A very warm and comfortable shopping experience, the staff are very knowledgeable. They seem to have all the little and big things that you can't find at the big box stores a great place to go to find that hard to find part. Bring your big smile, you'll fit right in.

Had a fantastic experience in this store. We were having problems making an online order and the management and staff went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. Highly recommend this Ace Hardware location.

More expensive than the big box stores, but stocked with local things not necessarily found at the larger stores....like armadillo repellant. I also like that they have a substantial grill equipment section. And a gun section, though I have never even looked at a gun. Even saw some of my favorite fishing lures there. Like I said, they cater to the local nerds.

Went here today to pick up a couple things, everybody was very helpful. The store is very clean and well stocked. They have a lot of unique gifts.

Told team member what part I needed exactly, but still was sold the wrong piece for my pipe to hookup to my portable hot water heater.

The associates are pleasant. I go there to get my propane tank filled. Finally yesterday the the guy that filled my 30 lb tank told me I was being charged for a 40 lb tank. I thanked him and went back in to collect my $10 they owed me. The cashier couldn't believe it either. She said it was nice to have someone working who was so truthful. I thanked them both and left.I have filled my tanks at least 5 other times here and no one else ever told me that the tanks were only 30lbs not 40lbs. Now I know what the real size is so I can save $10. Next time. Thank you so much for your kindness. Have a wonderful weekend. Now I know why this Ace hardware store is much more busy.

Great service friendly people and they usually have everything I need it might cost a little more but who wants to put up with long lines at home Depot and no one there to help you I love my Ace hardware

Ace is the place. We had to stop by several times to get supplies for some repairs at my friend's place. The staff helped me with everything I needed.

A great place to go when doing projects around the house. They have everything from paint to plumbing to tools and all in between. Definitely my first choice when I m working in the area. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I ve never had a bad experience at this store.

As always, the absolute best Customer Service, you ll find anywhere. I just had two new key fobs made for my minivan, a heck of a lot cheaper than the dealership. A special thanks to Austin.

Went into the store looking for lime for my yard, Yara helped me, there was only one bag on the shelve and she went over and beyond to help me, calling to the back and getting the bags in the back, kept communicating with the people in the back and supplied me with updates while I was waiting. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!!!

I just walked into the store trying to get some idea of what kind of weed eater trimmer head they would have to fix my dad's weed eater. Along here gentleman with a beard young guy asked me if I could be helped.I told him what I needed and he said all he had was stihl Weedeater heads and didn't know if they would fit the weed eater I need it. I said Thank you and I look in the other aisle and he was wrong, as they did have some weed Warrior brand Weedeater heads.perhaps the employees need to get moreacquainted with what they have in the store so they can properly help those who come to their stores, because they literally just lost a sale.

Fast and friendly service. We knew exactly what we were going there for and didn't require any assistance but even with my sloppy handwriting the lady at the register was easily able to bring up the individual nuts and bolts that I had written down on the bag.Update back for more and same great experience

I needed a saw zaw blade, I received it, but didn't know how to put in on. He (didn't get name) took blade home and tried to put it in myself, came back to store in Homosassa. They were so helpful and took the blade and put it in for me . Thanks again!

Ironically, its a great place to find nuts and bolts. You can get just one here unlike most other places.
