We also want to mention Alan Reece. He is the cadillac sales manager. He was amazing. A really pleasure to work with. He also took his time to go over everything with us. He went totally out of his way to make sure we were very satisfied. He really made us feel so so special. The whole experience and all we talked to made it one of the best experiences we have ever had

Our Salesperson Clayton Kennedy made our leasing experience so easy and effortless. He was most professional, took the time to explain in detail our lease specifics, he answered all our questions, kept in touch with us daily. Our entire experience with Village Cadillac was exceptional, everyone we dealt with, Evan Robin, Jeff Quinn and of course Clayton, went out of the way to make us feel welcome and that you appreciated out business.

The service they offer is outstanding and above all other Cadillac dealers/dealerships I have worked with in the past. My past three cars have been Cadillacs, but I actually enjoy coming to this business and do not mind driving the distance. These people are considerate and helpful, and I appreciate their professionalism and kindness so much.

He gave us a lot of information on the sale and answered any questions we had. Melissa in the finance department was really helpful and professional. We thought this was one of the best and most stress-free vehicle purchasing experiences we have ever had.

Our salesman was Paul Perry. He was amazing. He listened to why i was trading in and helped me with my decision between the all electric and the xt5 premuim luxury. He was so patient. It was like dealing with an old friend. He made it so simple and was right there thru the entire process. We were so lucky he was assigned to us.and above all never never pushy.One of the BEST experiences we have every had. No Pressure. Everyone was so eager to help make the sell of the cadillac and our trade in satisfactory with what we wanted. From the sales, thru to the Finance office who closed the deal it went very smooth. Since Dimmit took over this dealership is now the BEST. not like the old owners. These people really care about you.

Jeremy in the service department is awesome! He's so polite and helpful. He kept me informed during the entire service process. Also, the ladies in the loaner car area also deserve praise as they went above and beyond to assist me.(Prior visit) Debbie (service advisor) was great with her communication and made sure I was up to date on what the technician was doing. From scheduling to making sure I got back to my work while they worked on my car, she was top notch and very accommodating. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and smiling! This was my first experience with Village Cadillac but it won't be my last!

Was in the market for a Blackwing, went in to the dealer and met with Clayton and my expectations on the level of customer service I expect was far exceeded.The whole shopping experience with sales (Clayton), manager (Allen) and finance (Jenny) was exceptional.Thank you all, this is a great team.Update 03/29/23:Scott in service kept me informed of what was happening and when it was happening also informed me of the part which required be ordered and timeline. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I feel the dealership can sell a car but the service afterwards is what defines a dealership. After repeated positive experiences I am and will be a loyal customer moving forward based on my experience with the service department. The Dimmett dealership is an exceptional company.

This was hands down the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience we have EVER had. Everyone wants to buy a car, but no one wants to go through the process because it usually ends up feeling like no one listens, over promises and under delivers. This experience was the exact opposite. Our salesman was John Beatles tie DeLoach. He has a huge collection of The Beatles ties so make sure you ask for the Beatles Tie John. He was nothing short of amazing. Salespeople aren t on commission at this dealership so he LISTENED to what we needed, gave us all the pricing info we asked for in advance, didn t pull any BS or try to hide fees. We got an awesome price and there was no high pressure uncomfortable situations from anyone we met. Since we were buying a used Nissan and this dealership is a Toyota/Cadillac we didn t expect him to be an expert on our car. We were wrong. John DeLoach is truly a fan of cars and their history and we found it so helpful to be introduced to our new car with his knowledge. The test ride, something no one usually wants to endure with their salesperson was TRULY fabulous. And what s more we really liked John as a person. From start to finish we found this to be an enjoyable experience. We will be going back to him when we replace our 7 passenger vehicle in a year and a half and to buy a car for our teenager in 2 years. After this experience there is nowhere else we want to go. The 2 hour drive we made from Orlando was the BEST decision we ever made when buying a car. You won t be disappointed!!!

Bad customer service. They didn t even know what type of warranty I had. They were just trying to nickel and dime me for services already covered with my warranty. I will never go back to this Cadillac dealership. When my wife went to pick up our vehicle they didn t even explain anything to her. Bad customer service all around.

Worst experience ever.. they are like ever other scumbag dealership. I was interested in JUST A NUMBER ON MY TRADE. Yes I was looking to possibly trade, but my biggest thing was my trade value. 20 minutes after arriving they came out and looked the truck over, 1.5 hours later I'm still asking what's the trade in value. I left without ever telling them.. Don't waste your time people.

Purchased my first car online from TrueCar with this dealership. I was somewhat apprehensive about purchasing a car without seeing it in-person. I had been looking for the exact make, model, appropriate mileage and exterior and interior color for the Cadillac SRX for my wife for several months. Beth, my sales rep, was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. From my initial TrueCar quotation to her creating and uploading of a video of her walk-through and around the car to drop-box, the entire transaction was smooth, no hiccups. Oh, and did I mention that Beth and another colleague from Village Cadillac & Toyota even delivered the car to my home Over 100 miles away and filled the tank with gas! They far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them.

Anna Psihas was truly amazing. The lease on my Cadillac was coming to an end. Having always driven a sedan, I was looking for another sedan. Anna showed me several sedans, but took the time to show me a "crossover." To my surprise not only was the interior of the XT5 more luxurious than the sedan, the handling of this vehicle was truly phenomenal. I am looking forward to driving this car for years to come. Thanks for the guidance Anna. Thank you Don Fortier for the painless and straight forward pricing. Honorable mention to Yvonne in finance for tying it all together with a smile.I will definitely recommend Village to my friends and family.

Village Cadillac is a very good Dimmitt dealership. My front brake pads were making a grinding noise. I took it in and had the new pads ordered. As soon as they came in, I was called to make an appointment to have them installed. It was like they were waiting for me when I arrived. The repair was done in about an hour and I was on my way. I also use Village Cadillac for all service on my car. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Always so helpful and polite. Very attentive and informative about what's going on with our vehicle. I've said it before and I'll say it again, your service dept. (and Scott in particular) are the reason that when we shop for another vehicle it will be at Village Cadillac.

Service review....Able to book appointment online. Follow up calls from dealership were nice. Service advisor listened to my issue. 12:30 appointment. Car return expected fixed by 2:30. Actual return at 2:00, 1/2 hour EARLIER than promised! Car fixed 1st visit.

Scott did an excellent job of explaining everything. He was there when we picked up the car to discuss what was fixed and take us to the cashier. The person who answered the phone in the Service Department made sure that Scott got our message.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful from the time you pull into the service area. You are greeted by someone to take your vehicle and direct you to your service manager. The service manager greets you warmly and verifys all your information and explains what is required to keep your vehicle in tip top shape. As you are waiting you walk around or sit in the lounge enjoying the refreshments provided free to you. The sales folks on the floor all say hello and want to have a conversation regardless if you are looking for another vehicle or not, they make you feel like friends and family.

Visited their used car department recently and while we couldn't consummate a deal I must say that dealing with Brian and Brandon was a pleasant and professional experience.Revised review.Putting issues with the car I purchased there a month ago aside, I was just made aware of the fact that the dealership has not paid off the car I had traded in(per our agreement) and I can't get the finance department to return my calls. Bottom line, after the sale customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Very disappointing.

I had my Cadillac SRX serviced here with the assistance of Service Adviser Debbie Henry. I was initially concerned with my engine light being on. The diagnostic test revealed that I needed several repairs. I spoke with Debbie multiple times as she patiently informed me about the cost and necessity of these repairs. I appreciated her attentive customer service skills. I will always ask or recommend Debbie Henry for any service inquires. I'm confident that she's an asset to the Village Cadillac Dealership.
