My husband and I had a pretty good experience considering it s a car dealership and you usually will walk away super stressed. The staff were very pleasant and took their time to listen to our wants and needs. We left with the car we wanted at a price we wanted. Special thank you to Daniella G. She was super sweet and took the time to get us comfortable in the new car. ( showing us all the special bells and whistles and the app) Loving my new Chevy Trax.

Nick our sales guy was very attentive, when l described a noise which changed when I applied the brakes on the car we were test driving. He had the sevice department check it out. The issue was resolved, we brought the car .Thanks Tom

I went into Jenkins Chevy not too eager about buying a new car, but was losing trust in the car I was currently driving. What I was expecting to be a stressful buying experience, Cliff managed to make a 180 - it was a much more seamless process than I had anticipated. I appreciated Cliff s expertise and transparency. I can t remember his name- but the guy in finance was also very nice and personable.It s only my first week with the Trailblazer, but so far I m loving it.

My first time using Jenkins Chevrolet was a breeze. Shaun in the Service Department answered all my questions, offering options I could afford. I was happy to use My Chevy Rewards to save even more on my service.I wish I had of thought to mention synthetic oil and it unfortunately was not offered.All in all, I will go back once I get my new tires priced for their price-match offer.

We had an excellent experience at Jenkins Chevrolet of Homosassa when my Father purchased his 2024 Corvette. The internet sales manager Jennifer maintained excellent communication with us in regards to the status of the vehicle and was very transparent about the pricing of the vehicle. We got all of the initial information submitted via text or email so by the time we got to the dealership everything was done, we just had to sign paperwork. Daniella our sales woman was awesome to work with, she is passionate about automobiles and understands what s important to car enthusiasts. She was very thoughtful of our time taking into account that we had a two and a half hour drive home. All the staff in the showroom were very friendly and welcoming which made the atmosphere less stressful. Kyle Carver has a great team working with him. We would without a doubt recommend Jenkins to others, especially if they are looking for a C8 Corvette.

Will was AMAZING! I went in with a trade-in and expected a huge wait, possibly for days, with back and forth to get the vehicle I was wanting. When I got there for my appointment, they were ready, the office was clean and calm, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The vehicle was brought around to test drive and it was in the EXACT condition as advertised which made me relieved immediately. There were NO hassles of back and forth paperwork and prices like other places. I was able to do the paperwork and Will had the car professionally detailed and out the door in one afternoon. I was able to test drive, decide and then be out the door, happily, within just a few hours. I strongly recommend and will also be a repeat customer.

Had a great experience with Jamie the sales representative. I was able to get the truck I have always wanted. The buying process was simple and straightforward. When buying a used truck there might be a few issues that are found. The issues were resolved in an expedited manner. Great communication with Jamie. If he says he s going to do something he will. Great follow through on everything. Jenkins Chevrolet has gained my business in the future. Thank you Jamie.

I went in for my dream mom car and Steel and the other staff did fantastic, very patient and understanding. My only complaint is the vehicle wasn't 100% clean but im not worried about it, everything else was perfect and I couldn't be any more happy.

after being loyal to Jenkins Chevrolet, 3 brand new equinox's in 6years, I had an issue of my car being in for a safety recall part. Due to GM having strike issues, Jenkins had my car for a considerably long time ( over 1 month) however when I picked up my 2022 equinox after repairs....I WAS NOT GIVEN BACK MY EXTRA KEY FOB! ABSOLUTE NEGLIGENCE on behalf of the service department! When I called inquiring about my fob, I was told by Brett ( service tech) no! We do not have your fob! And then was told to purchase a new one would be $350. I asked if he could check to see if they had my fob in "lost and found" or perhaps just lying around???? I was told by Brett, "NO! WE DO NOT HAVE YOUR FOB AND WE DO NOT HAVE A LOST AND FOUND!!!!" So after 4/5 months of being stressed over something that was negligence on behalf of Jenkins...I was told by Amber from service that they would order a new one at no charge to me. Then after ALL this time....Brett found my fob sitting in a box at the cashier's window. Amazing!!!! Yes, I was VERY ANGRY at the lack of consideration on behalf of Brett in " investigating" the lost fob, and being told by Brett that I could purchase one for $350. Out of " kindness" of Aaron ( service manager) they would deliver my fob to me, and I wouldn't even have to drive in to Jenkins to get my 5 month MISSING FOB back! How thoughtful of him...so guess what, Jenkins Chevrolet....you have LOST me as a customer, just like you LOST my fob and I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM YOU AGAIN...AND EVEN BETTER YET I will make SURE everyone that I talk to is made aware of the LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE that I received from your service department!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Jamie Harris is the man you want to sell you a car. He doesn t care on making the sell, he wants to make sure you are getting what you want and he works really hard to get the numbers you re looking for. Had oil change and tire rotation done. Drove home and car pulling to right. Call Jenkins and they took care of problem. It was because of 3 different tread on tires. Rotated tires back now fine. I will need to get new tires eventually. Thank you for the great service.

I visited this Chevy dealer a few days ago, primarily to check out a truck I had seen online. While the two models I was interested in were already sold, my overall experience was more than redeeming.I had the distinct pleasure of interacting with Jimmy, Daniella, and Ron. Each of them was not only incredibly friendly but also transparent and accommodating. They genuinely strive to give their customers the best deals possible.I must especially commend Daniella for her excellent service. She was amiable, straightforward, and reassured me that the team would do everything possible to ensure I left the dealership content. Thanks to her, I drove away in an impressive 2023 Chevy Silverado!What surprised me later was learning that Daniella was still in training. If I hadn't been informed of this, I wouldn't have guessed! She displayed utmost professionalism and warmth throughout.For anyone considering a new vehicle or just looking to explore options, I highly recommend speaking with Daniella. She's a gem!

Nicholas was great and picked out the perfect option for my husband and I to upgrade to a 2020 Chevy Equinox! I was already preapproved through my credit union going in, and was hesitant to finance through the dealership. Nicholas was able to get us a lower interest rate through the dealer as he promised. We would definitely return!

I m only given it two stars because my sales guy was very nice and so is the finance manager, however, upon driving the vehicle home, I started noticing issues called them immediately. After only leaving the dealership about two hours I was told they will speak with the sales manager About getting the issues resolved never heard back from them. I use this vehicle, which is a Dodge ram 2500 for my 13 year-old granddaughter to get her to and from her Horse Trailer and her horses and I am having major issues with my vehicle. I ve had to have wheel alignment done pretty much immediately after getting it I had to replace the starter. I m having transmission issues upon getting it, and I was told it was probably the road Because the roads are being worked on and that s why it drove like that but it continues to still drive like that and it s even worse when I m traveling my Horse Trailer. Best part is I ve been trying to get a hold of them for two weeks and keep being promised, someone s gonna call me and have yet to be called back , thanks for selling that. I now have to worry about breaking down on the side of the road late at night with a 13 year-old three horses and it s.

As a Ram guy I needed them to sell me on the Chevy. The first salesman wasn't really able to do that and I was quite disappointed at the time, he didn't take note of my questions and go find the answers - it was more about pointing at buttons. I was more concerned with the mechanics of it. I will say after getting with Jamie Harris all of my questions were answered and he was much more knowledgeable. If he didn't know the answer he took it upon himself to find the answer. After addressing my concerns management they did everything they could to make it right. Overall a good experience and thank you Jamie Harris.

I purchased a 2023 Bolt EUV just over a month ago. The sales reps were great however I had asked during the process about GM having qmerit install a free level 2 outlet for me because that s what I had read on chevys website and they told me later on that I would receive an email in regards to it within a few days. A few days went by and nothing. I reached out they said they would talk to somebody about getting things going. A week later still nothing so I reach out again and they say the same thing. Another week goes by with nothing so I reach out again and never got a response so now I m having to pay hundreds out of pocket for something that I was suppose to receive for free.When it came time to deal with the finance manager he wasn t great. Put the paperwork in front of me to sign and then left the office until I was done which was very frustrating. I go back the next day to finalize the sale and that guy was out so I had to deal with another finance manager that acted like me asking questions was the worst thing in the world and was rude. I asked for a copy of everything and they emailed me a document with 4 papers.When I received the car it was pretty clean on the outside but the inside had fingerprints all over the windshield and the dash was dirty.Overall the sales reps were great during the test drive, trade and sales process. Everything else is the reason people hate the car buying process.

Good experience overall. Very friendly and professional atmosphere. However, the dealership labor rate is way over priced. If and when I do find a more affordable solution, I'll definitely go elsewhere.

Our sales person Jamie was the best sales person I ve ever had at the dealership or the other dealership. I recommend anybody that is interested in buying a new Chevrolet. Come see him I ve dealt with the service department for many years, which is also excellent. This is my first vehicle I have bought here, but I will be back to buy all the rest of my Chevrolets from Jenkins and Jamie.

Just purchased a 2022 Chevy Malibu Premier last week.... The Entire Team were OUTSTANDING from my salesman Bryan to the Sales Manager and the Financial Manager..... A Big #10!!! And I'd give them 10 Stars if possible!!!I highly recommend this Dealership to anyone looking to purchase new or even preowned.... No Pressure Sales! I had traveled clear across America. I needed my new pickup serviced. Jenkins had no problem getting me in and also washed most all that road grime off my truck. Vacuumed it also. I really appreciate all those involved. Great service.

I was duped into trading my 2023 AWD Traverse High Country by a misleading email message. Thinking it was the best time to trade I took the bait. Long story short, I went home with a new Equinox Premier. A nice car, to be sure, but not nearly the car I traded. It also cost me $14,000 along with my Traverse. I was not a happy camper. Still aren t, but mostly mad at myself for falling into that trap.
