Everyone was very nice and worked very hard to help us find the right vehicle for us. The financial manager Karen is the best we bought our other vehicle from them also again they go out of there way to make things happen and make you feel like part of the Nissan Family . I want to Thank Karen for her sincere professionalism great attitude she was so good to us ! 5 stars all the way also our salesmen Ed was so pleasant to work with great attitude !!! He also deserves 5 star

Before I got this I drove the ford and the ram and was not happy with either bc well the price was high for very little truck. On top of that the other two places told me one thing then kept me there blowing smoke up my skirt until I just got mad and left. So I gave it one more try I went here and so glad I did. This is my new frontier and all this btw is standard for their trucks. The windows are tinted I have 360 back up I have driver assist which if the truck thinks I am falling asleep it wakes me up. I mean this truck has it all and it was less then ford and ram. It also drives better The young man Derek that helped me did what I asked and stayed in my budget like I asked him to. I love my new truck no other owner but me His name is Napoleon

Our salesperson Ed Lawrence was amazing. He moved mountains for us to find the right vehicle from color, size, options and price. He remained positive and professional and treated us like family. For a rainy Sunday, Jenkins staff provided the absolute positive experience when buying our first brand new car. My wife and I left there feeling extremely happy as we are now considered in the Jenkins family. Thank you for the most pleasurable and professional car buying experience. Oh, and did I mention that there was no pressure to purchase anything outside our means. Clear and concise language when dealing with financing and Nissan for providing a great offer to allow us a chance to own a brand new Rogue. Your team is outstanding, professional and friendly. Phenomenal experience at this dealership!!! Ben and Kevin both took great care of me and got me into the car I wanted after looking at a few. I m so happy with the whole experience, also Karen in finance is amazing!!! If you need a new or used car, go up to Jenkins Nissan and ask for Ben!

Would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership! I have bought 3 different vehicles from this place and every single time there has been issues. Like having to replace the transmission twice in the Subaru I got from them and now I have a 2020 Nissan Armada that I've had to replace the transmission and the air compressor for the rear suspension. And my mom unfortunately bought a car from them 2 months ago and is having electrical issues with her car. These people will do ANYTHING to get you in a car but once you're in it they dont give a crap about selling you a car that is unreliable. If I could give zero stars I would!

This was one of the best dealerships that my hubby and I have dealt with. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Jacob was very nice and easy to talk to and made sure that we were happy and taken care of. We drove 5 hours away to get the vehicle and they were very accommodating even with helping us take back our rental car. The day prior the first person I spoke with on the phone to inquire about the vehicle was also very nice and she made sure to come introduce herself to me and chat for a moment when I was there and I thought that as well was very awesome.

Do not trust any services Dreiser at this dealership they are commission based they are motor to baited by commission only and they will steer you to the most possible expensive option ever. They are shady at best criminal at worst. Everyone of them. One of them is the most arrogant self-serving prick that I ve ever seen in my entire life. When you get to the dealership, he will know exactly what I m talking about.

I walked into this dealership dreading the fact that I had to stop by a dealership to get a lugnut key for my tires which I had thrown away. Their customer service was absolutely outstanding! They offered to replace my lugnuts for free with normal ones, and then they gave me such a good deal on tires that I ended up cancelling my appointment at Walmart for new tires and they did them right then and there! While my tires were being changed, they let me know how much my vehicle was worth for a trade in. My family is needing a new minivan soon and because of this dealerships excellent help and customer service they have absolutely gained a customer in us! Thank you!

Im use to driving a lifted truck but due to the economy the gas is outrageous. So my little Tink Tink short for TinkerBell is amazing on gas and definitely has some get up an go. The kids love her since she is cute little toy car as they say. The sales and the Financial department were helpful and amazing as well. I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to head to Jenkins for a vehicle. They are the definition of customer satisfaction.

I m a 1st time legit customer. Derek Deason was my sales agent, appreciate his willingness. I accidentally turned at their dealer looking for another. I was given options for my small budget and admittedly walked out there with an up to date (bluetooth, backup camera,) 95,000 miles, no accidents, not a dent or scratch, 2016 SUV for good cost. I am very pleased with the vehicle I bought for the price. They didn t pressure me to the point of me leaving, just did their jobs. I appreciated them working with me. Although I know it was hard, I truly needed a vehicle not going to break down in the woods at night. Karen Gosse was very thorough and helpful getting paper work done. I was pleased with my service and the car for what I could afford. I came home with it and my husband was happy. The car was for me so I worked the deal . It s a nice ride for the price I could afford. Thanks

IDK what to say other than a truly hassle-free magical experience. The half-dozenth dealerships I ve encountered in the last 4 years don t compare. BE PREPARED!!! It is NOT the dealers fault you didn t come prepared to do the deals you are asking for. We knew exactly what we wanted and what we had and drove home happy tonight with our first literally OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR new car deal. Sales is sales, lets be honest, but it s how you work the deal and finish the process that is what matters. I AM SO GLAD I forgot my phone today because what I drove home was a trivial color difference that would have been absent from my precise inventory search when the thought appeared(had a line on another Altima, but the drive was horrendous). White only if you are curious. BUT now we own the most beautiful light gray car that was literally EVERYTHING else we wanted in the model options. AND if it wasn t available, they were gonna get what we wanted for us. Mad thanks to Krystle and a special thanks to the support staff that couldn t have been MORE amazing with my 2 tagalong children. And I couldna looked more granola-scruff pulling up the first time just to inquire as to lot stock. Made my wife happier than was ever imaginable, it was the icing on the cake to our new lives together thank you all for making this possible, you really do change lives for the better.PS NISSAN is the mofo shiznit in general, but so glad Jenkins bought out the previous location owners.

This was my first experience with Jenkins Nissan and I was very happy with the service. Check in was simple and quick. The walk around video of my vehicle was a great surprise. I received a text message showing me the different options on what my vehicle needed and the option to accept or decline the service. They went above and beyond to make the experience stress free.Everyone a Jenkins Nissan were polite and attentive to what I was asking.

This location was much more helpful than the Maus location in Brooksville, where I was treated with aggression and was forced to just walk out. Manuel Henriquez was the best salesman I ve ever worked with! He was a great listener and made me feel comfortable. So glad I chose to come here. I d recommend this location and especially Manuel to anyone looking to buy or even lease. Thank you!

We had a great experience buying a preowned Murano from Jenkins Nissan of Homosassa. It was very enjoyable buying this car. Beginning with a phone call with Jessica from internet sales.Continuing with our saleswoman, Arianny. She was so committed to finding the right car for my husband and I. She was so nice to deal with, very professional and honest. There was no pressure or negativity at all. Which we sometimes have experienced in the past, elsewhere.I am disabled and practically made this purchase from my living room. Arianny worked with me for nearly 5 days sending me only the choices that met my few requirements and our budget. She gave me all the details of each car, went over the car fax and didn t send me anything that she wouldn t sell to her own family. She made me feeling like I was her only customer and was always eager to speak to me or return my call promptly, if she was with another client. I learned that Jenkins has 21 dealerships all over. So the odds of finding your perfect vehicle is very possible. Antonio in Finance was also very friendly and professional. The entire staff was extremely pleasant. The salesman at the next desk was friendly too. We were chatting and laughing like we knew each other for years. Unfortunately I can t remember his name. Summed up all of the people we met at this dealership or spoke to over the phone made sure this process was a happy one. I strongly recommend you check them out. This was the best dealership experience we have ever had. Ever !!!

What a great dealership to do business with! Everyone in the dealership is friendly, making eye contact and speaking as they pass you while you're waiting. They all seem happy, which is the first step in making sure the customers are happy! My sales team, Brandon, Travis and Sean put together a deal for me that I never expected could happen. I couldn't be more pleased with how my Katzkin leather interior upgrade. It really gave my Pathfinder the one of a kind look I was going for. The service process could not have gone smoother, being orchestrated by Lisa in the customer care department. I'm so happy to have become a member of the Maus Nissan family!

My wife and I stopped by last night to trade her car in. We were told the Nissan site was down. The salesman took all of our information and the trade in information and was going to give us a call by 10am to let us know what he could. No call. At 1:30 I called several times and nobody answered the phone. I went on the website and used their lives chat. I was told someone would call. Well they didn't. Instead they emailed me a quote where they never deducted the trade in from the amount owed. Sorry, but there's no way we're paying $54k for a Rogue. I tried to call to discuss this and again, no answer. Went back to live chat and they wanted all the information again and wanted to know what I was trading. Complete incompetence, we're going somewhere else

Jenkins Nissan of Homosassa is a place I would not recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle. I called the dealership and asked if a specific vehicle was on the lot and available to see and was told that it was indeed available and will be ready for me to see when I show up . When I arrived, I was told the vehicle was already sold and it wasn t there (the classic bait and flip technique). I also was told to ask for a specific sales person once I got to the dealership, and when I arrived, I was handed off to a completely different sales person (call center technique). Upon arrival I had to look for someone to assist me and eventually walked to the sales managers office to ask if there s anyone to talk to. Unprofessional, untrustworthy and down right a waste of time.
