What an incredible building, selection, and experience. There is a huge selection of bikes , attire, and equipment for the rider and the ride available. The premises is large, new, clean, and inviting. The bathroom scores above those found at Buc-ee's and seating for passing bikers is plentiful. Even the staff were a pleasure to speak with for shopping and just hanging out while we took a break. This is what a dealership should be.

Blaine and Jeff finalized a fair deal and Frank greeted my visit initially. Joy finalized all paperwork and my helmet expertly sized for me by I believe Teresa.. I felt very comfortable dealing with Crystal Harley Davidson. Been in customer service for over 30 years and can say they hit above the mark . Frank Shipman got me setup on a new 2023 Road Glide, exactly what I was looking for at the price I wanted. It took a bit of work to get there, but he took the time and got it right. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used bike!

My new local HD shop now that I have moved to the area. Nice place that always seems to have something going on for their customers. Great outdoor entertainment area. Stopped in for a part and was helped by a good guy in parts. I will be back

Kayla is AWESOME! I am a beginner and still have a little anxiety about riding. Kayla was so understanding and patient with me. She encouraged me to test ride a couple of bikes but was not pushy at all. My comfort was her top priority. She shared her experiences and knowledge with me which really made me feel more relaxed. In addition to all of this she was not a pushy sales person which I very much appreciated. Kayla will definitely have my business in the future! (I think this picture perfectly captures Kayla s enthusiasm about working with people and the love she has for her job.)

We have visited 6 Harley stores around Florida during bike week. This store by far is the absolute worst. Not one person greeted us. So walked in walked around and left. I ll never divert my route to this store ever!!!!

We purchased a Moto ZForce 800 atv from Crystal Harley Davidson and it was one of the best, seamless transactions that you could ask for. The building is gorgeous, the staff A1.We worked with Ginger Harper (she found it for us) and closed it out with Blaine Tilton.They are the epitome of great customer service. Couldn't ask for better.We will be sending our friends to them both for sure.

FIT Specialist Frank Shipman at Crystal Harley-Davidson is awesome! He walked me thru every step of the deal with no pressure and kept me in the loop as the deal progressed. Full value for my trade and a lower interest rate and term than originally quoted, I will buy from here again. Amazing customer service and a beautiful showroom. Wonderful experience.

Worked with Blaine on a deal for a used bike, I live out of state and have bought a few bikes over the years, this dealership is by far the friendliest and most straightforward I've dealt with. They were happy to answer all of my questions, send additional photos and arrange shipping.

These guys rock. Went in for some routine warranty work and the tech found some issues that needed addressed. The guys worked with me and I was back on the road quick. Super nice, and the techs cannot be beat. I drive 2 hours for them to work on my bike because I do not trust anyone else.

I took a two-wheel course in the past with 15 students and this class was vastly superior. The coaches were patient and very knowledgeable. I did not feel pressure and felt comfortable asking all my questions. Thank you so much!!

We took the 3 wheel basic riders course from Crystal HD, the instructors were Jim and Margie, and they are fantastic! Knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone at the dealership that we met were friendly. Clean, well equipped, family owned business.Thanks folks!

I road up with a friend that needed service work done on his bike. This 2020 Road Glide Limited with custom paint caught my eye . Gary was great ! He explained all details of the bike . I took the bike for a test ride, got a great price and I am now a Harley owner . Brent in financing was very nice to work with and Thomas in service was very helpful.

My first harley davidson CVO road glide limited 2022. I am very happy to have found the motorcycle of my dreams in this place. the seller Mr. Dale was extremely kind in conversation with sub superiors we agreed on the best deal.Thank so much, this is the place i would come back to again for my next toy, and i will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Every saturday they have a live band, free beer, and food offered. This business is thriving. It's a great Harley Dealership. I've been to many and this is one of my favorite! I've had over 20,000 views to my posts, i promise this is a business worth supporting!

We were out of state, and our front brake calipers froze up. Most harley stores would put you in front and help you out, but they wouldn't even consider helping us out. We ended up going to War Horse in Ocala. They helped us immediately! In and out in 45 minutes.

Wanted to shout out about the awesome customer appreciation day on Saturday, good food great people and funHad a chance to shop for some gear while we were enjoying the fun and Roxy was fantastic, she took the time to really help us out with sizing and colors, and gave us a great price.
