Night shift manager- not friendly. I visited this racetrac late at night, approximately 1 am. My boyfriend fueled up at the pump while I went in for a few things and as I was checking out he called me and told me to inform the employee that the pump was having issues. The pump appeared to be going through a check-up at the time but we were concerned for we had already given it our card information. The cashier was very attentive and kind. The manager on the other hand, not so much. Her name was Jerry, I believe, and she was extremely unpleasant. She was extremely unkind to the helpful female on duty and does not deserve her position.

Another great RaceTrac location, well-stocked, friendly service...Two suggestions, contact cigarette butt recycler, and two, umbrellas for outside tables...

I normally only get gas station needed products, but I'm happy with the store's... would like to see more cashier's line can get longer and take up to 20 minutes to get a gas and drinks.. otherwise I love the new tractor trailer area. And the kids love the ice cream pleased with the service..

Stopped here tonight to pick up some items, line was to the center of the store with 1 cashier. Got some boiled peanuts and they were a mix of under cooked and over cooked, like they never remove the old before putting it the new. Might rethink going there anymore.

I went to this station last nite very late.I m old and handicapped.I couldn t figure out the air pump , because it had issues !!I went inside and asked for help and they just didn t help me. A homeless man told me that I had to beg them to turn on the Air pump!!! Again this was late at nite 11ish and I was just going home from a sick friends home. These two men inside the store wouldn t help me until I begged them!! I don t know who their bosses are??

Always easy to get right in and get right out. It's a convenience store so there's not much more that we can say about that other than the employees are quick and attentive to your needs

This is extremely busy location despite the one entrance closed due to construction. It was a bit of a challenge to get out of everyone's way but hopefully it's due to the second entrance being temporarily unaccessible. Prices are great. Did not get anything but gas and paid at pump. No employee interaction to comment on. Had no issues with pumps.

Overnight people very rude and short. They rather worry about getting task done then helping people with a smile i worked for racetrac and this one has gone down hill fast. Especially to be a training store. Need to put signage up that swirl world closes at 11pm on a friday thats why i drive put of my way for wawa better coffee better ice cream. By far this place turning into a typical bp no gas for weeks in a hurricane but guess what wawa never ran out of anything very ironic

This place has good coffee every time! For real. I've never had a bad cup. They keep up on cleanliness.My respect goes out to the managers and/or employees who have kept their sanity and composure throughout their shift with all the customers they must deal with on a daily basis.When I considered all this I decided that Racetrack deserves a fourth star.

The manager Scott needs to learn customer service instead of arguing with a paying customer over his own miscommunication I will be contacting Racetrac Corporate for such a horrendous treatment of a customer.Have been shopping there for seven years and have always been treated properly, until tonight. To start off, I stood inside an empty store for five minutes before shouting hello anyone here, in which Scott obviously preoccupied with whatever he was doing in the back came out.I ordered my cigarette brand that I've been ordering the exact same way for 20 years only for him to tell me I didn't say what I said. Then argued with me for five minutes about it. He was preoccupied with work in the back and simply misunderstood what I had said, and should have just done his job and said thank you instead of instigating a verbal assault on me.

They Are Very Busy Almost All The Time. They Need A Separate Cashier, For Just Lottery. The People Doing Lottery Transactions, Hold Up The Lines Constantly!! It Doesn't Seem Fair For Others.

You have so many wonderful employees ,there but every time that I go in and Miss Kathy is behind the register she is so rude to her coworkers ( I am not sure if she is in any kind of Manager )I just can't believe that she's working with the wonderful people that you have in this store. Reminds of a Bull in a China shop.

Mon Oct 18th, about 7:45pm, yellow tape around the pumps, locked store and sign about some sort of upgrade, sorry for inconvenience- thanks guys, tell that to my low fuel light. You couldn't do this after midnight? Constant stream of disappointed customers because the big giant Racetrack sign is on and the rest of the place is lit up like a Christmas tree. If you're closed turn off the sign and canopy. Maybe someone thinks that's funny but it just seems like a big middle finger from Racetrack to it's customers

So the morning crew are rude and they don't need to be working retail.. just because you have two to three people in line doesn't mean you have to be rude and impatient.. don't rush paying customers just because you can't handle your job.

I go to this racetrack daily and love the entire staff and never been treated anything but amazing here!!! I m a senior on SSI and when I can pay the $1.04 to fill it they happily let me fill up with water and ice. It s nice to sit waiting at doctors office with some cold to drink and something to read!!!!

Usually I would give them 5 stars but lately when I stop they are closed. I live right down the road and it's the only gas station between work and home. I stop 5 out of 7 nights at this station and when they are closed I have to go all the way to 711 and then back

One RaceTrac is the same as another RaceTrac. Clean, well stocked, well lit and good prices. They also take Upside for discounts on gas.

Not very helpful or polite. Simply said wish me luck after there air system broke, on me. They didnt know it was broke before me. And it took prrcious valuable time. A currency ill never be able to get back. Plus rude af. Big boy too lazy to try, woman wanted to escape doin any work as fast as possible never comin here again. First review of my life

Honestly the best gas station I ever had I usually pick one place to grab drinks get gas or cigs they are very polite if there's a long line with one register all the employees will stop stocking and start checking their icecream machines are always up slushies and hot food full stocked I live down the road I come all the time bathrooms clean this is the way it is everytime the employees have it top shape.

Not a whole lot to say it's a gas station I pulled up got fuel and left the parking lot could definitely use a good pressure washing and they need to keep their squeegee station for Windows!full this is Florida.

this racetrac stole my money from me and refused to give it back! i gave them 5 to put on a gas pump and never pumped my gas and they said we pumped our gas and never did! you are theifs and have lost an everyday customer! be careful before you get jugged like we did!

As usual racetrac out does the competition by a long stretch. Clean bathrooms and large pull through fuel lanes. Helpful staff top it off. When I'm pulling a trailer I won't stop anywhere but racetrac.

It's a gas station...what do you expect... usually you can take naps at these bigger chain gas stations, but not here. Was told I have to leave....after from driving from Sanibel island...
