The service department did a great job replacing timing chain assembly and camshaft Tower seals. The mechanic Dan Fontaine went above and beyond to take care of anything else that he came across that was questionable like hoses that needed to be replaced and various other seals. I've never really had much positive to say about stealerships in general but the guys at Village Toyota definitely won over a new customer. They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, or replace any parts that weren't necessary, and I really appreciate that that goes a long way with somebody that has a mechanical background. Devoe Fairchild, service advisor, did a great job keeping me up to date with what's going on, introduced the mechanic and walked me to the shop to see progress when I showed up. Great staff at this dealership. I was referred by a friend that had the same experience and attention to detail for all his vehicles. That goes a long way when you can give a reference and they back up your word

The service department at Village Toyota Is beyond exceptional! They greet you immediately when you pull up, hold door open for you, show you right to your assigned service representative. Representative Kenneth is always very pleasant and knowledgeable, he goes above and beyond! The coffee station and refreshments while you wait for vehicle to be ready is awesome too! And the wait time is very minimal! Always a wonderful experience coming to Village Toyota!

Louis Delmar in the service department is a great example of a model staff member. He has been extremely polite and professional during my last two service appointments. He has been able to answer my questions or refer me to someone at the dealership who I could reach out to regarding my questions.

I would have to say this is the best service experience I ever had at a car dealership. My service advisor Kenneth at Village Toyota in Homosassa FL was pleasant to deal with and very helpful in assisting me with what service was required for my car. The mechanic Robert came out and introduced himself. A video link was then sent to me advising me of findings by the mechanic Robert. This is an amazing feature. Both my husband and I were impressed by this. My service appointment was performed in a very timely manner. I would recommend Village Toyota in Homosassa FL for car repairs and service.

Cheyenne Phelps was absolutely fantastic. She kept me updated every step of the way, with the repair of my truck. I am so happy with the service I was given. Feb 24, 2024 oil change at 8:45am. Kenneth managed my car intake info.Very helpful, super friendly, approachable, well presented gentleman. He gets 5 stars.Only complaint is the company sell push. Toyota company gets 4 stars only. I really did not need tires as recommended since all 4 had 3/16 - 1/4 tread left. Not sure about the brake fluid flush that was recommended also. But at $25,500K I thought it was a little pushy. Except for the sales push I was very satisfied.

Louis Delmar was the service writer for my routine service done on March 26, 2024. He was very efficient and courteous. He also kept me informed during and after the service.At the service drop off I was greeted by Phil Reed. He held the door for me and pointed out the rep assigned to me and gave me his name. Excellent greeter

Louis Delmar is the best! We ve been taking our Toyota Highlander there since we bought it and every time it needs service we always deal with Louis. He covers everything in detail with us and if I have any questions he always has an answer. Very knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. Will definitely continue to work with Louis. I have had excellent experiences with Village Toyota service department. My last visit was handled by Louis Delmar. Mt. Delmar kept me advised on the status of the work being done on my vehicle. He also explained the changes on the bill. I enjoyed the hot dog. Thx

Always super pleased with the service we receive from Cheyenne Taveras, our advisor, and Dan Fontaine, our mechanic! They work so hard for their customers and it is much appreciated! This is the only place we will let service our Toyotas. I even bring my Ford there as well.

Cheyenne Phelps is my Service Advisor. She welcomes me when I enter Village Toyota and takes care of me immediately. She checks to see what my appointment is for, and also checks to see if I'm due for any additional service. Her efficiency is greatly appreciated. I always feel confident that my Tundra Truck is being kept up to the highest standards. She makes me feel as though I'm important to her, and I am. Thanks Cheyenne, see you for my next oil change.

I was in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. George John was very nice and kept me informed on the progress of my car. They are all very nice and have snacks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate to choose from while you wait. It was an early morning appointment so the hot chocolate was a plus. Thanks for all you do.

I have a 2017 Sienna which i have serviced about every six months at Village Toyota in hopes of keeping it running well for a long time. I make my appointments with Louis Delmar who manages to be friendly, kind and professional in a fast paced business, qualities that make a twice a year chore a lot more pleasant. I hope he's still there in six months.

This was my first time using service at Village Toyota. I met with my service advisor George St John and he was very welcoming, cordial and pleasant. George took the time to explain everything that I have in my service contracts. Service waiting area was clean with plenty of seating, coffee and some snacks. The overall experience was excellent!

Village Toyota services are thorough. The service technician takes a video of the car, the filters, and explains any issues which is then sent to the customer for review. I find this very helpful and allows me to see which should be done. Paul Leonard has been my go-to guy since I bought my vehicle, and he is knowledgeable and professional. It is a pleasure to work with Paul and Village Toyota.

Louis Delmar is a great adviser, he looked in to my extended warranty again, even though I thought I had canceled it. He also came to find me to let me know my AC filter was dirty, so that was replaced. I had some issues with my phone contacts disappearing from my home screen, he explained that I probably had an update that caused them to drop off, he told me that I would need to add them again, which I have done. Thank you!

I have purchased two cars from Village Toyota and always return to the dealership for maintenance and any other issues - the last being a tire that was losing air. The issue was addressed quickly and, though I had to come back the next day to get a new tire put on, I felt that Louis Delmar, the assistant sales manager, went out of his way to keep me informed as to the issue and its resolution. I highly recommend Village Toyota and commend Louis Delmar for his customer service.

I went to Toyota Dealership on 1/29/2024 for a tire rotation. I had some time on my hands I started to look at the new cars and was approached my Anna Marie she ask if I needed help and was I looking for a new car I responded with it depends on what I can get for a trade in. She said come with me will get you in the car you want and the Trade in your looking for. Needless to say she did just that.She was very considerate of my needs and had a wonderful personality and answered all of my questions .The transaction went very smooth.Would definitely recommend you to ask for Anna Marie at the Homosassa location

I took my GR86 to the collision department here at Village after an accident, and Jeff handled everything for me and was extremely helpful. Never being in an accident before, he explained the entire process in a way I could understand and kept me up to date by calling me at least once a week to let me know of any updates, and to send me update photos of my car that was taken to Dimmit Collision Center in Oldsmar. He handled all correspondence between them and my insurance and I m so thankful!! Special thanks to Jeff but everyone I made contact with was very kind. I bring my vehicle here for all service and I ve never had any issues and have always been pleased with the service. My car looks brand new, you would have never known it was in an accident. Thank you so much!!

Cheyenne at Village Toyota is our go-to service advisor, She has always treated my wife and I with the utmost respect and makes sure the vehicle gets fixed. Logan is our saleman and goes to bat for us when we are making deals. Village Toyota has treated us right, unlike Wesley Chapel Toyota, who did bait and switch on an advertised vehicle. Then told us they would honor the price but would drop the trade value by $5000. As long as I own or wish to purchase a Toyota, Village Toyota is our only place that has our business. Thank you Village Toyota.
