Nissan Sentra 145,000 miles was hesitating. Newly retired with cost of living, had me worried that this was it for no car payments. My first call was to Serena at the new Brooksville location. She not Only answered my questions with a genuine care in her voice. She assured finance help was available. She was there till the end of the repairs. I felt like I had a new friend. It was pouring outside and they washed my car. As I was in the waiting room, every single employee stopped to say hello and then asked if I needed anything. Thank you to the Maus Family for hiring amazing people.

Horrible communication!! I filled out the application online because I am limited on time. I had a detailed conversation with the sales rep, Rodney. They never called me back. I called to follow up and was told by another sales person (because Rodney was off that day and this was 2 days after he was supposed to call me back) that I would receive a call next day and never did! So, a day later, I called to speak with the sales manager and he was "with a customer and would call me as soon as he was finished"! SURPRISE!!!!!! He never called! That's the problem with companies these days, they could care less about customer service, quality of experience, etc. Oh well, now I know what company to avoid!

We bought a new Chevy spark in 2019. There was a bumper sticker with Maus family on the bumper, placed vertically instead of horizontally. We wondered why? Just recently we removed the bumper sticker and under it was a major scrape. The sticker was placed there and vertically, because it covered the scrape. How slimy of the dealership to do that. Beware of bumper stickers that are placed on vehicles at purchase.

Highly recommend! I'm a happy customer. I bought my Nissan Rogue there. They went above and beyond to help me . It was a smooth experience, from choosing a car to finalizing the sale.

I had an excellent experience with Chris Kopp and Maus Nissan in Tampa on Florida Avenue. And all at Maus were courteous. They gave me what I believe is a good deal on a 2018 Nissan Leaf with extraordinarily low miles. Chris took good care of me through the negotiations and the preparation of the car. I'd buy another car from him and Maus.

It was fantastic austin crain the sales person that worked with me waz ausum So was alex a few days ago at the new car neissan store right up thd road on the rite . they were both very polite, knowledgeable.& you could tell they were proud to be there.

Really nice friendly people, nick and his Manager at the smaller dealer ship was very helpful did everything possible to get us in a vehicle. I recommend anyone to go here if you want a honest deal.

Don t EVER BRING OR BUY you car here unless you want the car permanently damaged and then told it s your fault for NOT noticing it in less than a month!!
