Always trying to get you to spend extra! Had a battery go bad that was under warranty from them. Made an appointment and got there only for them to test my battery, and tell me it's fine! You could see the corrosion built up that had been leaking out, plus the car wasn't wanting to start. Tried to sell me on an oil change and any other service they could, but refused to do anything about my battery. Went to Walmart and got it tested and shocker, it said bad cell! Nissan just didn't want to be bothered if they couldn't make any extra money off us. I will avoid this place at all cost from now on.

Not only was the service great but super fast. When they say that you are family, they really do mean it. My kids love the hot chocolate and snacks when we come in for service. This will not be the last car my family purchases from Maus Nissaan

Went to their Crystal River, FL location on Wednesday 9/23 for my lifetime oil change. I was greeted promptly by Markus who went over what would go on while I wait and then led to the waiting room where Brandon came to let me know what they planned on doing that day. They were BOTH very friendly and informative! I really only waited about 30 minutes for the procedure compared to waiting 1-2 hours at other places in the past before I bought my vehicle here. He presented a few other things that could be taken care of such as wear on the tires but I will take care of it at a later date. This location was not only on time and professional but they are very thorough and I will continue to use their services. Markus and Brandon definitely made me feel welcome and that matters a lot as a first impression.Service: Oil change

Was disappointed, I have a brand new 2020 Murano Platinum that I purchased in October, only has 2000 miles on it, I drive very little. The leather near the center console has become unclipped and there is a space. I made an appointment and was taken on time. 30 minutes later they come out to tell me it is fixed. Apparently they did what I had done and just pushed it back in. That is not the problem, it falls back out. I had to bring the car back a month after I purchased it because the trunk would not open. I had to schedule another appointment due to the part not being in stock. Upon bringing the car back, they replaced what was needed and brought the car back out nothing they had taken apart had been clipped or pushed back together. I think someone should look over the work prior to bringing it out to the customer. You are dealing with the top of the line murano, brand new I have only owned the vehicle for 4 months and have had to bring the car 4 times already to the service department. It is an hour from where I live, and the parts are never available. Very aggravating and disappointing. Customer service with all individuals has always been exceptional and I love my Nissan, but the techs in the service department seem to be sloppy?

Always have great service with Maus but this time was exceptional. I worked with Brandon as my service advisor for the first time. He went above and beyond. He checked on my extended warranty and was not satisfied with his original answer from them. Something did not seem right that this was not covered and he decided to followed up again, even after I signed to have it fixed with the original quote and I already left. His gut instinct was correct and my car was repaired, I was given a loaner and my extended warranty company covered it! Thanks Brandon for going above and beyond!Service: Electrical repair

Was quoted a price for the replacement part in March. Price subsequently went up but honored old price. Additionally, upon paying for the part and agreed installation they added an additional Veterans Discount. Everyone i encountered is respectful and happy. I was very pleased with everything about the sales and service that I found at Maus Nissan. I was just shopping for a car and it was the first place I got to driving down Motor Mile. I never left until I got my new car. Everyone from sales to service was professional and caring about my needs. I can't say enough about how well my transaction went except to say I will highly recommend everyone there as being top notch. They know their stuff and they care.

Came in for 55k tire rotation and oil change with my MausCare free of charge and even got a complimentary wash on my/my daughter's 2015 Nissan Rouge. Everyone is fast and friendly. There is always snacks and drinks available. I even got a visit from my salesman checking in to make sure we were happy. There is a reason I keep coming back for purchases here. (3 in total!) In and out in less than an hour. Always a pleasure when we stop in.Services: Tires, Oil change

I came in for my first service appt. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was out in about half an hour. The bad part is that you want $523 for 4 new tires. That's exactly half my monthly soc. sec. income. I'll be shopping for tires but will keep coming back for the Maus service plan.

They always take pretty well care of me. Everyone is usually friendly and there's snacks inside. In the service department Cheale is the absolute best. Hands down. The one who's always working, taking on more then she should have to, and from all the time I've spent there probably the only advisor that actually does her job and takes it seriously. I know if it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't set foot in the store.

Everyone i can into contact with was extremely nice and courteous. As I was waiting for my car, I walked around and looked at their vehicles. A nice salesman, Frank, came out to chat. Eventhough I told him I wasn't buying...He walked and chatted with me..I told the service man, can't remember his name, I was going across the street to thrift store....he wouldn't allow me to walk across 19....He said it wasn't safe. Oil Change, Fuel Filter Replacement and Tire Rotation. However, when rotating the tires...they either did not re-install my hubcaps or didn t re-install them properly and they possibly can off while going down the road.Still pending a further review from Brandon/Grayson at the Maus Nissan Dealership in Homosassa/Crystal River. Was supposed to get a call back this morning from Grayson and never got one. I called and spoke with Brandon and said he would call me right back after talking with the tech and still waiting on call.Services: Tires, Oil change

The passenger head light is defective.They CLEANED IT REALLY.There is oxidation on the inside telling me a seal is bad or a defective cover.Please fix it.You say your top of the line.SHOW ME.

My appointment was for an oil change and to check out a rattling noise . Todd Carlton was the person I met with and I explained why I was there....He told me they would do General Diagnosis and call me after with results...He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and explained everything and called me with what work needed to be done and my options.I'm from back east, so of course rust was a l.problem...I agreed to what needed to be done, and very happy that my car is fixed.Todd Carlton is asset to Maus Nissan...He is definitely good with people.I would recommend this place and Todd as a contact person in the service Dept. I just did not appreciate the lack of social distancing, the service techs did not respect social distancing without wearing a mask. I work with children that are immune deficient so I put them first.
