I was in this store and I was greeted by Sheila L who quickly searched in the system for the rear bulb for my car and after paying she installed them in a moment. I have to say that I haven't come across a person like her in a long time polite friendly and helpful that's why I have given myself the task of making this opinion.

Trash female with a whole attitude and a 1/2 answering phones is bull already broke down trying to get a part needing info to get it to me and all she wants to do is be heard, not help, have a childish little kid attitude, and over talk makes the whole phone call useless and trucks still down! Might need more qualified persons working there if they can t answer a phone without a stank attitude cause they have to work it s not a difficult job .

I was not please with the service at this location when Renee Dawson was store manager the staff and store was on point. I wasn't greated when I came in the store the manager wasn't will give a little effort in finding he part i needed when he part i self was availayand even had picture of where the part was located in the car if tried to give good customer aerive he would of looked and trued harder cuz the computer system name for the hose i needed called a different name that is used for the same hose

The team at this location was on point. They had the part I needed without me having to drive to County Line Rd where the other AutoZone told me the part I needed was located. Always call ahead, you just might save yourself a bunch of useless miles traveled! Anywho, back to this AutoZone on 52. The team was upbeat and cheerful, cracking jokes and laughing. All while still efficiently taking care of my automotive needs. Thank you to the crew at 52!

Went to Auto Zone on State Road 52 at Hayes Road. Needed a new battery. Megan was very helpful in showing us our choices and helping us decide, then Chris M. was even more helpful by installing it for us. They were both very courteous and made us feel as though we were valued customers. Thank you both

I called ahead to confirm they had the parts I needed for my car and what they didn't have, they told me what other stores did and offered to order it to be delivered to their store. The associates are always willing to take the time to answer any questions you may have and will inform you on better products that are usually cheaper

I do not recommend this area, instead go to the other one on Ridge Rd, they get better treatment; I went with 4 truck batteries to charge them and they told me to come in two hours to pick them up. When I arrived they told me that the batteries were bad that I should buy new ones, but they didn't even bother to try to charge them; I knew there were bad ones but I needed to load them so I could move the truck to the workshop at my work center. I think their job is to at least try to charge it and it's my decision whether to buy new ones or not, but the manager (Puerto Rico guy) intentionally didn't charge them to force me to buy new ones. I clarified to the person who assisted me at the desk, another lady from Puerto Rico, that I knew that the batteries were in bad condition but that I needed to charge it to be able to take the truck to the company's workshop, it seems that that's what they thought. They don't care about me and for that reason they lost a client in me, now every time I need something at the auto zone I go to the one located on Ridge Rd, and there I always receive the best treatment, congratulations to them

Don t buy your oil here because they will give you a hard time when you return it. They will also make you take the containers and find your own way to dispose of it. If I can t safely dispose of the oils the came out of my car even if it has coolant, engine material or another oil inside. Then I ll go somewhere else and spend my money. Honestly how dramatic the assistant manager was being about this really turned me off. Been living in this neighborhood for 10 years and never had any trouble. I ll never come back to this store or any other store if this is how we are treated when trying to safely dispose of materials.

Great store. Always helpful that was my old review. My new review goes like this= I called to see if you had a part. A door panel clamp for the door. She said I have to find one bring it in, than they can look up part. You always have been able to look up a product and know what store has it, get a 0rice and see if in stock. Today is December 18, 2023 4:30pm it was a lady her voice sounded like she is 40ish.

I do not recommend this location. Went to warranty my battery, guy told me it was bought in 2016 but already had been warrantied in 2021... since when did autozone have a 5 year warranty on their batteries. guy was rude and was unknowledgeable even though he was a manager so I just left. Went to a different autozone and they actually knew basic math and how to use their computer, found my battery and warrantied it no problem, no questions asked.

We were stranded due to alternator not working. We were traveling with my grandbaby who was 6 weeks old and very unhappy. I must say that the level of service and kindness was extraordinary. They were so helpful to us and so caring. I want the manager and Corporate to know that they made a bad situation much better to handle because they cared, My family and I want to extend our gratitude and appreciation for JP, Frank and everyone else that day(Saturday March 25, 2023). God bless you all at the Auto Zone @ 7124 State rd. 52. This is for going above and beyond and for that we are very grateful.

So much for loaning a screwdriver to me so I can replace my burnt brake light bulb. I'll just drive away with a brake light bulb out because "I'm not getting another one from the shelf" such wonderful customer service. Don't worry I just drove down the road to O'Reilly's where they don't mind helping customers.

Our battery died while we were out shopping, we got a jump and went straight to AutoZone My husband purchased a new battery . We we're asked if we needed it put in we told them yes it was busy so we had to wait a few minutes but that was ok. Jeremy W came out in a timely manner and put the battery in and it was only about ten minutes and he was finished. AutoZone is awesome I recommend them.

I recently went into the store and everyone was helpful. I had to call today to ask about a part, I believe Frank was the name of who answered the phone. He was awesome went above and beyond without even having to ask in just that short call. If more business had employees like him, customer service would be top notch, thanks Frank

I stopped in today because I wanted my battery checked. I didn t know if I was having issues starting my car due to the cold weather or due to battery. I bought my car used and had no idea the shape the battery was in, age etc. They came out right away , tested my battery and my battery was fine. What I appreciated and what will bring me back as a repeat customer was the honesty and respect and help I got. I wasn t pressured to get a new battery under false pretenses, there was no sneaky upsell, just the willingness to help me. THAT RIGHT THERE means I ll be back as a customer when the time does come. Honesty , helpfulness and respect still goes far and they ve got a customer for it. Thank you!

Nathan and the rest of the staff at Autozone are consistently very helpful and knowledgeable. Without fail they make the extra effort to source parts for our Food Truck (not always an easy task for our aging Truck and support vehicles). In the event that a pet is not in stock they strive to have parts available later the same day or early the next. I have found their prices to be competitive and the quality of the parts to be excellent. Most important to me is that they have built rapport and trust with us over time because they conduct business in a fair manner. It is clear they are focusing on the value of a long term business relationship with us. This store has become our trusted go-to source for parts and great service over the past year and a half. Thanks so much!

Answered on first ring, immediately greeted when entering the store, suggested wiper blades and turn signal/brake light replacement. Props to the employee Arron for going the extra mile to get assistance from the local manager to obtain the parts and help perform the replacement. We were here on vacation and didn't have a single tool with us, so thank you for helping us out!

Very clean and well stocked. Only two employees were helping this making the wait in line to pay longer than expected. The two gentleman were friendly and paid attention to each person tht they were helping. Great customer service!
