Went a bought my first vehicle with Aaron. He did a great job, was very informative, answered any questions I had & worked well with us, as well as the finance department. Big thanks to them. The detail department on the other hand absolutely sucked! When I had purchased my car it was down pouring outside so they were unable to detail it. So when I took it back for detail they did not detail anything on the inside and they did a s***** job on the outside. Plus they scratched the inside if my doorhandle. So yeah definitely will not have them detail my car again. Very poor service in that department!!!

Brought my new Corolla Cross to them for the 5K tune up. Very busy place, but well organized. They had a system to filter the customers in and out in a fluent motion. I would rank this as the best Toyota Service Area I have been too. Thanks Village

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a beautiful car for Village Toyota. The sale rep Joshua Nogueira was very professional and extremely helpful with the process. I also had a great experience with Rodney in finance. We handled all the paperwork over the phone, online and email. When I went to put up the car, I was greated by Joshua and he had everything ready. Thank you for the awesome experience.

Great dealership!!! I worked with Aaron Boles who was very nice and made the process smoother. The sales department here is not pushy and they didn't too many outrageous additions on top of the Base MSRP. Prices are competitive and the process to buy the vehicle was very smooth.

My experience was nothing but the best. I m not from the area and needed an oil change, tire rotation and balance. I pulled in without an appointment about 3pm. I was greeted with enthusiasm and professionalism. I was gone an hour later. Everyone was personable, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I never have a bad experience at a Toyota dealer. This will be a lasting impression and future service appointments.

I recently purchased a 2024 Prius LE from Village Toyota, and I can't speak highly enough of my experience. Paul Perry, my salesman, was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and transparent. As a female and recent college grad, I appreciated that he never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured.From the moment I spoke with him on the phone, Paul made the process enjoyable, answering all my questions (there were a LOT of them) without making me feel stupid. We had a very positive experience with Village Toyota, in the purchase of our new vehicle. Clayton Kennedy was outstanding in assisting us with the purchase. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car we purchased and was able to answer all questions and concerns we had. Also, the Finance Manager Rodney Redding's delightful personality made the grueling part of buying a new car seem a joy. We had a excellent experience all around.

I was pleased with my experience at Village Toyota. I appreciate my salesman Aaron Boles being a fellow veteran. He was honest and up front with me and willing to work a deal I felt comfortable with. I also need to mention the finance person Jeff Quinn. He was very clear in his explanation of products and at no time did I feel pressured to buy any additional financing products. As financing and leasing can be quite confusing for the non-lawyers among us I really appreciated Jeff's no pressure and clear approach.At the onset of me speaking with sales staff I told them I would need a 'shiny deal' to consider doing business with them again. I will say I believe they did indeed make that shiny deal and I will likely visit them again for any future Toyota purchases.

We scheduled an appointment at this Dealership due to our interest in a 2019 BMW x3 that was advertised on-line at a significant reduction in price and were met by Sales Advisor Brian Jennette upon our arrival. After a brief introduction he brought the car over to us and reviewed all the bells and whistles and directed us to a convenient test drive route. We found him to be friendly, patient, tolerant and knowledgeable. Unlike a few other dealerships that we have done business with there was no pressure applied by him to get a deal done. Our negotiations on an out the door price that involved a trade remained quite pleasant and after a short period of time my wife and I accepted what we believed to be a fair price and made the purchase. Our time spent with the paperwork to consummate the deal in the finance office was done in less than half the time we have spent at other dealerships. We will highly recommend doing business with Village Toyota Homosassa to our family and friends and suggest that they ask for Brian.

Sales lady very knowable, she gets 5 stars. Dealership 2 though guess...maybe...not their fault.Bottom line, if you happen to see a used Prius Prime there, presently, don't ask if they can do the Inflation Reduction Tax credit if they had one for 25k or less. Thinking up to 30%/4k max of sales price taken off price of car when paperwork is done provide you qualify for that credit per Govt rules.Reason not to buy there is if you wanted the tax credit they cannot help you since 'they did not apply for the program'. Honestly not certain what that is supposed to mean. Guess I am incorrect though did not know a dealer has to apply to a program to do paperwork for someone to get a tax credit.At any rate, if such is the case then from my way of thinking the dealership is not doing anything to help customers save $ on such a car if they get one that cost 25k or less and meet the terms for the tax credit.I offer you shop elsewhere if you want to do a tax credit. If you don't want tax credit else don't meet requirements then YES, would recommend dropping in to see them.

Amazing, a week after we bought our new 2024 XT5, we returned to this dealership and purchased a 2024 Hybrid Tundra Maxcrew 2024 Limited for my husband. Why?? simply because of how we were treated with the Cadillac.On this deal we worked with Will Johnson. He was so great about knowing just what we were looking for and took his time with us. Alan Reece did a great job getting us the deal we could work with and showing us all the buying options. The final was Jeffrey Quinn who closed the deal with the paper work. All three of these gentlemen were far above fantastic. Even our after visits for questions on both vehicles were received with great interest in helping us. We have found a home in this dealership. Finally a dealership that really cares about the customer and helping you get the dream vehicle you want. We love both our new cars. The deals were made very easy with out the normal drama. Great Great Dealership and Employees.

Had a great experience at Village Toyota Homosassa today. Rodney Redding went above and beyond to get my daughter the car she wanted. Got her great financing, Made sure things went smooth, and Hooked us up with an awesome sales person, that was honest, helpful and explanatory. By far the best business transaction I've ever experienced at a dealership ! Thanks again guys.To add to this review Clayton Kennedy was also a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to help us get everything we needed and will definitely request him in future purchases.

Awesome experience buying my Toyota Tacoma TRD 4x4 Sport. Chris Reckline was amazing and did everything that could be expected and more. My wife and I tested drove 5 vehicles and talked it over for a couple of days. Chris Reckline let us have as much time as we needed and didn't try to push us into anything. He gave us information about each vehicle we drove and was very helpful and extremely easy to work with. Afterward, my wife and I decided what we wanted and called him to get all the necessary paperwork ready to go. He did everything way past our expectations. We got a great truck with no pressure to buy, and this made the whole buying experience perfect. Thank you, village toyota, and especially thank you to Chris Reckline for his professional attitude and attention to detail. I will most definitely refer anyone who asks Village Toyota and Chris.

Purchased a 2022 4Runner TRD.Camilo is A+++.He responded immediately to my online inquiry. He answered or found the answer to every question and gave me a FaceTime tour of the vehicle. After I was satisfied this was a safe long-distance purchase, he gave me to his finance person, we did all paperwork via overnight mail. Camilo then offered to pick us up at the airport/1 hour away from his dealership where we were still peppering him with questions both personal and professional. We would highly recommend working with him if you want an honest, low pressure assessment of a vehicle. The whole experience was not like a typical used- car buying experience. It was pretty much stress free and, in hindsight, we put our trust in a trustworthy person. Well worth coming from Michigan to buy a vehicle from Village Toyota, Homasossa, FL. Thank you, Camilo

Cheyenne Phelps has assisted me several times since I bought my 2023 Toyota 4 Runner TRD Pro and everytime she greets you with a friendly smile. She listens to your concerns and tries her hardest to get you in and out as quickly as possible . I have had some small issues and I appreciate Cheyenne doing her best to make me understand what they can do to fix issues. She goes above and beyond to get you the best service possible .
