Had to change the review for Love Honda, I have been waiting for 13 weeks for a $1990 refund of service contract I cancelled 2 days after my purchase. To be applied to my loan principal. Sean Walsh in Finance said he would take care of it twice now still nothing. Leah contacted me by phone after I complained via e-mail ( she thought I wanted a new car) she told me she would call me right back and it has now been 4 days. LOVE HONDA LOVES YOU WHEN YOU BUY! THE NEXT DAY YOU ARE IGNORED!I'm very angry and don't recommend anyone do business there.New update: called Honda financial, a representative there made conference call to Love Honda and managed to contact Jennifer in love Honda financial Dept. and she was able to fix the situation in a couple hours. Jennifer was a great help. Everything above happened so I can t change that. However I believe it does not reflect Love Honda I believe mistakes were made. Jennifer in finance jumped on things and changed my mind. Thanks to her I changed review back to 4 star.

Love Honda in Homosassa is Amazing!!! I love My Honda Odyssey. I've had great experiences on both sides with them from their service center with Jodi, and the Sales side with Jimmy. Thank you all at love Honda for caring for their customers.

The sales person that I used at Love Honda, Ivy, is absolutely wonderful! She is friendly, and never made me feel pressured to buy a car. My biggest complaint is the amount of charges added onto the price of the car. I know that Ivy has no control over this, but the dealership does and I just felt like I was raked a little bit over the coals after I was shown the sticker price. I am still happy with love Honda and would definitely use them again. Just be aware that you re going to pay about $7000 over your sticker price if you go to the dealership.

From beginning to end the employees were outstanding. The best customer service from everyone that I have had since I moved here. Thank you Jim Hann and Cheryl.So sorry. I was so very very wrong. Cheryl left and I was left dealing with this kid named Rob. Jim was kind enough to clean out my air conditioner but did not clean the drain. The inside of my car molded so bad that I lost one of my back seats. I was told by Jim that I needed to leave it overnight so that they could detail it. Made arrangements with Rob, he wanted his weekend and would call me Monday. I ended up having to call him Wednesday morning to make arrangements for the following Monday. I needed work done on my doors so I dropped it off Monday morning and was told that they would fix the doors and then it would go to detailing. It would dry overnight and in the morning they would vacuum it and I could pick it up. I waited till 10am and then after no word from Rob,again, I called him. Long song and dance from him and they needed a few more hours. So maybe between 12 and 1pm. I came at 2. Well now they needed another hour. I won t get into the whole bill fiascoI go to my car and this is what I picked up after a day and half. See pictures below. I believe that either their detailing shop has too much work with little help or they are completely incompetent. What really surprised me was that no matter what I said or how loud I said it, and customers as well as employees all heard, not one manager even came to speak to me. Is there a problem? Can I help? Nothing. I left and sent a message to speak to the general manager. He was away till Friday. Okay, please have him call me. It is now Monday, no call. Apparently I m not important enough for him to call back. Jim, the service manager did finally call. He had been out sick for the week and sounded like he should still have been home in bed. Sorry Jim hope you get well soon. He did his best to cover up the lies but no song and dance will fix this. If you go there DO NOT work with Rob. First picture is the mold on my seat after 3 days. The others are after they detailed it. Rob told me that they had it 3 different times detailing it.

Chris is my mechanic and I couldn t be happier!! He listened to my concerns, was patient viewing my photos of what I thought was an oil leak, discovered it was actually my power steering fluid that was leaking. Between him and Jodie who worked the front desk, they were able to make me feel safe and comfortable knowing that my 2001 Honda Civic four-door was back to an excellent running condition! Thank you Love Honda!!!

Micheal has sold us 2 vehicles now. He is always a pleasure to work with. The team there is pretty wonderful. A nice clean place. We had a miscommunication with a hitch install and it wad handled very professionally. My maintenance services always go smoothly.

My sales guy Andy Lynough was fantastic. Went in to trade out of my Nissan Pathfinder and after a few hours left with a Honda Pilot that has all the bells and whistles. Andy worked his magic and got the numbers where they needed to be. Would highly recommend working with Andy and love Honda.

Love Honda treat their customers like family. I appreciate all the staff in their respective fields. I am especially satisfied with my number 1 salesman, Anthony Garcia. He is detail oriented and he is full of knowledge. He's able to answer my questions and fill me in on other information I may not have known prior. I appreciate everyone's disposition and transparency. I leave Love Honda more confident and secure of the car I am driving. Thank you all for treating us as your extended family.

Great sales and finance staff! Arianny treated me friendly without any pushy or typical sales urgency. A personal and comfortable experience while maintaining professional service. Listened to me to provide me only what I wanted. Attentive to what my needs were, found the options I requested. The process was comfortable and went smoothly from start to finish.On the Service side I had my older/current vehicle maintenance the staff were courteous and professional and kept me on schedule. They informed me of everything that was completed. They wasted no time and I had my vehicle returned in the time they stated. Again, great service.

Had my car towed from Ocala with what I thought was an electrical issue, when I arrived it was almost time for them to close, they called for all hands and within a matter of minutes I was ready to go. Turned out to be a battery issue. Very pleased with their professionalism.

I had no intention of buying another Honda when I went in for an an oil change on my 2014 CR-V. But Josh is an excellent sales person. He was patient, with logical reasoning to upgrade. Worked with me on my needs. I experienced a few days of buyer's remorse. But I love the new car! Thanks, Josh.

We stopped into Love Honda on our way home after looking at their website. My wife was wanting a new(er) vehicle and because I'm 6'6" tall, we needed to be together to see if I could fit in either a Passport or CR-V. Long story short (no pun intended!) we bought a Honda CR-V with the able assistance of Ivy, our salesperson.If you are interested in a Honda, there are plenty of Honda dealerships you could go to. But if you don't stop into Love Honda, you will likely not appreciate why we, like others, love Love Honda.Thank you Ivy for all your time and support. Good luck!Bill & Susie Perkins

Overall poor experience. The sales manager was your typical car salesman; Aggressive, pushy and dramatic. My favorite part is when he literally prefaced every manipulative statement with, We re Family Owned. I was given an absolutely outrageous out the door offer on a 2024 Honda Civic LX, for $37,000 which was $11,000 more than the listed price.Nothing about their pricing was justifiable. And when you question the pricing of the vehicles, you ll get so many different long winded contradicting responses, that I think their ultimate goal is to throw you into a confused state so they can take advantage of you.Even if you tell them your budget, they will still show you their 4th Grade looking bar graphs of how their pricing is the lowest mark up out of all the other Honda dealerships, repeat 1000x s that they re , Family Owned, and expect you to just put your John Hancock on the paper without question.I definitely would not recommend going alone.Also they have no new cars without their added extras. So don t bother going there if you don t want pinstripes, tints and rims added onto your final sale price.The positive I did walk out with a used Honda Accord that I got for a half way decent price. (Didn t find out till I got my key that it didn t come with a spare key, which is about a $250 value or more).I think overall a lot less haggle and a little bit more humility and rationality would have made for a better experience.

Took 2018 odyssey in for software update and clean out drains by sunroof with appointment. They did it in reasonable time and I was satisfied with Jodie.Went back today for Love Honda to unstop my little things that squirt out water for windshield. They did this promptly and cleaned out debris( I must park outside my home) out of drains at sunroof. Was very pleased w my service appointment and Jodie

So i saw the car advertised online on Friday night. , It took till Monday before I could talk to somebody about it. Tori called me ( she was really big and kept in contact with me through the whole procedure till I picked it up on Saturday ) and put me in touch Andrew , him and I went back-and-forth a little bit. I wanted to leave a deposit ( because I couldn t get till the weekend)he said they don t take deposits , so because it was looking for went ahead and bought it . First time I bought a car with out actually seeing and driving it .I guess I got lucky because it was the car I was looking for , it was the right color. It rans good , looks good , & drives good , drove over 125 miles home without any problems. So my experience with Tori, Andrew and Love Honda turned out to be a good one.Thank you Tori , Andrew & the crew at love honda

Going to a car dealer is seldom a good experience. Love Honda changed all of that. Our Sales Person , Alex Roberts made getting a car a rewarding and fun experience. His support team exhibited his very fine qualities. We left there thinking those we met were more like extended family than car merchants. As a former CEO I have great respect for the fine Espirit d'Corp exhibited by all at Love Honda and how that was extended to their customers.

I have been a 16 year loyal Love Honda customer. But, my initial visit to purchase a new car and trade in my Accord was eventful. However, my return visit yesterday dealing with Jerrod Williams was just the opposite and great. I received a good deal on a 2024 Civic 4-Dr Touring. Jerrod was the kind of salesman we all love to work with. He was kind, patient, helpful and upfront honest. Thank you so much Jerrod. You are definitely an asset to the Love Honda family.
