I purchased a motorcycle from Action Honda about two years ago. The purchase went smoothly and there were no "dealer add on" fees. I've purchased a lot of motorcycles over the years and this was most certainly one of the best transactions I've participated in. Despite Action Honda being over 100 miles from my home, I just purchased a second motorcycle from them a few days ago. Once again, the transaction went smoothly and there were no pricing markups like I'm seeing at most other dealers. We had completed the financials in advance, so it was only about 5 minutes worth of paperwork and the entire deal was complete. They've got a great parts and service department as well. When it's time to buy another Honda, you can be certain I'm going to call them first.

I purchased 4 future oil changes for my Honda 500. The dealer did not honor it.Said it expired after 3 years.Did not mention that part when they took my $1000 plus my $20k for my Honda.Owner made a bad move. I was going to buy a new Honda today, but not from these guys.Do not buy their service plans or extended warranties if you are interested in service after the sale go elsewhere.

Great purchasing experience. Highly recommend dealer they charge actual prices that are not marked up like all the other dealers in Florida. Also Got the title mailed out in less than 1 week roughly. other dealers take like a month. Very kind small dealership that is family owned. Sunny and Steve are definitely good guys

Just purchased a 2017 Honda Rebel from Action Honda and it was the easiest and most smooth transaction. We were in and out in 30 minutes for an amazing loan process. After riding for a couple of days, I realized that the handlebars needed to come in for me, so I called the service department and they managed to fit me in that day after work. Brian the service tech was fantastic and a pleasure to speak with. When I am ready for a bigger bike, I will be back.

Not impressed with this dealership!!! I was working with Adam on a 2023 Honda NC750X and came to an agreement on an OTD price. Went to the bank and withdrew the cash. Called Adam today to verify the bike was still available (I am 1.5 hours away from the dealership) and set up a test ride. Adam informed me the dealership does not allow test rides and I would have to purchase the bike without riding it first...What in the world??? What kind of policy is this? I ran and ran fast...very suspicious to say the least!!

Never go here! $375 for carburetors rebuild and they started leaking again after 200 miles. No warranty after 30 days and he made all kinds of excuses. Said I should have been dumping fuel additive in. Speaking of fuel, they charged me $6 for gas and ran out on the way home!!!!! If you look at the photos, he never even removed the plugs to expose the air/fuel mixture screws!!UPDATE!!!!!! Invoice for the job done right!!!! I only get $781 a month because of cancer, I just wish they would have told me, and I would have gone someplace else. Never even took a carburators off. Shameful

They were all great folks and the salesman does a great job (rarely seen these days) very thorough respectful and knowledgeable. Very nice dude who does go the extra mile before during and after the sale. They don t forget about you it s been a year now and going back to buy another ATV.

I called for a hard to find ATV they had listed as in stock. They actually had it when I called, and when I showed up from out of state, It had a sale pending tag....for me.Sale was quick, efficient and received an excellent overview of all controls and features of my new machine.After being wait listed for this machine by several other dealers, ACTION took care of me. Highly recommend.

I drove all the way up to action Honda from Pinellas county because cycle springs I went into and they were the most unfriendly not everybody the young kids at work they were great but the old guy that was trying to sell me something and sold me the completely wrong part that he swore up and down was the right part and was just trying to get me out of the store 10 minutes before they close when I'm sitting here about to spend $500 in his store his whole attitude change once I grab the whole bunch more parts besides the 10-dollar part besides that action Honda I believe his name was Steve behind the parts counter he was nothing but a pleasure to work with fantastic Guy full of information and all around a great experience so I think his name was Steve behind the parts counter if I could be incorrect

Great experience purchasing for Action Honda in Hudson. Sunny was knowledgeable and helped me decide on the 2022 Honda Grom. Once the paperwork was complete, the team spent time with me explaining the specifics of the bike, warranty and maintenance. Can't recommend any higher!

I have been a customer of Action Honda since I was a little kid on a dirt bike. Years ago, the owner use to run around the store helping everyone he could and still many years later even with the assistance of a power chair he continues to provide quality service at a fair price. Since then, I have purchased a beautiful Honda Shadow from them and many other accessories. Recently, I had them sell one of my motorcycles. The experience was simple and worth the small fee they require. Steve made the entire process smooth and I was scheduled to pick up my check about a week after it sold. I couldn t be more happier with the entire process. They do a GREAT job at Action Honda and have earned my business and local support! -William-

The old school dealership still conducting business the same way they did back when they opened. There s a reason they been here for so many years and you want to talk about so knowledgeable staff you would have come to the right dealership I can t say enough nice things about these people you just have to come here and see it for yourself and then it s a real experience.

I called an asked if I can have tires put on my motorcycle , they told me to bring it in and they can do it right away. I dropped my bike off and they completed my tire mount and balance in a little over an hour. Super fast with excellent work! Unlike other shops that estimated a WEEK to complete the tire change. They did it in about an hour and I was on my way. Great staff and great price. I will come in for service again. Best local shop hands down !

I have purchased two motorcycles, numerous accessories, and a lot of Service, here.The staff here have always been friendly, helpful, and most surprisingly for a motorcycle dealership, very fair with me.They now have all my business, and will continue to so, unless things change.Just picked my main bike up from having a service done, new rear tire, and a couple of accessories fitted. Friendly employees and very helpful. Not so helpful when they want to charge you $$$ for the mechanic shop on top of what it'll cost to fix the problem and a 2 week waiting period. Took my uncle 3 days searching online to figure out the problem himself and $5 for a fuse.

I really recommend this place. They service a lot of Brands I've only brought in my Honda's here.. service department was great when I dealt with them and the parts department was absolutely a joy to deal with, super knowledgeable young man. really awesome guy to talk to.. knows his stuff!! I've been coming to this shop since 1983 and plan on continuing to do my business here.. hope your experience is as good as mine

Came in to get my back brakes done on my Suzuki Boulevard C90T Boss, super friendly and helpful. They are getting all my business from here on out! Shop is very knowledgeable and service will help you find what ever your looking for.Thank you for all your help and excellent service!Going to have speakers and a oil change next time I'm in, I have no worries they will do a great job.

I visit here for my GN4 oil and occasionally some small parts. The showroom is rather bare, but I'm thinking they can get whatever bike you need upon request. Front desk service is always excellent.

Steve is great to work with. Action Honda was one of the only dealers that got back to use quickly and gave us a cost break down. All other dealers gave us a good price to get us in the door but when trying to figure out final cost were adding $1500 to $1800 in dealer fees plus taxes. Steve was up front and honest from the first email.

Went here today when my local Honda shop didn't have the bearings I needed.These guys were great! They had both bearings at half the cost of my local shop.I'll go to Action Honda from here on out. Awesome prices and great customer service. Masks worn for a clean safe environment....along with a lil giggle from the small joke told by the gentleman who greeted us as we walked in...thanks guys I truly needed that lil giggle!! Made my day!

They fixed the recall on my bike in a timely manner but after taking it home I saw that my relay wasn't attached, missing clips for front faring, and now 2 weeks after I notice I'm missing a screw also. I don't know if I trust the quality of the work they did on my bike if they can't even replace screws where needed. I'll be taking my bike to a place further away from now on.

"Knowledge is Power" I bought a key fob from Action Honda today and I asked them if they would program it for me. They told me they were booked for a week or so in their service dept and they are going to charge me 1/2 hour labor, approximately $50 bucks. CHECK THIS OUT...on YouTube, programming a keyfob only takes about a minute or so. Typical Stealership tactics! Soooooo, they lost any future business from me and the countless riders I tell in the future. HEY ACTION HONDA!!! YOUR GREED JUST COSTED YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!!!

Sad to say I have to agree- Sales dept has POOR attitude ! I was interested in new bike sitting forever there and spoke to Steve. Offered him same price as another dealer had further away for same bike NEW and he said he would never sell it for that price and would rather have it "sit there and rot" before he sold it for that price ! TERRIBLE service for serious buyerLOVE the reply! Low ball offer ! It was the same offer another dealer offered me !! Also- makes like his comment was acceptable to tell a customer ! Very arrogant!
