I had a great experience with Nature Coast Boat. I was looking to buy a small boat to cruise around the river and visit a friend on an island. After telling them what I was wanting the do they guided me to the perfect boat. The team was knowledge, professional and helped me all I needed!!! They are awesome!!!

I purchased a boat in 2023 from them There was paint coming off of it already and they promised to order me a can of the paint to match the boat a month went by they told me they were still waiting on it no phone call or nothing it s been 9 months still nothing so then I called last week because my tilt trim is leaking and I asked to bring my boat in and they told me to bring it this week so I go there and they told me that they booked out right now after they told me on the phone to bring my boat up there and they would get it in I do not recommend them. I bought the boat. Typically soon as I leave review they wanna call me and tell me my paint is in it s been 9 months just wow

I just purchased a previously owned boat from Nature Coast Boats and was thoroughly impressed with the friendly, courteous, professional service I received. I requested a couple items be attended to before we went out for a sea trial , they did the repairs/maintenance quickly, (even found another item and replaced it), and went out for the trial in exactly the time frame promised. The paperwork was completed and new tags and registration were acquired the same day! From initially walking through the front door til I took possession of the boat, the transaction was a pleasant experience! I would confidently recommend Nature Coast Boats for their integrity and professionalism to anyone looking for a new or previously owned boat.

Bought a boat here. After months of searching for a new boat, Nature Coast Boats was the only place I visited where I didn t feel like the only thing they care about is money. Marco was a courteous and honest salesman and not only would I recommend them, I already have recommended them to a few friends. I highly recommend visiting. .

I recently purchased a used boat from nature coast boats and was very impressed with the professionalism and the friendly service and helping to walk me through buying a boat. I had a couple things customized on the boat and I'm very happy with the quality of craftsmanship and service. Whether you are looking to buy a new or used boat or have service or customized work done to your boat I would highly recommend these guys.

I recently purchased a boat motor and trailer the experience was good. Then I needed service and they blew me off. It s obvious that Nature Coast Boats sales is more important than Service. Be careful.

I have purchased many boats over the last 50 years, I have never had a dealer offer a test ride before final purchase. That says a lot about these guys. Fair and great purchase experience.

We purchased a new Story Craft from Braden at Nature Coast and could not be more pleased. We have had multiple boats over the years and this was an easy transaction, great price, wonderful service always and they are always available to answer our questions. They also took care of our upgrades and financing. A very honest & professional business to buy your next boat from.

I Purchased a used Carolina Skiff from Nature Coast Boats this past June. With all used boats you re going to have a few hiccups, I had several and every time I brought the boat back, Braden would take care of the issue and never charged me for. I d call or text him on a Sunday and he d answer me. Great folks here, I would recommend them 100% - I always refer them to anyone looking for a boat. They do business the old fashion way and that s why I choose this dealership. First class guys here!

While out on the water today, throttle died. Called Nature Coast Boats, was able to bring boat in immediately. Sam met us inside and brought us to Cory the mechanic. He fixed the problem within minutes. Highly recommended this company for all boating needs. Honest, polite and knowledgeable. We will definitely use this company for any boating needs. Shop local!

If you are looking for a fair deal and an honest boat dealer than look no further, Braden and crew have been very honest and prompt from the get go. this is my first new boat purchase and i can say that i will happily return for any further needs, whether it be service or sales. Being in the sales industry i know firsthand how the general public tend to feel towards salespeople but based on my experience if you want to be proven wrong then stop in here and allow them the opportunity to earn your business and i guarantee you wont be disappointed .

Marco at Nature Coast was great! Friendly, helpful and answered all of our questions! Took his time with us while we looked for the right boat for our family, and even took us out for a sea test the day we picked up and made sure we were comfortable with the boat, GPS etc. We learned a lot and never felt any sales pressure. Overall a great experience, and we highly recommend NCB and Marco!!

I just picked up a beautiful Carolina skiff from Outpost Marine North and I can't imagine doing business anywhere else. Pete, Braden and Chris went far beyond expected to insure I was happy with my trade in value, my new boat price and took care of any issue I had and I will definitely be a return customer .Back 4 years later to trade skiff for beautiful Creastliner tunnel hullWith jet outboard....fantastic boat and great people here.....I'll be back in another 4 years God willing

We bought a new Stott Craft boat from Outpost Marine North. They we easy to deal with. The boat was everything they promised. Pete and Brayden were very helpful and they followed through on the items they promised to add to the boat. Very pleased and highly recommend them. I am posting this review because I often rely on reviews this company deserves a good one.

I bought a new Stott Craft from Nature Coast and the experience has been great. Braden was up front and honest the entire time, held up his word on everything he told me. Even gave me his personal number told me if I need to ever use it I can reach out to him. One weekend my jack plate went bad I had a trip scheduled the following weekend and didn t have time during the week to get over to him so I reluctantly texted him on a Saturday and he told me to bring the boat to his house and we would take it in and have it fixed for me. These guys are going above and beyond to help me with every situation I recommend them to everyone!

my husband and I bought a carolina skiff a couple weeks ago from here and we couldnt be happier with our purchase. Right from.the moment and all throughout the process of buying our boat we had excellent customer service. we had a bad experience at another place so glad we came to outpost marine north to buy. This was our first boat purchase so we had alot of questions and concerns and Braden was very friendly and helpful and the whole process couldnt have been any better. Thanks so much for everything...we would highly recommend outpost marine to anyone we know looking for a boat and we will enjoy our new boat for years to come, couldnt be happier!

Shook hands with Brayden on a Carolina Skiff for 23K and he said "I'll load you up with electronics and a battery charger" as that was a major concern and they needed time to finish and agreed to meet early afternoon the next day and I'd do a wire transfer and finish the deal. Showed up and he sent the new salesman to work with me and when he went in to confirm the deal we had and Brayden raised the price and would only include a fish finder. I was told they had to recoup money from the polishing of the boat. Needless to say I walked out. Take it for what it's worth and a year and 1/2 ago I bought a 10ft Aleko inflatable from them, so they remembered me and had that engine serviced with them. Will never go back as they have no desire to make any long term relationships and I have owned a 370 Outrage and will be buying again, just not from these clowns.

Advised me to come in for installation of a second battery for my boat. Came in and work was completed within an hour and has worked flawlessly. I am having a jack plate installed and will use them for all my service needs. They perform the work promised and at a fair price.

Chris and Braden are top notch. I can't say enough so far. I brought my boat in to have service work done and was met in the parking lot by Braden. We spoke for a few minutes and I was very nervous about finding a good reptuble boat engine mechanic. Braden and Chris put that to rest. They are awesome so far so good!

My husband and I were on vacation in Crystal River. We were experiencing some issues with our 2018 Mercury outboard motor, which prevented us from being able to scallop. We called 4 other mercury dealers in the area to help remedy the issue, but were told they didn t have the time to help. Outpost Marine was the only shop that realized and understood that we were on vacation and helped immediately. Our boat was looked at, fixed and back on the water in less than 24 hours. Chris, the mechanic in the shop was the most helpful and genuinely nice person we could have encountered. There is no doubt that we would recommend and use them if something were to go wrong in the area, again!

I tried to buy a used boat that they posted on Facebook marketplace. I had a conversation with them immediately after it was posted, told them I wanted to buy the boat and send a deposit because it would be several days before I could get down there to buy it. They promised me that I had it first, and were going to send me deposit details later. I never heard back, I called a couple days later and they sold it to someone else. They claimed that they tried calling me, which was impossible because I had not given them my number yet, then said they got mixed up because a lot of people were interested in that particular boat. I would not trust these guys again.

Pete Kemmsies was great to deal with he made it so easy. We went to several boat dealers none seem to want to sell a boat. We walked it told Pete what we wanted. He said we can do that. Had a deal in about 20 minutes. We picked up the boat the next day. If your buying a boat you should check out Outpost Marine everyone there was awesome

***BUYER BEWARE***** If possible I would rate this company a 0. Outpost Marine sold us a LEMON!!! I would highly recommend NOT buying anything from this company! I wish we would have read their reviews before buying our boat. Apparently, our experience is commonplace with this company. My husband and I purchased a BRAND NEW Starcraft deck boat June 28, 2018. The entire purchasing experience was not a pleasant one. Pete, our salesman, wrote up the initial deal on paper, that's what we took to our lender. When we returned with a check, we were told we needed another $2,200, he had made a mistake! VERY RELUCTANTLY, we came up with the extra money (we were on vacation and wanted to go scalloping). While we were hooking the boat to the truck I looked around the boat.....the table, boat cover, plug, and cooler were all missing (items that come with the boat) We had allotted ourselves time for a walk-through. We were rushed out with no test run whatsoever. The first time we loaded the boat back onto the trailer from the water, it wouldn't fit correctly, we later found out the trailer had not been properly set-up for this boat. Within 3 days of purchase we realized the lights did not work (so far we had only taken it out during daylight hours)July 4th My husband was out in the boat with our 3 young boys when the lights stopped working, it was very dark and dangerous trying to get back to the dock and ramp. The dock light had been stored in the bottom boat storage (laying in water) and had rust on the plug. We returned the boat to Outpost Marine July 5th. They worked on the boat, we were finally able to pick it up 3 weeks later on July 8th. We Took the boat to the river that night, the lights were not working properly at first, then they stopped working completely. No one from Outpost Marine would respond to emails, phone calls or texts. A a matter of fact, they were avoiding us. They would only answer when we called from someone else's phone. My husband scoured the internet to find a contact with Starcraft/Smoker Craft, we explained the situation, he referred us to Victory Marine in Port Orange, Fl. The entire electrical system is now being replaced, and they discovered the depth finder my husband had Outpost Marine install is 7 years old!!! So here we are 3 months, and 3 boat payments later, the summer is over, and we have yet to enjoy our BRAND NEW boat. Outpost Marine is a TERRIBLE company to do business with.

I visited Outpost marine because I needed info about a issue I'm having with my outboard motor. I was met by Braden who listened to my problem and he suggested what I should try first to see if that would solve my problem with the motor. I was impressed because I really thought I was going to be told to just bring the boat in to have the motor checked out which would have cost me a service charge. I will definitely go back if I have any more problems.

I have had my boat for a few years now and gotten work done at most boat repair places and after getting serviced here i will never go anywhere else. We started having problems with our boat and called this place up and they were avle to get us right in. They finished all of the work ahead of when they told me they would and the prices were very affordable and better than most in the area!! The customer service here is unparalleled and listened to all of my issues and they tackled them all no problems!! Would reccomend them to everyone

I have been by a few times now looking to buy a boat. Have missed on a few deals but will be back. There sales staff is friendly and is willing to help you with any questions. I may by a boat from them if they get in what I anm looking for.
