Dan made a special trip to check out why my 4 GFI outlets were not working. He was very nice ,& personable. Only took him an est 1 hour to locate the problem & fix it so all 4 now works. Cost was so very reasonable. I really appreciate that being a senior on Soc. Sec. Limited retirement income. He didn't try to upsell me. He said if anything happens to call him again. What a breath of fresh air! Thank you sir.

Wow, what a GREAT company! Not only did they call me and tell me that one of the items I took to them the previous day was ready; but, after the technician checked it out and it was good, when I picked it up, guess what: NO CHARGE!. This company is honest...honest as the day is long!

Not too happy. They basically did nothing for my jeep a n d charged me an hours labor. Lesson learned !!!

I brought my 92 Chevy Silverado 2500 into @Riley Auto Electric about two years ago. First, all of the external lights had gone crazy. It was like driving around with the Christmas tree attached to the truck and no lights at times. Eventually , the truck just didn't start. I brought it in. The guys found time to check it out that day. Fast within a matter of hours of dropping it off that afternoon. I got a call before 8 am. the next day. Your truck is ready.. So, come to find out when I got here the problem was first truck won't start because of a short with starter and a faulty ground was the what's the cause of malfunction with your lights.. I'm seeing $$$.. No, in was out the door for less than $200.. Their hourly rate was more than others in area.. But for all said, it was last than others at the end of the day.@bestintown @rileyautoelectric

This is a no nonsense, professional get the job done family owned business. They took care of our onan generator, which was malfunctioning, and a game breaker on our journey to the Florida Keys in our class a RV. I had a problem with my altinator and battery draining for a long time. No mechanic I went to could actually find the problem just replace altinator or battery several times . Ron at Riley's found the problem quickly and fixed it for just $95. 00. The whole experience, starting with Letty scheduling my appointment telling me the procedure there was very professional and friendly. My only regret is I didn't go there sooner. I have taken my vehicle to Riley Auto Electric on several occasions and each time I received professional and friendly service. The mechanics are top notch. They are experienced and diagnosed my trouble correctly. The repair work was completed in a timely fashion and the fee very reasonable.They are a family owned and run business with a very good reputation. I gladly will bring them my repeat business

I have been to this business twice.The first was to check the AC and the 7 pin plug on the truck for my RV. My right rear signal & brake light were not working on the RV.The AC was properly diagnosed but I was assured that the 7 pin plug was OK.The conclusion therefore was there was an issue with the RV.I spent over $200 getting the RV checked only to discover that the problem was the 7 pin plug on the truck.I went back to Riley'sand they found the wiring problem with the 7 pin plug, this time, but then charged me again despite not doing it right the first time!

My Onan generator got zapped and wouldn't start. After trying all I could think of myself I decided to give Riley a try. Can't say enough how spectacular these guys are. They tested everything with the purpose of saving me money on parts. Unfortunately it happened to be a faulty control board. This generator is old and parts are hard to come by. They moved heaven and earth and got new control board in the matter if days. Highly recommend David and his family. Very nice people doing spectacular work.

My regular mechanic was unable to find the cause of an apparent battery drainage problem for over a month. I had my car towed to Riley Auto Electric and they simply replaced the battery cables. So far it's starting and running.

Absolutely the nicest people. Very knowledgeable and great price. Had a generator problem on my Semi and even though Ron was not familiar with that type he found the problem and fixed it

We were referred to them by our body shop. Riley Electric did the job efficiently, quickly and at an extremely reasonable charge. Nice folks, would definitely use them again if needed.

Great service! Dropped car off with no appointment, expecting it to be there for a couple of days, but they diagnosed the problem and called me within hours that the issue was resolved.

Brought my son's truck there for wiring issues $800 later fuel gauge will only work when wired to another fuel gauge that reads wrong. My other son was told it would be $600 to fix A/C for just the part not including labor so we paid $84 for the diagnostic and brought it home. We found a blown fuse under the dash and now his A/C works.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

I set up an appointment when i showed up for my appointment the staff was extremely friendly and started diagnosing my electrical issue immediately and they told me approximately how long the work would take and they were true to their word. I recieved a phone call to come and pick up my vehicle and when i got there i looked at the quality of the work that was done and couldnt even tell where they worked on it the quality of the work looked as if it came straight from the factory and they fixed all of my electrical issues. I am 100 percent happy with the work that riley auto electric inc. Did for me i give them 5 stars and i would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done to their automobiles. We searched high and low for a alternator today to get our tour airboat back on the water - we kept coming up short! (we thought it went along with our 6.0 motor we pulled out of a GMC truck) Contacted Riley Auto Electric and they told us to bring down so they could take a look... turns out it was a marine alternator and they had in stock! Everyone was SUPER friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable! We can t thank you enough for helping us out today! THANK YOU!!!

Requested RIley's to replace batteries in an RV. They did NOT do as I requested. Said that the batteries were holding a charge and charged me 1.5 hours labor. I had to change the house batteries myself before my trip, and add oil to the generator to keep it running. Bottom line if I ask a service organization to perform a service I expect it done, not charge me for labor and say it is fine and then have to do all the work under a time crunch because they did NOT do as requested.
