Top notch customer service. I've run a few service departments so I can speak with experience when I say these guys are 2nd to none. Very honest and very helpful. They have earned all my business.

Vito, the service manager, did an excellent job! My boat only needed a timing belt,but he was able to make an appointment for the following week. Boat was in at 8 and out by 11. The Techs did a great job and the price was exactly what Vito quoted. I was able to get my carpeted bass boat home before a big rainstorm. Many thanks to Vito and his crew!

Jerry was great to deal with. I've purchased many boats previously over the years, but I'd never received the amazing level of service as I did from Homosassa Marine on any of those previous purchases! In the past I'd always assumed that I was getting the highest level of service, and the best deals from the larger big city boat dealers.. but Homosassa Marine proved my assumptions wrong. I can't imagine doing business anywhere else now.

Called to schedule our 20hr Yamaha service. Literally had us scheduled for 2 days later and service completed same day! Great customer service and competitive priced. Will be using them for future work on my Bennington.

Purchasing our boat from Homosassa Marine was a great experience for us from first contact to getting our boat out the door with all the add-ons we requested. Our salesman Josh was very professional and knowledgeable taking a hands-on approach to making sure our boat was set up exactly the way we wanted it. His personal attention to our needs and every detail of the process made for a very relaxed and positive experience. Everyone involved, from the sale to follow-up service made us feel very much at home there.

First ever visit. Brought my boat in to have my Yamaha 20 hour service performed. I could not have asked for better service. Chris, the service advisor was great to work with. He explained everything in detail and he/they went above and beyond my expectations. Thanks guys!!

Recently bought a used consignment boat from them and had electrical issues the very first time on the water, as a matter of fact I never left the launch point. Consignment boats are sold as is with no warranty. They repaired all the wiring damaged without charging me. Vito was great to work with. Highly recommend them. Would absolutely buy another boat from them.

Went for some parts and received awesome service from the service department. Very helpful and gave some great advice on repairs.Won t go anywhere else for parts when in Homosassa scalloping.

I bought a new motor from them, had the best price in the area out of the 3 dealers I called by almost $1000. I then dropped my boat off a few days later with no appointment and had it back to me in less than a week even with no appointment. They were fair on labor even though they had to undo some of my screw ups! Highly recommend!

We have been very pleased our experience and the customer service we received at Homosassa Marine. My husband has been shopping for over three months for boats and after his experience with the salesman taking over one hour showing him the boat, Along with follow up phone calls after hours, and detailed information provided. We decided to make the purchase of a Hurricane CC21 through Homosassa Marine. Following; our salesman Mike took us out on the water for over two hours explaining in further detail the operation of the boat, and really just helping us get comfortable. We were escorted around the show room by one of the owners helping us pick out some extra gear as well. WONDERFUL PEOPLE, and No Pressure! A couple weeks later we requested our 20 hour motor service and The Service dept. fit us in immediately according to our schedule.. Unbelievable!! Mike has returned every phone call and answered every question even days after our purchase! We wouldn t go anywhere else! Dean and Theresa

We ordered a new Godfrey / Sweetwater tritoon in the fall of 2021. Jerry was great to work with. He told us it would be end of April before the boat would get here due to the supply chain issue plaguing the entire world. True to his word the boat arrived on time. He was patient with us (Including my wife who can get very demanding) keep us informed throughout the process. He took his time to walk me through the features of the 200 Yamaha 4 stroke which I appreciated coming from a 90hp two stroke etc.I will say the financing company they suggested was a nightmare. My wife and I have a good credit rating with money in the bank and yet these finance people wanted to charge us over 11% interest. Screw that, we paid cash for the boat. (Losers) Otherwise I would have no problem recommended Jerry and the team at Homosassa Marine. Boat is awesome thanks guys!

My wife and I visited probably at least six dealerships in and around Tampa. We were not in a hurry and really wanted answers to find the rite boat for our needs and wants. Mike and the Homosassa Marine crew gave us the best service, and stupid question patience. They never pushed a brand or style just gave great info and answered lots of questions. From the build to arrival it has been a great experience. Thanks

Had my boat repaired there twice and both times the experience was terrific.The second time they were booked up about 2 weeks out and Vito called 3 days later that it was fixed.Great people to deal with.

Our whole experience -- from looking, to buying, to taking our first ride on our new boat on the river with Captain Mike -- was incredible. The service we recieved was excellent. Working with Mike and the entire staff was pleasant and left us feeling assured that we had made the right purchase. One of my best buying experiences. Jerry Hintze made the our purchase of a 231 Hurricane easy and haggle free. He upgraded our motor at no charge in order to meet our delivery date when the motor I wanted was not available.The entire staff was friendly and as a business owner was impressed with the overall experience from moment one.I strongly recommend buying here.

Took my pontoon boat in for service work and a detail. The service is excellent, staff are great, and they were always prompt in returning my calls. The detail work was unbelievable. They were able to restore my seats to like new condition. The bill was itemized and very fair. I feel fortunate to have found them and look forward to seeing them again in the future. I'd give them my highest recommendation.

I stopped at Homosassa Marine to look at tritoon boats with a budget of up to $60,000. Went inside to see a sales person that could give me info on a boat on display. There was one sales person doing an est for a customer. There was no one else around,& the 1 salesperson didn't even acknowledge me. I stood around for awhile before saying excuse me is there anyone who can help me. The reply I got was so rude,from this large portion salesman. His answer was there's no one around right now & he was busy. As I turned to leave he said sarcasticly Have a Nice Day. Business must be good for this salesman & he didn't feel he needed to be polite to a woman. I will take my $60,000 elsewhere.

We are so thrilled with the service we received at Homosassa Marine! They did great work and went the extra mile for us. Highly recommended - fair prices, good workmanship, honest service department. Very hard to find a trustworthy place to work on boat in this part of Florida but look no further than Homosassa Marine.

I've had previous experience with their service department working on our Hurricane/Yamaha and would rate it 4 star overall. But today I went in to purchase a new fishing boat and the experience was the opposite. The "sales manager" (Jerry, I believe) decided my wife and I weren't worth him stepping out of his office for, while we watched him escort the family before us around the lot. Once we confirmed he wasn't leaving his sales area, but gave minimal answers from his doorway, we went outside and compared the models we like while searching for nearby dealers of Carolina Skiffs. Before leaving we witnessed two other couples/families being escorted around, at one time they were actually looking the same boat I was and being given much more detailed information than I was to the same subjects. It may be possible he was tired/overwhelmed or viewed me as an tire kicker but it's likely that I will only return for the service department of this dealer and take my sales business elsewhere.

We were down for a fishing trip and the trolling motor stopped working on the first day. Vito was able to get a replacement, jumped through hoops to get extra parts to mount and stayed open late to get it installed. These guys saved our trip and were incredible to work with.

Planned on going out on the boat today but when we put the boat in the water, the trim and tilt wasn't working. Sad ride on the way home but we stopped by this place to see if there was an appointment we could make. They said it would be 3 weeks but one of the men in the offices said that he would take a look. He checked it and in about 5 minutes he told us what was wrong, had us set up with what could fix it, gave us instructions and now its all set. They only thing we had to pay for was the equipment we needed. Everyone was super nice AND THEY HAD THE CUTEST DOG INSIDE.

Last week my fairly new motor stalled and started spewing gas everywhere. I was researching online and everywhere said it was either a stuck float or the carburetor needed to be cleaned. Called up Homosassa Marine and spoke to Ray. He took the time to do some simple troubleshooting over the phone. Turns out it was a disconnected hose. Ray saved me a lot of time and money. That's great customer service!

We spun a prop on our boat while we were out scalloping. We called them in the morning they had our prop in stock, gave us a great price and even helped us out it on! Great place!
