I have been continually lied to. #1 they pulled my credit report 5 TIMES. Said because they made a mistake online about my car being certified that they would give me the extended warranty . BUT i paid for it. This company is so Untrustworthy, I have to talk to them and nothing but lies. I was told the car I got was the only one I could get approved for. Was refused to be shown other cars and feel I was forced to take the one I got. There is so so much more to this story. I am at this time I am trying to get in touch with the owner Steve Lamb to see if he cares how his business is being run. Also they said they gave me $3200 for my truck but they added like $2400 onto the price of the vehicle being financed. Like I said there is so much more to this story. SO MUCH MORE.

Don t expect them to answer there phone or return a phone call. Also oil change is $30 more at crystal than loves. If your vehicle has an issue and it does not throw a code, don t expect it to be fixed either.

Whent in twice to see about service on my vehicle. Parts peaple were helpful. Service wright up not so much. Stood in entrance 15 min both times with no contact.

You have to call them to get updates if not you just don't hear from them. Can't just call service dept anymore you have to jump through hoops now with service, then service manager then service advisor who never answers her phone . Did good work but customer service is a joke

These guys are top notch! I didn't have an appointment and a warranty claim from Michigan and they still took care of me like I was a VIP! Class act dealership!!

They have a lot to learn about the loyal customers the Crystal dealership had built I was there for 4 hr and only seen about 8 customers there I can see all they are looking for is the a mighty dollar I will never go back again I purchased extended warranty from Crystal know that it Jenkins I have a $100.00 deductible just because it Jenkins know sorry to see a great dealership go away

Do not come here if you would like good customer service, managers that care, or competent mechanics. I'd advise giving a toddler a hammer and letting them go to town on your vehicle first.

Rear end rebuilt twice first failed at 60k and second rebuild is failing at 30k. They lie about the services provided and are in the business of charging for work not performed.

Each time I come here I work with Arnold in the service dept. His knowledge & excellent customer service keeps me coming back and recommendations to my friends & family!!! Kudos to whoever hired him

Tony service agent gets you the services you need very clean bathroom and waiting room clean very nice people there love this place if i was there boss i vive them all a raise in pay

Sitting at Crystal Chevrolet for over four hours just to get 4 tires an alignment done is bs, that's with an appointment.

I have used them on and off for 16 years. Mostly nothing but good to say about service dept. They lost me for 8 years in sales dept but this year they got that back.
