointed.Hard pass here everyone. Go some place that wants your money.

Great experience. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have the factory VP there to walk us through the boat and all features. They went out of their way to help me. We had a couple of issues with the boat, but they took care of everything. I was impressed with the sales process and now they are impressing me with the after sale process. i m looking forward to using my new boat and creating incredible family memories. Thank you John the service Guro as well. Nice bunch of folks. I would highly recommend Dave and his crew. If you re looking to have an incredible experience, be treated fairly, and have someone you can rely on, and count on to have your back, look no further. Dave and the rest of the crew have been amazing with our boat purchase. Before we came to this dealer, we stopped at several others. The experience here was completely different from everywhere else. No pretentious sales people selling overprice boats. Instead, we got Dave and his crew who explained everything about the different types of pontoons. They told us the pros and cons of pontoons, tri-toons, and then explained about super-toons. I was reluctant to buy a pontoon boat because I had been out on a couple of rentals that handled terribly in the Gulf waters. Next, they told us that their boats have no plywood to rot out; instead, they use a solid sheet of composite. Then they showed me the electric Bimini that can stop halfway to block the sun at any angle as long as you anchor facing the right direction, which is free of pins so my nails are safe. That sold me. We asked them to do some upgrades, and since the boat we were getting was still in the factory, they were able to do everything we wanted, including adding a second electric Bimini for the front half of the boat. After it left the factory, the dealer added a rear wash off and did a beautiful job installing it. Next I wanted a front ladder, and they fabricated a mount for the particular ladder that I wanted and did a great job on the install. John the mechanic is fantastic. They did a thorough sea trial with us to make sure we knew all the features, and then, when our boatlift got stuck the first time we tried to take it out on our own, Dave actually came over and got our lift working so we could take our boat out. How amazing is that? We got a really well built super-toon that handles the gulf waters beautifully, is really comfortable, and has a sink, fridge, and grill, oh, and a 250 Suzuki for less than what the arrogant sales people at the dealerships to the south were selling regular pontoons with wooden decks and 115hp motors for. No water splashing over the deck with these almost 36 pontoons, no wood to rot out. Did I mention everyone was really really nice and down to earth? It was a great experience all around. They made one of the best two days of owning a boat, even better. Thanks team! I highly suggest this team.

Our brand new RV needed warrantee work. Dave the manager and John the mechanic took excellent care of us and did a superb job. The work was timely with excellent customer care service.

Took my RV in to have the generator replaced. Dropped it off at 9 a.m. and it was done before 3 p.m.. The price was great and so was the workmanship. recommend.
