Jamie and Mike are very welcoming, they were friendly and knowledgeable. They understood my issues and quickly resolved it with smiles on their faces.I thought I could get a patch job done. However, I did need a new tire due to the location of the screw in my tire. They even rotated my tires at no charge and asked if I wanted a brake and shock� inspection free as well.Very affordable tire and excellent service, I recommend this place. These gentlemen deserve a pay increase in my opinion as I watched how professional and efficient they worked with customers and technicians.Sincerely,Sheila Cooley

The team at this location is awesome!Jamie and his crew really care about You and your vehicle. They gave my little Honda Fit a great deal on four pack of tires to also include an alignment.I would also recommend oil change from them,.. 1st time there, to check out prices for patching a tire. Wasn't happy with the man who finally got to me behind the podium in the shop dept. Made appt. anyway. Got right in the next morning. The young man Jamie at the front counter was very pleasant and helpful. Didn't mind me bringing in my dog. She was great too, stayed next to me. When they were working on my car, I saw the fella taking off the wrong tire. I questioned Jamie right away he checked it out and gave me answers. Great prices. I will go again but only when Jamie is there.

Nice clean place, good work! Allow an hour for a oil change and tire rotation with appointment. Comfortable seating inside and friendly staff. Dropped off my work truck, today 9-22-23 for them to take care of and will pick up Sunday afternoon. Thanks so much. Also, today I had to have a New Battery put in, and they got my truck in immediately, and would ve had it changed out in 30 minutes, if my companies vehicle maintenance program wasn t so slow in approving a new battery.

I came in to Mavis to have them check out a screw in my tire. David was very helpful and assisted me by getting me in the same day. They were able to get my new tire on and balanced in an hour. Nice waiting room and pleasant staff. Will be back.

My name is Paul Zane I'm from Homosassa Florida. I used to always take care of my truck myself but now that I just found out I need major surgery. I'm not able to do it anymore plus my health is not the greatest. I came to Mavis in Homosassa. The girl on the phone was so nice to me, I am disabled and they didn't know that but they told me to bring my truck and they would take care of me right away. The gentleman's name was Jamie. He's the manager he was just so nice to me and they did so many things for me. I just wanted to share this with everyone Mavis, tires and brakes in Homosassa is definitely my new home for getting my truck worked on. They are the best service wise. I couldn't be happier just wanted everyone to know they have great prices and super good people and Jamie was the best he's the manager. Thank you, Paul Zane. Happy customer.

I found that I had a flat tire this Sunday morning. I called several businesses and found they were closed on Sundays except Mavis tire in Homosassa. They were very friendly and efficient. The cost of the repair was reasonable. I especially want to thank David and John at the front desk for their professionalism.

This is now my go-to auto shop. Even though this business was extremely busy they managed to fit me in when I needed help. The employees as well as management were extremely helpful and professional. Thank you for such a great homosassa business addition keep up the great work.

I pulled into Mavis in Homosassa the other day with a tire that was losing air. They immediately put me in a bay and took my tire off to find that I had a bent rim. Jamie, the manager was very nice. They swapped my bad tire and put my donut on my car and he also went out of his way to make a few phone calls to find an inexpensive fix for my tire. I recommend this company to anyone. They beat out all the rest in town.

I was very pleased with Mavis. It was a busy Saturday, two men were working at the front desk, both busy and courteous. My car needed extra work and I appreciated the quick call so I could get it done. Jaime showed me why I needed certain work done on my vehicle. I will definitely go back to this store for my car.

Great place, everyone is super friendly and informative. Jaime the manager is an exceptionally man. He gave me a tow company #, nature's coast towing, who.e said he be there in 10 minutes and got there in 8! Upon arrival, Jaime was ready for me, he knew myself, wife and kids were on the start of vacation and were in a hurry! Within 45 minutes, new tire was on and we were rolling! Jaime helped us out tremendously and I highly recommend this location for all your tire needs! Jaime, David and his team went out of their way to accommodate our needs and ensure a pleasant experience! Thank you!The Svrga family

I love Mavis tires and brakes in Homosassa. They are the nicest guys and were very nice to fit me in their busy schedule. I got new tires and shocks and it was the cheapest estimate around. They were professional and efficient. I will definitely go back to them in the future when my car needs a little tlc...thanks Mavis!

Mavis saved me after a late night blowout. Got my tire replaced on a Sunday and had it ready before noon. Mike, the assistant manager was helpful, fair and worked with me to get a great price. I'll definitely be back.

Stopped in for price on tires. They were actually same price as on line . Set up appointment for 2 days later . Tires were there installed and wheel alignment in about 2 hours. Manager Jamie was very truthful with me about prices and updates. Would recommend this place highly ......

Jamie and staff are excellent very fast and friendly service. I had an issue with a tire and walked in they took car of my vehicle an within an hour I was out the door problem solved. I would HIGHLY recommend for all your vechile needs with a fair price.

Deeply disappointed and pretty darned upset as I brought my SUV in with a nail in the center of the tread and the tech ripped both sidewalls in an attempt to dismount the tire. We were told we had a faulty tire (5k miles) and that they could order a new tire to the tune of $470. I went home and called the tire manufacturer and was directed to take it to my car dealer for inspection. The dealer service writer recognized the type of damage being from a tire machine misadjustment during use. Upon presenting that written explanation to Mavis- the manager admitted their tech had caused the damage and agreed to paying the $405 we paid from the dealer. That was just under a month ago and despite numerous calls to Mavis- we're still waiting for their check amongst reassurements that "they'll be in touch." NOW FOR THE GOOD- Got a call from store manager Jamie today apologizing and offer a complete refund on my credit card. All is good- thank you Jamie.

We had a torn flat.The guys first thought they did not have time to fix it.Recommended another place. Looked at tire could not travel on it.Took us in early.One guy worked over lunch.Honest and great service.Highly recoommend.

When I found out Jamie the manager was here I was so happy. I used to go to Tire Kingdom in Crystal River for years all because of Jamie taking care of me.Now he is the manager here and I couldn t be more happier. He just explained to me that I didn t need the tires that I was going to get and showed me other options which saved me money. To go out of his way to help me out once again solidifies I won t be going anywhere else EVER!Tech s are awesome too!

David is friendly and was quick to get my vehicle checked in without an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The guys on the shop floor didn t hesitate to start working on my vehicle. The crew here did a great job with my tire replacement, was helpful with options of the size and brand of tire I was interested in. Polite and timely service. Lobby and waiting room was clean and comfy, plus nice bathrooms. L.Hackney.
