We drove 5 hours to pick up a boat and it was worth every minute and mile! Mark Urban is definitely a great representative and made the whole purchase experience really easy. We are very happy with our boat but even happier buying it from a trustworthy representative and dealer. I highly recommend this place for your boat purchases!

We want to give a shout-out for, and a thank-you to, Antonietti Marine at their Holiday, Florida, location for making our recent boat purchase not only easy but also enjoyable. Everyone with whom we dealt (sales, parts, & accessory installation) was both responsive and informative without being high pressured. Bob Mischler (sales) was extremely patient and supportive while our desires and plans for a boat purchase and financing changed a few times. Every single call to Bob was returned quickly with all the information we needed and we never felt pressured to maker a decision. Once purchased, Jeff Wilke (Parts & Service) was extremely patient and knowledgeable on the accessories that we both needed (and wanted) to make our boating safe and enjoyable. The installation of the accessories we purchased was done perfectly. Even after taking final delivery of our boat and with no further requirements on their part, both Bob and Jeff remain extremely responsive and helpful. We got our first boat and it was such a smooth process, Mark walked us through everything and we walked out with our boat and we re in the water within 48 hours!! I have been using Antonietti Marine first in Hudson and now in Holiday for 10 years. They are the Suzuki dealer and always have or can quickly get the parts I have needed for my boats or motors. They have also installed my Power Pole and helped me with an Progressive Claim as well as an extended warranty claim on a new Suzuki outboard. Shout out to TJ and Jeff for helping me get back on the water. TJ was instrumental in getting me an OEM lower unit through Progressive when I hit something submerged. Jeff helped me work through the extended warranty process when I started to leak oil from somewhere in the upper part of the outboard down the exhaust. They disassembled the top of the outboard, contacted and sent pics to the insurance company that handles the extended warranty and got the adjuster to approve the repair, saving me $3000. Great guys and a good community supporting small business.

It's no wonder Antonietti Marine has such high ratings from both the manufacturers and the public. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with buying a boat. Mark was very knowledgeable, LISTENED to what I was looking for and got me into a boat that not only met my needs but fit my budget. Probably one of the easiest deals I've made in a long time! Super happy they're just down the street so I can continue to use them for service and other boating needs! Thank you!

I am so impressed with the level of help and service I received from Kenny and Anthony. We wanted a new boat but did not want to spend a ton of money.... We where shocked about how low the price was for the boat we wanted.... better than that we got amazing service before the delivery of our boat as well as after we got the boat..... they answered all our stupid questions with a smile.... Great prices.... amazing personal service.....what more do you want from a boat dealer........

All I can say is WOW! Absolutely exceptional!First time boat owners and not knowing what to expect, so guards were up. My husband grew up on boats his entire life so we knew what we wanted and what we were looking for.However, we were and are beyond impressed with our boat, the price, and especially the service. We reached out to Doug (right before they closed at 5pm via email) to make sure the boat, that came with the trailer, was legit at the price listed.He responded immediately, confirming the listing was legit and within minutes we were speaking to him over the phone. We let him know we were very interested in the boat but we didn t live nearby, about 3 hours away from our home in Jacksonville to one of their locations in Riverview. The boat did not come with a GPS or Radio. Since we were far away he threw in the radio at no charge and included the labor and installation, for both the GPS and Radio, in at no cost as well. We were also surprised that with brand new boats they give you a coast guard kit (Anchor, adult/children life jackets, fire extinguisher, flares, etc).Before I make this review too long to read, I ll end with two things. We had to overnight a check, again due to distance, and I was uneasy about that but Doug consistently messaged me back and forth via text and confirmed everything had been checked out and good to go. Lastly, when we finally saw the boat in person and did the test run, we were impressed by how smooth the boat ran, and on choppy water.Doug was absolutely amazing. Answered every single question and doubt. He s also very funny, which helped my anxiety.The process was so quick and to top it off they sent us a gift in the mail the other day with a Yeti type insulated cup and gourmet cookies for purchasing through them, like what?! I will forever recommend them to anyone anywhere.Thank you Doug and Antonietti Marine for making our boat owning dreams come true!!!! And much sooner than we had ever planned. -Natalie & Brian

Bought our first brand new boat here. Mark was excellent, answering questions for me and the wife after working hours with quick replies and detailed explanations. Had the boat ready for us at our pickup time and gave detailed explanation on all the features and functions. 30 seconds on the ride home on the highway and one of the cushions flew off and got run over, Mark had already ordered the replacement piece the following workday when I texted him about it. Process was seamless and we could not be happier with the purchase. Thanks bud.

I just a brand new 2023 Manitou Explore from Mark Urban at Antonietti Marine. I was extremely nervous about buying such a large purchase online sight unseen without visiting the dealer or meeting anyone there and having to pay for the entire boat before delivery. I can give 100% assurance that not only did Mark delivery the boat perfectly at 8am to my Marina in Miami he also has stayed in contact via text message with me long after my boat was delivered with my many questions he answers right away. He's absolutely great to work with and recommend him without hesitation!

I stopped at Antonietti on a whim after being in the market for a USED boat for quite sometime. As I was drooling around the lot at the boats, Marc walked across the street to introduce himself and promptly sold me a NEW boat! It really was a no hassle / no pressure sale that had me financed and in the water 1 day later- just in time for COVID 19 social distancing! Being our first boat ever, the Bayliner E21 Element is a great cruising boat for the wife, kids, and I (and MANY friends if things ever open up again)! Looking forward to many years and good times with this boat! Aside from the one stop sale and financing, the store also had everything we needed to get on the water day 1. Based on my experiences thus far, I would definitely purchase again from Marc and Antonietti Marine!

Mark was great! Found a great deal from on A new 240 ccx Glasstream boat and the process was awesome! We bought our boat site unseen because we knew what we wanted. Mark delivered it to my doorstep in perfect condition and ready to go! Great experience!

Service department could use some work at both the Gibsonton and Hudson locations, but overall they do a decent job. I purchased my Seaborn 22LX in January 2022 from the Boat Show in Port Charlotte. Since owning this boat, I have been through three SIMRAD GO9's, 2 different Seats, 1 Lower Unit, and a sagging or soft deck.The Gibsonton service department is rather slow. I understand warranty parts takes time because they come from the manufacturer. The issue I have is that there is no information flow to the customer. If the parts are running behind call or text me and let me know. I brought the boat in for engine service, a warranty repair on the front seat that covers the livewell, soft spots in the deck under the leaning post. Their fix was to add a couple more screws to the leaning post to pull the deck up. Then I was told if that doesn t hold, it would have to go back to Seaborn. Bryce was supposed to contact Seaborn about getting my boat back to them to repair the soft spots under the leaning post (Identified back in September 22). This still has not happened. Also, make sure your service people are on the same page, I had a prop sent off for repair from Gibsonton and was told at drop off it would be 1-2 weeks. That wasn't the case at all. It took 6 weeks, and then prop was picked up by TJ and taken to the Hudson location. The team in Gibsonton did knock out the lower unit replacement was extremely fast. Bryce and Chris knocked that one out of the park even though I had to buy a new prop because mine was not back yet. They also did do an extremely quick turnaround on the engine service.The Hudson parts department is more of the same. Super friendly staff and knowledgeable. I dropped my boat off with TJ. We walked through the boat, and I explained several issues (Sagging/Soft spots), Prop Repair, Electrical issue (SIMRAD), Broken leaning post seat. 3 Warranty Issues, one of which requires the boat to be sent back to Seaborn. Another that requires a seat to be sent from Seaborn. The Hudson team quickly identified corrosion in the hull of the boat that ultimately led to the failure in the electrical system. Quickly got the 2nd prop out for repair and back. Also got my prop that was out at repair from 6 weeks ago. SIMRAD was ready for me to pick up as well. The issue here is that I still have not heard anything about the seat or when the boat can go back to the builder for the floor repair.I contacted TJ on 27 Mar 23 and was told that the warranty claim was submitted but had not been processed by Seaborn. I reached out to seaborn and was told I must go through my dealer.

From start to finish, Mark was fantastic! Mark's communication with his clients is excellent. We picked up our boat today and he was just as excited as we were. He explained everything in great detail and said if you have any questions or forget anything I have said, you have my number. Customer care after a purchase is rare and much appreciated!! Antoinetti Marine is my only go to for all of my marine needs. I purchased my first boat from Anthony and he truly exudes the customer first culture. Over the years he and his team have always gone above and beyond to take care of everything I ve needed. Being a first time boat owner, I had LOTS of questions and they ve always taken the time to be patient and informative. It s amazing to see this business grow to multiple locations over the years. They have a top notch sales team, a terrific service team and great ownership. Highly recommend the Antonietti Marine team for any of your marine needs.
