Best car buying experience in a long time!!!! I can't say enough good things about my sales person, Caroline Abrahm...go see her. She will take care of you!! Oh! And the sales manager Rob Cook!! I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised in the shopping experience for a new truck at this dealership. Jason was one of the best sales reps I ve ever dealt with knowledgeable, strong, follow through and not pushy. Darrin the G.M. Managed the sales process and made the negotiation not painful and after the Sales, the entire team has done exactly what they said they would do which is rare in today s world. I m proud to provide this review and recommend this dealership.

I went to Renata with an absolute no-win situation with my trade-in. From the very first conversation and personalized experience I had with her and Jason I knew I was in the right hands and knew that I would not be treated the way I have been treated in other dealership situations, she called me personally after hours to make sure each step went thoroughly and into my liking and even when she was off, she responded to my text messages and made sure to follow up and understand that I was happy. I could not ask for a more thorough set of sales people who went just beyond the sale. They really went into depth and research to make sure that I got more than what I ever bargained for. Both herself and Jason deserve all the kudos because I would not have been able to finish a purchase without them. Also, I d love to shout out in finance who has the absolute coolest personality and made me creating a car payment one of the easiest experiences I ve ever dealt with.

I found this place shortly after moving down here 2yrs ago. I've been taking my van here since then. They are always very polite, professional and genuine. They come out to meet you as you pull in for service. There aren't many places around here that do that. You have to get out of your car and hunt people down. We have moved here permanently and I'm happy we found the right place for service. They said they were running a little behind and still only took 30min. The break area is very comfortable with coffee and water and TV and magazines. I look forward to my next service.

If you are looking for a dealer with genuine integrity, look no further. The people here are very friendly, honest and standby their word. They set the example of what a car dealership should be. Bought my new truck from them, and they really worked with me cannot recommend enough.

Had a dead battery problem with our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Would not charge enough to drive it to the dealer. Jenkins jeep dealer in Homossasa, Florida made arrangements late on Friday to have Chrysler/Jeep roadside assistance pick the Gladiator up from our driveway and deliver to the dealer. Saturday afternoon I was able to pick it up at the dealer. Problem was the auxiliary battery failed. It was replaced at no cost to us for anything. Very satisfied with the dealers response to the issue. Not sure about the auxiliary battery systems in Jeeps. We also have a 2023 two door Wrangler with the same system. Only time will tell.

Recently I had my new RAM 1500 serviced at Jenkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Homosassa. The service was excellent! My vehicle was ready when promised and everything was thoroughly explained to me in plain language. They did a great job. I've never been more impressed with a dealership Ever! I was an hour away from home late afternoon on a Friday and my brakes went out on my truck. I limped My truck down the sidewalk to the dealership knowing that the service department was about to close.I Wish I could remember everyone's name because so many people were involved in helping me. I was greeted man who listened to me half panicking explaining what happened and he Immediately started talking to the service Manager Andy (I think that's his name because I was Panicking).They proceeded to go over my truck and reassure me that they would do what they needed to do to get me safely home. I knew it was time for them to go home but they just teamed up and made my truck their project with a smile and a good attitude.They explained and showed me everything that was happening and stayed and fixed it so I could get home safe. I felt like they were happy to help me versus being made to help me and there were several people involved.I am going to take my truck there from now on even if it's a little further to drive because I was so impressed from start to finish with the whole procedure. I'm going to make an appointment with Arron in service and take my truck back in about two weeks and have them go over it and make sure there are no more surprises like my brakes.I would highly recommend Jenkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Homosassa to my family and friends! I really appreciate how much they helped me and I want them to know how much they helped me!

I recently had some warranty work done on my truck, and my service advisor Ashley was amazing. My wife and I travel full time in our camper which I tow with this truck, and it s tough to be able to find a place that really cares about what s going on and are able to be flexible with our travel. Unfortunately there were a few solutions that didn t work, so I had to go back a number of times because parts needed to be ordered each time. No big deal, that was to be expected. Ashley kept me in the loop and was flexible with getting us scheduled for work. She really took the bull by the horns. She is super nice, thorough, and helpful. I didn t have much interaction with anyone else, but they all seemed happy. I would come back here again for service and if I lived in the area I would buy a vehicle from here if I needed one. I m short, A+ for the service department.

A very poorly educated tech staff who know nothing about the brake system. Tied my vehicle up for 4 days ($913) then decided they wanted another $2400 to actually try to fix the problem. Rip offs all the way. Avoid then unless you like to waste money

10/2022 - When this dealership first changed to Jenkins, I had such a terrible experience that I vowed to never return. My wife forgot my previous experience and made an appointment at this location. Since my truck was overdue for an oil change and some time has elapsed since my last visit here, I figured I'd give them a second chance.Big mistake. The service representatives could benefit from some customer service training. First and foremost, greet your customers with a smile. If you're having a bad day, take a short break and have someone cover for you. You're the first point of contact for the customer and your negative attitude transfers on to them. Another point, people set appointments because they're busy and have to manage their time. The last thing you want to hear when you show up on time for an appointment is, "It'll be an hour or an hour and a half before we get you in". Now, if you're making your customers wait for long periods of time, you should create an environment where they can feel comfortable and won't mind waiting. This customer waiting area has made it to #1 on my list of "worst service waiting areas". It's small, a little cramped, dirty and lacks many amenities that other dealerships offer. There aren't any business stations to get work done while you wait the ridiculous amount of time for simple services. After making these observations, I can only assume the technicians must have the same miserable attitude. With that thought in mind, I could not allow them to service my truck. I retrieved my keys and departed with my truck. This is why I prefer to drive an hour to the dealership in Clearwater for my vehicle services. I would not recommend this location to my family or friends.

I had a great experience at Jenkins. It was easy to make an appointment, and after I brought the car in, they did the repair promptly. My service advisor, Aaron, was very helpful. And the area where you wait was very nice, complete with snacks and drinks. Obviously, Jenkins is trying to provide a good service experience.

These people will lure you in with deals they say are no problem just to find out that nothing they tell you on the phone or though email is true. They re desperate to get you in there just to try to swindle you with a much more expensive vehicle because it will supposedly work better for your deal. If I could give zero stars I would

Two weeks ago I ordered a Brush Guard for my Jeep. Today I called to see if it arrived.Renata answered and confirmed that it was in.I have never talked to anyone at a dealership that was so caring, efficient, knowledgeable, and willing to help me as much as her. She made an appointment for installation at the soonest time possible, and then called me for an earlier time because of someone's cancelation. She scheduled an appointment for evaluation of my Chevrolet truck trade-in, should I decide on getting another Jeep.She has made me a permanent customer, and her dedication to customer satisfaction is a great example of how others should be. She is a true professional with a great attitude and is a pleasure to talk to. Thank you, Jenkins CDJR for hiring her!

I have bought my last 5 car's from this dealership now and the rest of the crew is great normally they will get the best rate and most people will never have contact with them. Now understanding definitely not a crystal store. I walked in and they were getting my approval and they were all very much dedicated to get you in a few car's and can get a pre approval for you to have a idea of what you are going to be able to get into... Just got a new 2023 hornet color gunmetal and black and I just got a 19 cr-v then I decide to get a Dodge Hornet AWD and I had my car paid off by the dealership only to get the News that I had been sitting here waiting for a signature to finalize it and I don't have the Hornet AWD I have the Honda cr-v now and then they cancelled the check putting the vehicle in a state of it being 3 payments behind and the 6000 I put down the financial institution saying that they were only given 5500 so in my estimate they will owe me about 1750.00 to get the vehicle in the correct state of contract i can't make a payment for it because it was paid off and then they're going to cancel the payment... No I don't think so I will be heading back to the dealership for the difference in a check and if they decline the payment I will get a attorney this is horrible crystal appearing to be bought out by Jenkins it's sad I bought the last 5 cars there and I have been treated like dirt under the Jenkins banner...... They don't care about you being a good customer or anything else and where they put the other 500 missing from my down payment..? They don't care about your situation it's definitely not a crystal anymore..

Changing my 1 star review to 4 star. Had a service appointment today, which was scheduled a week ago to figure out out info/entertainment system contantly and randomly changing screens along with TomTom navigation constantly rebooting. The service rep Ashley was very helpful, although at the beginning she wasn't sure if they'd be able to update our nav system maps. They ended up fixing maps and info/entertainment system with hard memory updates. This service alert fix was pretty much what I read and told service manager Andy about, 3 weeks ago, but he was convinced our screens were dirty. Anyway these issues are fixed. We still need to figure out our rear seat Fire TVs and finish wifi trial setup.I bought my other Jeep Wrangler back in August and was completely satisfied. So after having such a great experience in August, we went back to purchase another Jeep, this time we puchased a new 2023 Grand Cherokee limited.Jason our salesman was very helpful.Originally our service experience with the Nav and infotainment issues wasn't as we'd expect.

This was my first time going to Jenkins Jeep Dealership. We travel full time and needed to get a routine service on our Jeep. I made an early appointment online and arrived at 7:30. The Service writer said it would take about 90 minutes. I waited in the Customer Lounge where they had breakfast pastries, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. At almost exactly 90 minutes my car was finished. They didn't try to up sell anything additional, which I appreciated. I will definitely return next time we are in town.

Outstanding service - the service advisor, Shane Tofthagen was excellant. Also Jacqueline Jones saw me filling our a request for service when she was "off the clock" on her way home and stopped and went out of her way to help me to make sure everything was filled out properly. Just want to share that Lisa in the body shop went above and beyond today.We had asked the service department if they could take care of a recall while our car was there for body work and were told no.Lisa called me this afternoon and said she had taken our car over to the service department and had the recall taken care of!
