Second time using their services. Both Christina and Jackie were professional and pleasant. When I picked my car up it was less than quoted since the parts came in less than they originally thought. Very accommodating and the job was finished sooner than I expected. They even washed my car. I highly recommend!

Fair prices, friendly helpful staff, great mechanic. Have been there several times. Will continue to go when car needs service. Would recommend over any dealship in the area. They also offer shuttle service rather than sitting at the business for hours.

Extremely over priced. If that's not enough I took my truck in to have it worked on and when they test drove it they took it off road and ran and ripped up my tires by spinning out on turns. When I spoke to them about it they got really angry and hung up on me. I would highly recommend!! They fit me in and got me fixed up in an expeditious manner so I could start a new job. Then they guarantee they're work. Let me repeat this unheard of practice these days: They back up they're work! I am a shade tree mechanic and was impressed. That should say something about the positive experience and work.

Excellent mechanics, (more-than-reasonable) cost factors, family run - and very courteous..!! Have been using their services for several years now, and just getting around now to write this review. I trust them one hundred percent to perform the work that needs to be done, and I highly recommend Justin Case Automotive. Trust me, if you use them once, you will keep going back..!! I usually never take the time to write reviews, but this time is an exception. Great people, and trust worthy..!! Charlie

They got me in super quick at last minute when I had a air leak in my rear tire. They patched it at a great cost. I previously went to tire kingdom and was told they could not repair it and I needed new tires because they were completely bald. So came here for a second opinion and my tires were still great. Thank you. Will be back. And Jackie was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

I visited Justin Case about 10 months ago and should have wrote a review then but I have to take my car in tomorrow for another issue and I wanted to take the time to write a nice review before doing so. I was very pleased with my repairs then and that is why I am taking my car back tomorrow. I like that they are very friendly and accommodating and offer to pick me up or take me home if I need it. Plus, Jackie is amazing and helpful and always is so pleasant no matter how busy they are. I won t go anywhere else and as a woman who fees nervous when going to a repair shop in fear of being ripped off I know it won t happen here! Please do yourself a favor and look no further, they will take care of you! Thanks for everything guys!!! -Melanie

I have never gotten this good of service in my life! We recently moved from Bradenton, Fl to Homosassa, Fl. For 10 years I would drive by this Auto shop on my way to visit my parents, thinking what a cool name for a business. So when I had a car issue I thought of them first. They worked me in fast.They are very prompt, very honest, excellent pricing and thorough .Once you meet them you will feel like you have known them forever. Its so nice to know there is good , honest people and special service still left in this world.Thank you Jackie so much!

I cannot fairly rate this establishment, because I took my car there to only have the front brake shoes done, but upon arrival, was told that they will not just do brake shoes, but must do a complete brake job which would have been several hundred dollars. I took my car elsewhere.

I had heard the rumor that Justin Case did not work on VW s, but that rumor is incorrect. They just do not work on diesel engines. I own a non-diesel Passat and they did a fine job fixing my ignition lock cylinder. It took awhile to get the part, but once the part came in, they fixed my car with great efficiency. I was well-pleased with the service. As an added amenity, when you drop your car off, they will give you a ride home. They will also pick you up and bring you back to the shop when your car is ready. They are very honest and reasonable. I recommend them without reservation.

Get a second opinion!!! We did and it saved us $1800. Our Toyota was running rough and our regular shop stopped doing mechanical work so they referred us to Justin Case. They found that the #1 cylinder coil was bad. They also found a leaking power steering hose, valve cover needed replaced, air filter and a broken hood chock. To fix everything they quoted us at over $1900. I asked them for a quote to just get the car running good again. They said to do the coils in the back (#1 cylinder is in the back and requires a lot of labor) would be about $900 because the parts were over $600. I made a couple of phone calls and found a shop that would do the same thing for $500 (parts and labor). We took the car to the other shop and was pleasantly surprised when the bill was $117. The reason why there was so much difference was because it wasn't the #1 cylinder but rather the #2 cylinder (#2 cylinder is in the front and very easy to work on). Our conclusion is that Justin Case was either incompetent or dishonest or maybe both and definitely higher priced. I forgot to mention that Justin Case charged us $95 to improperly diagnose our car. I highly suggest Auto Analyst & Repair

Immediately after talking to Mrs. Jacky on the phone I knew this would be my forever automotive shop. Once actually meeting Mrs. Jacky (secretary) it further confirmed my thoughts. They looked over what I needed and even took me to my work! I forgot my apron in my truck and they returned it immediately! By then I was thoroughly impressed, but the best was yet to come. Once they looked over what needed fixing they told me the total cost would be $70. The next day, however, after getting a ride to their shop, Mrs. Jacky told me it would only cost me $50. This proves how honest these people are.Thank you for all you've done for me thus far, I look forward to you working on my and my relatives vehicles for a long time.Sincerely,Jesse

Local family owned business who is HONEST; yes, an honest car shop does exist, and they very customer service driven. I'm so happy I found them. They've already worked on two of my cars and I'm always thrilled with the outcome and service.

Love this company. I have been using them exclusively for over 6 years. They are a fine example of Excellent Customer Service. Being A truly Christian Family Business, There is no worry of "unneeded repair cost". With a 18 Month Warranty on repairs how can you go wrong. Give them your business, you will not be sorry.

My wife can now drive safely. She says the car is like new. Front end needed brakes, calipers, rotors etc. Back brakes are fine. All repaired with a safety check. Car rides nicely. Thank you.

I had an unfortunate situation where my check engine light came on while driving back from business through Homosassa so stopped at a local Auto Zone to check the codes. They recommended I go to Justin Case Automotive and I'm glad I did as Jackie and the entire company our class A people. Not only did I show up 5 minutes prior to closing, but they recommended a place to stay and even picked me up the next day once my car was fixed.While I don't live in the area, I would highly recommend them to anyone driving through as they were fast, fair, and trustworthy - something hard to find these days.Thanks!

Got an oil change on my Challenger and as usual the job was done right. Didn't have to wait too long. I highly recommend them.
