This was the smoothest, fastest truck buying experience I ever had. Terry W. my salesman he was great to deal with as well as the finance department. Very upfront, honest and quick. It felt like I was their only customer, which I wasn t they were decently busy. I was in and out in about two hours with a new truck. This is the customer service everyone should receive! Highly recommend this dealership. A+++

The first thing that impressed me about this dealership is that the sales staff isn't waiting like vultures to pounce as soon as you pull onto the lot.We worked with Robert. He is very helpful and laid back. He didn't even discuss money or trade-in until we were well into our visit. They didn't have exactly what we wanted, so they searched for and found it.There is no pressure like other dealers.I would buy from them again. Finance dept. was typical- making those extra add-on dollars. My bad for not paying attentionI took my 2017 into service for some extended warranty work. Morganne handled our claim. They had us out in 2 days. Outstanding!

The nicest people! They saw I was upset by another dealership and Russ gave me $100 gift card to Outback! They were so great with working with what we had and are so up front. They do not play any games like other dealers. They gave me a great deal and were doing everything they can to help me. They really treat you like friends and are genuine people. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a car in citrus county.

The service is outstanding time we pull up in the parking lot until the time you leave Mr. Shields was one of the best salesman I ve ever dealt with he kept in touch we communicated and told me my numbers was good for me to come on down so I went three hours and 15 minutes he kept in touch on the way down there and when I pulled up I felt like I was at home he greeted me and truck was sitting there and took it for a test drive the service is outstanding from management the owner and Mr. Shields I will deal with them for the rest of my life no one else I bought a 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 I love it Thanks to you all I rated you all as a 5 plus star Billy and Pamela Hartman

My car was broken, Eagle Buick loaned me a car and fixed my problem immediately, and I was on my way. This dealership is the best we have in Citrus County and they are very community oriented. Russ Baldner and Terry Ellsworth are the best. I cant forget Scott Kelly and his crew in the service DEPT

Was told originally around 30 minutes, then it went to 90 minutes. Finally at a little over 3 hours it was done. The reason was well we couldn't just work on yours as they had other vehicles to work on. I had to schedule my appointment for a week later but it took them a month to get the part. When I bought my envision I was told that the part would be in in a week.

We purchased a pre owned vehicle from Eagle in Oct 2023. Control button for power driver seat was missing. Salesman assured us one was on order. FF 3 weeks. Contacted salesman about button, hadn t been ordered, again he assured us it will be ordered. Another 3 weeks, button arrives. Wrong part, reordered again. A few more weeks went by. Parts Dept called and said our part was in. We drove to dealership, wrong part again. Parts person wouldn t walk to our Tahoe to see firsthand what the correct part is. Finally a manager from sales saw our frustration and immediately took over. Took my phone number and promised to get the correct part expedited and let me know as soon as it came in. That s been over a month and no contact. We are very disappointed with this dealership.

My most recent visit for general maintenance oil change, tire rotation, alignment and wiper blades.Service left me with a damaged windshield which required replacement.Replacement was completed in a timely and efficient time frame with minimal to no effort on my behalf Thank to great customer care from Scott KellyI did received a timely call from management and was focused on the most recent Incident and poor survey rating from me.I've had vehicle damage twice using this dealership, personally I fill that at minimal the service department has missed the mark for quality of customer care.

Came in close to closing, but we were treated great by Kevin. He let us take a test drive, no pressure. Sold!!! And he stayed late to finish everything up for us. Gave us a good price, no hassle. Met the owner as well, seemed like a nice guy too. Thanks all around

I have been looking for the right GMC Sierra 1500 for a while. A lot of the dealerships in my area in SC have added dealer markup and loads of dealer added mods making the prices extremely inflated. I started to look out of state and found Eagle. Not only did they have the exact truck I was looking for, they went out of their way to make me feel like I was their only customer and that my needs were theirs. Their team was respectful, willing to work around my conditions in a manner that benefitted us both. They even worked with me on meeting up since the dealership was 6 hours away from my house. They have a customer for life. Integrity is everything to me and they embody it.

My Denali truck was delivered dirty. I was told that the truck would get waxed and it was not.. There was not any instructions given on the features and how to use them! I was handed the keys by the salesmen Bruce and he told me he had to go and deliver another vehicle. The truck tonneau cover leaked water due to improper fit. The G.M Russ would not help at all to address my issues.In fact after repeated calls to him he refused to call me back. Neil in service was the ONLY one that helped get my issues resolved. There was a tiny tare on the leather on the passenger side seat. They fixed the tare however they used a harsh chemical that cracked and damaged the leather. I had to make a separate appointment once the new seat came in. Spend your money elsewhere..FYI Eagle GMC responded that the Mgt would contact, they did not. Same old talk and no action.

Working with Shields was great! I ordered a Yukon XL and there were some delays with shipment from the plant but he always kept me up to date on the changes! Will definitely be back for our next vehicle purchase!

My husband and I were "just looking" and Hank Grossman greeted us and showed us a vehicle we were looking at, but it wasn't the color we wanted. There are only 2 somewhere "in transit". We told him we would be back if we decided we wanted to look again. We did go back and wound up bringing home a brand new GMC Terrain Denali. It wasn't the color I originally wanted but I am happy just the same. Hank is a no pressure salesman, and a very nice guy.

Scheduled online but my appointment was not in the system so had to leave my vehicle. When I picked it up my service person wasn't there and the guy that helped me asked if I had any questions yet he couldn't answer them and just said to call back and speak to my service person. Not impressed.
