My daughter bought a truck from here. She put less than 200 miles on it m the truck caught on fire. She tried to talk to them.. their response is.. it is sold as is no warranty.. when she you said you have a mechanic on site they told her he is in jail and the one we have now we don't trust. There was a time I thought this was a trustworthy place and bought vehicles from them. I referred my daughter to them. I regret this and am now advising against anyone buying from them they definitely are not the business they used to be.

NEVER, EVER BUY FROM HERE. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE! We bought a used truck and got 10 min down the road and stopped to get gas. The truck would not start again. They refused to help us and we are 3 hours from home. I don t know how people like this sleep at night. We paid them in good faith and what did it get us but stuck.

Not sure if people are being paid to write a good review or its just my time to be bent over I'm Only Giving 1 Star Because I Have To In Order To Post ThisI Own a Small Pool Repair Business and had a truck die So I was desperate to get something to keep my employee able to work and make my customers happy. Just bought a Nissan Frontier from them, I test drove it and noticed the heater did not work. And the windshield had a crack in it.Salesman said they would replace the heater core. and the windshield and Drop the price. Thinking that although you get what you get from buy here pay here They seemed honorable . I paid for the truck in full to get the process going This is Where My Nightmare Began! they had the truck for 3 days. My Employees went there to pick the truck up and noticed that the carpet was soaked. and coolant dripping from under the dash. The check engine light was now flashing (wasn't doing this when I test drove it.) and 1 brake light wasn't workingSalesman had mechanic look at it. He Said heater core is fine water was from excess coolant spilling when it was removed. and he cleared the check engine light. "if you have a issue bring it back he says"They took the truck drove to Port Richey and while stopped at a light someone said your brake lights are completely out. My Employee got back to his home and more fluid leaking under the dash.I called them back and the salesman said " I just sale the cars I don't know anything about them but bring it back but don't let let it run dry"I had them take it to my mechanic only to find that they screwed up the new heater core install and the radiator has a crack in it which was piss poorly patched. $900 to bypass the heater and replace the radiator still waiting on the brake light issue. or any other hidden issues soon to be foundBeing in business I strive to be honest and upfront with my customers and either do the work the way it needs to be done or point them in the right direction to someone who can.This Place Does Nothing But Try To Rip You OffDO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Great crew to work with went way above and beyond to get the deal done and work for my son! Thanks so much guys! Highly recommended! Will buy from them again! Very laid back no pressure!! If your looking for a car/truck you won't go wrong! Go in person and check them out! Thanks again guys! I'll be sending everybody looking your way!I read there reviews some people you have to remember these are USED VEHICLES they don't have a crystal ball and know if the car is going to break down. And if it's junk it's more then likely you traded that junk into them no need to leave a bad word if you didn't buy anything move on. Hate that. If you had the money or credit none of us would need a used car dealer we would all buy new! And complain the prices too high you can thank Obama/Biden remember cash for clunkers! DON'T BE MAD AT THE DEALERS PRICES BECAUSE OF THE PEOPLE YOU VOTED FOR!

Bought a truck from them. Cash... Broke down within 15 minutes. I told them hey I get it. It's just a bad one give me my cash back I'll be on my way. (Literally the next day because I had to bring it back same day so they could look at it). Yeah no go on that, the owner had every excuse in the book. Used covid as an excuse said it was somehow my fault. Said that i "sabotaged" the truck. Truck had cigarettes in the ash tray and they cut a hole in the bed of the truck to change the fuel pump. I have all this documented. And in the several weeks of them trying to "fix" it. Which was more not doing anything until I showed up at the lot and waited there. I seen most of the vehicles they sold come back to get worked on because something happened to them. Super shady place. Every truck I looked at there was severely rusted under the black spray paint used to hide it. I literally lifted the side of a truck bed off the frame they tried to sell me. White f150 03 with a lift. This place is an absolute joke. But hey, if you need a car and want to get completely worked over go ahead. Just know you're warned.

Engine honey blue devil and lies I was worked in all aspects of auto industry even around engine hi ey and blue devil and he got me goodovercharged o. The biggest memo. In Florida the engine is blow. Compressor locked up and caught it on fire (third fire) and I've had it a year and still owe on it and I've put way over 10 k fixing it and trust me it's not worth fixing I plead with anyone goi g there bring a licensed mechanic i

Great cars at reasonable prices! I recently accompanied my mother on buying a 2004 Gmc Envoy from here. I was impressed to find an affordable clean low mile suv for my mother. We are happy with the purchase! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Not the typical pushy car salesman. If I ever need another vehicle 123 Auto will be my first stop! The fastest I've ever seen a car sold by a dealer! We were in and out the door within 30-45 minutes! Thank you again 123 Auto!

Complete trash looked at every car on the lot, had a Chevy for 15000 was leaking oil, had a Toyota for 15000 undercarriage had a fair amount of rust, Honda Civic had body panel damage ( hit), told me the best deal on the lot was a Chevy Sonic 6500 popped open the hood and check the reservoir was full of slime not worth anyone's time

I've purchased several cars here, and never will again. They've raised the prices so high, the salesman literally told us they aren't selling any cars. He also said theyve got nothing for under 3k down, and they want 15k with 8-10k down on an 09 Subaru with dents and scratches all over it. They're making their prices so high, they'll be out of business soon, if they don't change.

They sell junk, Plan on speending 1000's within a few days of your purchase for repairs. All of the codes they wiped will re appear

Came in made a cash offer on a car after test driving it several times. They agreed to my offer and I drove the car home.outher than doing a complete tune up on it only problem I've had was normal wear and tear ..other than that car has been great and never had any major issues..

Sale experience started out well. Brought a couple issues to their attention and they said they would take that amount off the price. Took car for a test drive and appeared nothing was wrong except for check engine light. Salesperson said they'd fix it. Closed deal on the car, and as soon as we drove it off the lot, transmission went into fail safe and check engine light came back on. Told then twice about it and each time they just replaced the battery. Took car to another mechanic and then to an actual dealership - being told it's the computer in the car. Called 123Auto spoke to service mgr who says they just put a new one in. WARNING: please do not waste your time with this dealership. You will get screwed in the end.

I give it 2 stars because the mechanics where nice. We bought a Tahoe left the lot the AC broke. Had one working speaker in the car. Not the worst that could happen. They did however somehow copy my husbands signature and report a stolen tag to charge us an extra 40 bucks. They said we faxed it. No such thing we never faxed anything the signature was duplicated . Went to the dmv today and yes it was reported as a lost tag by 123 auto. Also we bought a Tahoe so my husband can haul stuff for work... with any weight the car overheats so it is useless for his work. Who would think a truck of this size would have an issue pulling a small trailer? I couldn't of know any of this would happen moments or weeks after buying the car. If you just need a cheaper car that will start having issues the moment you drive off the lot this is your place.Ironically enough my inlaws bought a car from a brand local dealership and traded their car with steering issues and it now sits in the lot of 123 auto with a 10k price tag on it.

They are dishonest. Their sign reads home of the 499 down but once your there it's a whole another story. I wanted a jeep waited a week they said ok your approved so I go there 9/6 to pick her up n they tell not only gonna give a 1000 for my tracker but they wanted 500 in cash. Now the deal was my tracker would be used n no money. Terrible business. Then my husband said we'd buy a jeep out right elsewhere and the guy had the balls to say I'll sell ya this one for 1100. Really

Bought a car as-is with a few problems that came up later. Like a week later. They had to do something to quiet the serpentine belt the intake hose was cracked. Bald tires. But thats what you get these days buying a used car from a buy here pay here. I still love my car the staff is friendly and I have a well priced mechanic. R&B auto in beverly hills, fl. Check them out.

Got a car from here that didn't have a/c they said they would fix it. I have a 2 year old daughter and I needed a/c. I kept calling them asking if they got the part for it and they kept saying no they couldn't find it. All it was was the compressor for a Honda Civic which isn't that hard to find. Horrible customer service. All they care about is money, and very shady sales people. Save your money and go else where, trust me it's worth it to go down the road.

Sold us a great running F150. Went back for a second vehicle. Got a rusty old blazer. After hurricane received a letter in the mail. Called about it to make arrangements and the guy was very rude. I've put 1200 fixing parts that rusted on it. The bluebook value of the truck is only 1800. Brake went out on me in the middle of the road 4 days after got it. Then the alternator, then 4WD, now blinkers don't work only one speaker works. There's so much wrong with it it's nuts. Was threatened with repossession. They can have it back! After a major hurricane damaged our property and financial situation.THEY LITERALLY SOLD IT TO US WITH A RATS NEST IN THE AIR BOX WITH A DEAD ONE IN THE NEST!!!!!!If for some reason you have no choice to go here, only deal with Matt, he at least is polite and has some sense.

I've known the owner of this business for many years and then personal friends with the business manager there and had to say that they do have a nice selection of vehicles especially trucks good dependable vehicles with reasonable financing and it will back up there warranties pretty good group of guys

Decent selection of vehicles but terrible service went there after work and the salesman comes up to me first thing he said was it you don't have $2,500 for a down payment I can't help you then got back in his golf cart and drove back over to their shop so thanks Mills auto sales for absolutely nothing I appreciate it being looked down on and ignored I would rather do my business anywhere else and I would recommend all customers of Mills Auto sales to do the same thing find another place to buy a vehicle
