This is Brian Turner, I want to give a huge thankyou to the gentleman whom I spoke with over the phone about a brake issue I had with my truck. The gentleman was honest and very kind in telling me how to correct my brake problem over the phone. He helped me with getting my truck back on the road. These guys are super nice people. I will definitely use them when I need auto work done, and I will recommend them to everyone who asks where to find a great mechanic. Thanks again, Sincerely, Brian Turner.

Where to start.. I was told that if you're looking for an honest auto repair shop this is the place. We took our van here and had it fixed. They were honest and didn't drain our funds. And when I got the van home my son ran out to hug it lol. Thank you very much for being honest good folks. I recommend taking your vehicle here.

2 weeks ago I brought my car in for brakes & rotors and oil change. I had been quoted over $700 for the brakes and rotors alone, at a chain shop, and told I needed front and back pads and needed them now. I'd also had my oil changed at that chain shop, when they gave me the estimate for brakes (they were doing a check on their own, I didn't go in asking for them to check my brakes) and the oil change should have lasted 5000 miles, but my maintenance light came on after just 3000 miles. I felt like something was off at the chain, so I brought the car to Chaz. Had life on pads, rotors were warped, and back brakes were fine. Plus oil change was out just over $300! Less than half of what the chain wanted for just brakes! They also told me I didn't need pads immediately, but I have a heavy commute, and my rotors were warped, so I had them just do it all.Last night I pulled out of a parking spot and the cement curbing ripped off my engine guard. They got me in first thing this morning, fixed it right up and only charged me a couple of bucks. These guys are so fantastic! Honest mechanics who deliver quality work & excellent customer service. You may have to wait a little while to get your car serviced, if it's not an emergency, because they are very busy! But I assure you, if you can wait, they are worth the wait! And if it's an emergency, they do their best to squeeze you in. After years of being jerked around by mechanics, Chaz is my go to shop!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Paul and Mike are the best mechanics I've found in the over six years I've lived in Citrus county. Not only do they know what they're doing and do a great job, they do it for more than a fair price! I won't go anywhere else for car repairs.Update- Paul has gone on the great Lord. Mike and his wife are still running the best shop in citrus county and for the entire Gulf Coast in my opinion. Husband and I had to purchase an older vehicle and we're taking it in ASAP. I KNOW I CAN TRUST MIKE. THANK YOU FOR YEARS OF GREAT SERVICE AND FRIENDSHIP. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS

About 5 months ago I bought 4 new tires from Amazon and had them shipped to Mavis tire in Beverly hills and also had wheel alignment. The employee told me My brakes were going and I needed to replace them. I knew I wasn't going get them done right then so I had to wait. Finally got around to it and new Chaz Auto was trustworthy.Brought over to them to make an appointment and I believe it was Mike looked at it and said I was fine that I started plenty of break left. Mechanics aren't like that anymore. They always try to upsell you. Especially corporate, not at Chaz though, thankfully.Look forward to doing business with them in the future

I was 5 hours away from home as a crucial piece to my VW bus broke on me. Luckily, a few blocks away from where I was staying was this shop. Mike and his partner went out of their way of their busy schedules to assist me in getting my bus back up and running within a few hours.I could not have asked for better customer service. The environment is friendly and everyone is there to help.Every time I visit this area from now on I know that I ll always have a great and reliable shop nearby.Thanks to you and your team Mike!

April 27th, I was on my way to Texas. About 45 minutes on the road my engine light went on. I stopped and googled nearest auto service. After going back and forth viewing different businesses, I kept going back to Chaz. GREAT DECISION! Mike and Liz took great care of me. Their diligence had me back on the road a little over an hour and I safely made it to Texas on time. Thank you both. I knew I was in good hands immediately when Mike said Let s get this woman to Texas . The service was quality and they treated me as if I were a regular, knowing I would not be back. If I stayed in Florida I would drive that hour to them. I would recommend them to anyone!Service: Vehicle recycling

I have to give a shout out to Chaz Auto!!! I have been so busy taking care of my Dad and stepmom I forgot how badly my tires were balding. I have another emergency I have to get back to New Jersey for as well as some doctors appointments and need to leave asap. I walk into Chaz Auto yesterday Mike and Liz ordered the tires, they received them and called me today at 12:42 and said I could bring my vehicle in right away and they called again at 3:10 to let me know it was finished! So happy with their customer service and expediting my tire installment. 10 stars for Chaz Auto I highly recommend them. Fair prices and awesome service. Took my car in for work, was quoted a price and after looking at the problem they called and said they could repair it for much less! I would have never known. The owner is an honest, down to earth guy. Thanks so much! Btw, thrilled that they also sell propane!

Mike was so thorough and dropped everything to help us after another place installed a part without making sure it was working properly. He and his wife and staff were wonderful to work with and so kind and caring, we were from out of town and would have been basically stuck without their expertise. I highly recommend them.

They were great and now mike didn't put my car on a lift to check my diameter of my rotor's and that made me to stay away that didn't show me about how much they cared about their customers.Mike told me it needs rotors calipers hose's and pads they're not honest I found the best shop he put it up on lift and needs nothing just a caliper adjust I'm going to this shop the rest of my life!!!!!!

One of the nicest guys I've ever done business with. Blew a wheel bearing on the way to the river and he had me on the road in an hour with 2 new ones and an extra rebuilt. Price was more than fair. I honestly cannot say enough positive about the whole experience.

The people here are always great. I've taken multiple Vehicles here and before I knew people here on a first-name basis I give you my word I expected to pay 3 to $500 for the repairs on my moms accord. it ended up being a relay and I was charged a very minimal amount and left extremely happy. Everyone here is great but Mike is who I dealt with. Thanks mike! I know quite a bit about cars but obviously I didn't go to school for it and I don't know everything. It's nice to have somebody close by that you can trust. When it's all boiled down that's what it really is all about. Dont get robbed! GO HERE!

Mike and his wife were just the sweetest. He took his time to figure out what was wrong with my truck, then was more than super fair with cost of labor. Felt like I was family. I would recommend the shop a million times to everyone looking for excellent work at fair prices. They were the best

These guys are amazing!!! We blew a wheel bearing on our trailer and they were right up the road. They not only came to check our trailer to make sure we bought the right part but when we couldn't get it repaired ourselves Paul the owner drive back out to help us repair the trailer so the bearing could be replaced. He is amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone who needs any repairs done!!! They are amazing!

I brought my tesla model s here for suspension work. They preformed the work beyond my satisfaction. The cost for it was extremely reasonable. The business is pro-veteran as well. They are about a week out for service.

We left yankeetown going to Tampa for a Dr appointment when our truck started breaking down. We limped it into Chaz auto, and Mike and another guy stopped what they were doing and took care of us asap. My husband waited 5 months for this VA appt, these guys were AWESOME!!! Barely charged us anything and got us right back on the road highly recommend them! Sorry I

I was referred to this auto shop and thought I d try it out based on that as well as the numerous excellent reviews. I was really impressed with the timely repair of my car and very reasonable prices. Mike was professional, explained what was going on and exceeded my expectations. I d definitely return here as it s close to where I live and one of the best mechanics I have found.
